Terrible and no customer service

Parking and it was clean.

Big problem getting the key for my room and the only mode of communication to the owner was by email. Requested the owner call me twice or meet me there so I could get my room key; never received any phone call and had long waits for email responses. Never came to help me. The bed was a cot and very uncomfortable, 2nd floor hallway light did not work and I ended up hitting my head on the wall. Not a place for a 69 year old to stay and nothing for people with disabilities. The owner just took my money and did not care about my problems. The city of Miami should be notified.

The room was clean, the area was nice and the bathroom was spacious and new.

The fact that we weren't informed that there are stairs, the entrance has 5-6 steps to the porch, the room was on the 1st floor accessible only via stairs, when contacted they never answered, and that the room had central air-conditioning which you can't control and the room was cold. Zero accessibility for handicapped persons.

Good stay but need better service support

Good ambience, clean, kitchen utensils were good

During checkout, we got stuck outside due to heavy rain, and facility team were too strict on checkout time, made us to run back in rain. Giving room for 3pm to 11am per day and not allowing for an hour more for checkout on request during Rain is not expected and disappointing.

Loud room and quite bad location for backpackers

Cute room design Coffee machine any a small fridge Bathroom was big and beautiful (with an exception of a shower curtain) Netflix and good WiFi Possibility to cook something in a shared kitchen Beautiful garden which we didn't get to use

Towels were stained and awful looking shower curtain Constant noise of airplanes, old windows didn't help Not being able to stop the central A/C - cue whole night of noise from the vent Quite small bed Bad location if you want to use public transport, 15-25$ for an Uber to downtown Owner was unwilling to cancel our last night even though we extended our original booking and later had a change in flight

Very accesible location (one bus to downtown, dolphin mall, Calle 8). Great value for the money, great facilities. Beautiful house

Very nice and comfortable place, good position. Host is very kind and responsive. Price great!

Well furnished, comfortable and clean. Sergio and Ramon were super kind and friendly. The house is very big and beautiful. We had our private bathroom, and there is also a big shared kitchen to share with the other guests. Big free parking.

The kitchen does not have a lot of pans and pots, and it is not very clean (I guess because of other guests)
