Nice, updated, home in the cool Park Circle Neighborhood. The large fenced backyard was great for our family fido. Host responded quickly to questions. Games and puzzles came in handy since we were rained in a couple of days. Enjoyed it!

Amazing house, located by whatever you need. Nice big backyard. Loved the front porch, I don't have one so I sat out there in the evenings. I'd definitely stay again.

We came from FL,GA & VA to meet in this lovely central location. The house layout was great for visiting. Loved the porch when it was cool enough to be outside. We had plenty of supplies for all the cooking we did with the exception of a casserole dish. That is a very minor con.

The home was clean and very nice. The yard was perfect for our dogs to run around in as well. Lots of space for them to play fetch. The wrap around porch was also nice. The home owners/Vrbo hosts were great. Very kind and responsive. Would definitely book again.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this ranch home. The fenced-in yard was a benefit for our dog. However, we heard the neighbors partying well into the night, and there were so many cars in their driveway, it seemed like an Air B&B.
Still, the price, location, and kitchen dishes were terrific at the VRBO we rented. Having use of a dishwasher as well as a washer and dryer was a bonus. Enough towels and four TVs was amazing. We're glad we found this gem.

The location was a good central location right outside of the busiest parts but close enough to get to everything very quickly. The Park Circle neighborhood is up-and-coming so lots of cute little shops and places to eat just down the street. The house was clean with most of the supplies we needed. The only slight issue was that a part of the fence had fallen over so we weren’t entirely comfortable letting the dog out without being on a leash for fear that he would get out.

First time visiting SC
The house was great for our family. The yard was a little difficult for a small dog with debris but we enjoyed our walks round the neighborhood. Excellent and prompt communication with the owner.

Nice house, good location, yard needed work
House was clean and had everything we needed. Area was great for walking. Brett was great to work with. However, we were traveling with a pet and the back yard was not mowed and unruly. Brett did try to get it mowed, but was unsuccessful.

Brett & KyAnne's house was the perfect house for our brief stay in Charleston. Great location, convenient to downtown while also being nearby to up and coming Park Circle. Nicely appointed, and they were the perfect hosts.

Week in North Charleston
It had everything we needed. It was a good location. It was very clean and well equipped.I like all the suggestions the owner left for eating and other things. Walking around the neighborhood was great. We even saw an alligator at a nearby pond. I would definitely recommend it especially if you have dogs. There are two coffee shops nearby and restaurants.

Home away from Home
We were very happy with this "home away from home." We were a little skeptical on our initial drive into the area, but the neighborhood and the house were amazing. Wonderful walking area and close to sites. The whole experience was beyond our expectations.....the ease of booking, contact with host, cute renovation of an older home with a large fenced in back yard makes it very nice for our pets. Beds are extremely comfortable and the decor very stylish. The house was stocked with pretty much everything you would need, much more than other VRBO rentals we have used. Definitely would recommend the rental and would stay again if in the area.

Dolphin Street Retreat
Our family of 5 and our big puppy were very impressed with our stay here! All the comforts of home, plus an amazing kitchen and outdoor areas to enjoy. Well stocked with linens and everything you'd need for a great stay. We didn't use the fire pit or grill, but our dog loved the fenced in HUGE backyard! No issues whatsoever with checking in or out, and had no complaints during our long weekend. Beautiful home and quiet neighborhood, except for the random sounds of trains passing nearby, but that didn't bother us. Beds are comfortable and decor is refreshing. Hosts were very helpful, leaving notes on chalkboard by the door and providing a manual with useful info for the house and area in general. We'd definitely stay here again!!

We stayed here for an entire month while I worked at MUSC! It was so perfect for the month. Had everything we needed and the neighborhood was super cute. We were able to take our dogs on walks in the neighborhood which was a blast! We highly recommend this place and would stay here again in the future!

Perfect for business
I and some coworkers stayed here over the summer for an internship. It was a perfect distance from just about everything, the pricing was great, the owner was very accommodating and helped us with all of our issues. If I was in the same situation I'd likely stay again.

Great visit
Great stay! Our host was very quick to respond to questions, and he was very helpful with info. Good location and within 30 minutes to downtown Charleston and other area places of interest. The house is located in a nice neighborhood and there is a walking path across the street for those who like to walk or run. Highly recommend staying here.

Perfect house, close to downtown...but not too close
The most amazing part of this house was the openness of the living space with all of the bedrooms on one side. If others need to sleep and you still want to stay up, you won't disturb them.
The kitchen was also a thing of beauty. Up-to-date appliances and fully stocked cabinets with dishes and any small appliances you may need. There is a full laundry room connected to a full bath.
This house is also AMAZING for travelers with pets. No carpet in sight and a backyard (and spacious front yard - but make sure they are leashed).
If you are looking for a space that is close to downtown or within walking distance because you do not have a car, this is not the space for you. Driving services were about ~$20+ one way, yikes! If you are looking for a chill area (family-oriented, quiet neighbors) and have transportation, this IS the space for you.
The drive into downtown is roughly 15-30 minutes depending on traffic but is a pretty straight shot. Overall, I would book this home again for sure!
