Von Anfang bis Ende war einfach alles perfekt - bis ins kleinste Detail. Das Personal, die Küche, die Musik, die Ausstattung, die Ruhe… All-Inclusive ist sehr zu empfehlen. In dem einen der drei A la Carte Restaurants (Fourni) hatten wir das beste Dinner unseres Lebens. Nie hatten wir einen so erholsamen Urlaub - wir werden definitiv wiederkommen!
Der Sandstrand ist sehr klein, aber das wussten wir schon vor der Buchung und war uns nicht so wichtig. Wir haben sowieso den ganzen Tag am Pool verbracht und sind nur 1x pro Tag ins Meer gesprungen. So braucht man dort auch keinen Platz zum Liegen.

Taxi ventingen var litt lang på ettermiddagen så vanskelig å komme seg til Rhodos town eller hvor ellers man har tenkt seg.

Hôtel luxueux et au petit soin des clients. La piscine proche de notre chambre est un confort. Le ménage réalisé tous les jours avec linges de maison propre tous les jours , livraison de 2 bouteilles par jour . Le buffet était très bien le matin et le soir en demi pension choix varié et très gastronomique. Très bel hôtel avec ces 15 piscines . Hôtel sans enfant donc très silencieux.
Effectivement en prenant logement avec vu sur piscine nous étions 4 chambres avec accès piscine direct et malheureusement ce n’est pas pour les 4 chambres , tous le monde a accès avec l’occupation des chaises longues. A noté que vous ne pouvez pas avoir de chaises longues même devant votre chambre car celui ci est occupé .

Un service de conciergerie de qualité avec de très bonnes recommandations de restaurants et d activités .
Notre vol a eu beaucoup de retard , nous en avons été informé tardivement et l établissement a été intraitable . Impossible de rester 2 heures de plus dans la chambre . Pas très fair

The buffet was excellent, the room — nice and comfortable, the staff — extremely pleasant and helpful. The common areas are very clean, well designed and instagrammable.

We love to explore local restaurants and nature and planned to do this here too, but unfortunately there are no places for a walk (except on the hotel grounds) to local restaurants and the only option is to dine at the hotel. The beach also didn’t seem 5 stars to us, but we are comparing it with Mallorca, perhaps this is not very accurate.

Vorerst: ich bewerte normalerweise eher ungern, jedoch war ich von den negativen Bewertungen vor der Anreise verunsichert und wollte ein Update dazu geben!
Das Hotel entspricht genau den Bildern aus dem Internet. Es ist eine schöne, große Anlage mit angenehmer Atmosphäre und allem was man braucht!
Es gab reichlich Auswahl an den Buffets, es ist für jeden etwas dabei und auch der Kaffee wurde rasch serviert. Das Personal was sehr bemüht!
der Strand ist ein wenig ausbaufähig, nicht ganz sauber und ein bisschen eng... wir verbrachten aber ohnehin die meiste Zeit an den vielen Pools!

Прекрасное местоположение. Осознание, что территория больше чем кажется (там сеть из 3 отелей). Шикарная звукоизоляция и вид. Мы брали номер со входом в бассейн. Ужины были потрясающими и всегда было огромное разнообразие блюд. Персонал очень отзывчивый и не приставал, когда это не нужно :) Очень красивые рассветы и закаты

The hotel is gorgeous, spacious and beautifully landscaped. There are multiple swimming pools and 3/4 restaurants. The rooms are a good size. Although the hotel is very big (and therefore has the potential to get very busy) this was only really visible at breakfast and in the gym. Otherwise the hotel had a chilled vibe - although this was in October at the end of the season. That may not be the case in high summer.
There were quite a few niggles which, on their own would not be an issue at all but when combined have the impression that the hotel has prioritised its “look” over functionality. This was most visible in the gym - for the size of the hotel it’s small, and quickly got busy in the mornings. The equipment isn’t standard, and seems to have been picked for the way it looks rather than because it is the type usually found in a gym. There is only one set of free weights, which is not enough when there are any more than 2 people using it, which frequently happened in the mornings. Most of all though - there was no air con! This made it unbearable for most of the day in October, I have no idea how anyone could have used it in peak summer.
Other points to mention: No iron in the room - apparently we were expected to use the ironing service but I wasn’t about to do that for my whole suitcase. The wines by the glass at all restaurants were poor - I tried a few and they were all far too sweet. I paid for a room specially with a “shared pool” - in reality you are paying for proximity of a specific pool rather than exclusivity since anyone can sit around any pool they choose.

Alles war sehr schön ausgestattet. Da es 15 Pools gibt, hat sich unser Urlaub sehr ruhig gefühlt. Wir waren an einigen Tagen sogar alleine an dem Pool vor unserem Zimmer. Wir haben sogar um 4 Tage unsere Reise verlängert :)
Aus “Sicherheitsgründen” kann man kein Bügeleisen ausleihen… es wird aber Laundry/ Ironing Service angeboten, wofür man auch natürlich extra zahlen muss… für ein 5-Sterne-Hotel geht sowas meiner Meinung gar nicht.
Das Room Service Essen war nicht gut und nicht frisch. Die Restaurants in dem Resort sind überteuert und nichts besonderes vom Geschmack her. Wir haben uns entschieden, abends in die Stadt zu fahren und dort zu essen.
Die Ausstattung vom Fitnessraum könnte auch besser sein oder zumindest klimatisiert.

We absolutely loved our stay at Elissa!! Modern and clean resort with stunning pool & beach. The breakfast was the best buffet breakfast we ever had and we also had the buffet dinner a couple of times which was also incredible. The staff was amazing and super friendly. I would definitely return there
I think it would be great to have access to water for free! We were given 2 bottles a day for free but that’s not enough for 3 people on a hot day but that’s only a little thing.

Die Hotelanlage ist wirklich schön und ästhetisch und sehr weitläufig, sodass man nie das Gefühl hat, dass sich zu viele Leute an einem Ort aufhalten. Das Zimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet. Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht. Das Essen war auch super, wobei das Frühstücksbuffet täglich fast gleich war, was aber auch nicht störte. da die Auswahl sehr groß war. Neben dem Buffet am Abend gab es auch noch zwei Restaurants (Asiatisch/Sushi, Steak/Grill), die beide wirklich ausgezeichnetes Essen servierten. Hier sollte beachtet werden, dass zusätzliche Gebühren anfallen, es wird lediglich ein gewisser Betrag pP als "Rabatt" gewehrt und von der Rechnung abgezogen, wenn man Halbpension-Gast ist. Das Abendbuffet wechselte täglich und hatte manchmal spezielle Themen (Greek Night, Sea Food, BBQ, etc). Das Essen war immer gut temperiert und geschmacklich toll. Wir hatten da wirklich nichts auszusetzen. Das Personal war von Anfang an sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Uns wurde alles erklärt und auf unsere Fragen eingegangen. Es gibt einen großen kostenlosen Parkplatz direkt beim Hotel.
Der Hotelstrand ist relativ klein und nicht wahnsinnig schön.
Alles in Allem waren wir sehr zufrieden, jedoch sollte man wissen, dass einen kein Luxus High End 5 Sterne Hotel erwartet. Es ist eine sehr schöne Anlage und es gab nicht viel, mit dem wir nicht zufrieden waren. Sollte man aber nach einem Luxus Hotel suchen, dann gibt es hier tatsächlich Luft nach oben.
Wir hatten eine Junior Suite mit Meerblick und Zugang zum Gemeinschaftspool gebucht. Hier sollte beachtet werden, dass nicht jedes Zimmer dieser Kategorie auch über einen direkten Zugang (von der Terrasse aus direkt) zum Pool verfügt, so wie es auf den Beispielfotos aussieht, wenn man die Kategorie anklickt. Dies sollte definitiv besser beschrieben werden. Wir hatten zwar direkt einen Pool, jedoch war hier ein Weg dazwischen, sodass man nicht direkt vor der Terrasse liegen konnte. Man musste schon jedes Mal das Zimmer normal verlassen und das Stückchen zum Pool gehen. Grundsätzlich besteht die Möglichkeit sich diesbezüglich an den Guest Service zu wenden, wenn man Probleme mit dem Zimmer hat.
Es sollte auch beachtet werden, dass der Zugang zum Pool nicht bedeutet, dass nur die Gäste der betroffenen Kategorie diesen benützen dürfen, sondern grundsätzlich ist jeder Pool für alle Gäste zugänglich.
Liegen dürfen eigentlich nicht reserviert werden, dies wird aber vor allem abseits vom Hauptpool von niemandem befolgt, sodass es durchaus passieren kann, dass man keine Liege mehr bekommt, trotz der oben erwähnten Kategorie. Wenn es diese Regel schon gibt, dann sollte sie auch ernsthaft kontrolliert werden. Es gibt Gäste, die in der Früh liegen reservieren und sich den halben Tag nicht blicken lassen. Das ist sehr ärgerlich.
Das Wasser wurde leider an drei Tagen nicht ans Zimmer gebracht. Nach einem Anruf beim Guest Service wurde das aber sofort in die Wege geleitet.
Es sollte wirklich überlegt werden, das Wasser für die Dauer des Aufenthaltes in den Preis zu inkludieren. Ein Liter Wasser pro Tag für zwei Personen ist bei heißen Temperaturen nicht ausreichend und es kann bis 17:00 Uhr dauern bis das Wasser am Zimmer bereit steht. Mir wäre es persönlich lieber gewesen ein wenig mehr zu zahlen und dafür zu wissen, dass ich jederzeit an der Bar oder im Restaurant kostenloses Wasser bekomme.
Das Fitnessstudio ist leider sehr klein und nicht gerade üppig ausgestattet.

La struttura è molto figa, con ampi spazi, nuova e si trova in un ottima posizione.
Il servizio non è all altezza della bellezza della struttura. Il personale è molto gentile, ma questo non basta.
Abbiamo preso una junior suite al piano terra ed il bagno emanava un cattivo odore, credo che il difetto fosse ben noto perché le signore delle pulizie lasciavano sempre la porta del bagno spalancata e l areatore acceso di modo che il cattivo odore non stagnasse.. ma se si provava a chiudere la porta, come va fatto per un bagno, la puzza dava alla testa.
Quando abbiamo chiesto alla reception di cambiare stanza, ci hanno risposto che avrebbero mandato qualcuno a controllare. Ovviamente, il problema non è stato risolto perché credo fosse strutturale ed anche noto.
Il cibo non è all'altezza, sia al ristorante centrale che ai ristoranti alla carta. La colazione molto scarna, dislocata male e non si comprende nemmeno cosa si stia mangiando.
Avevo alte aspettative, ma sono state disattese.
La stanza era anche poco fornita dei servizi per il bagno, solo cuffiette doccia.

We stayed in the Water Bungalow and were treated like VIPs. There were so many thoughtful extras included with our stay, from a complimentary couples massage to a bottle of champagne and a beautiful platter of fruits and Greek pastries. The rooms were cleaned twice a day and as we had our own pool, that was checked daily too. The staff were very friendly and the food in the buffet restaurant was excellent. The accommodation was well equipped with a fridge, Nespresso machine and a kettle for tea. The bathroom was really well designed and the Hermes shower products smelt divine. It is well worth getting up early for the most spectacular sunrises if you walk to the jetty area too.
The only thing we didn't like was the loud music from the neighbouring hotel in the evenings. This is the sister hotel and is aimed at families so it seemed a little odd to have the music so loud and late into the evening. This made it unpleasant to sit outside and enjoy the evening air if you wanted to hear the waves on the beach.
