The location was lovely had a great view from the caravan. The key was accessible. There was plenty of space
Would’ve been more ideal if the caravan wasn’t next to the park or the entertainment club. Felt like there was little privacy due to people on the park and the noise from the club went on past 11.
5.0
beautiful as always.
love everything about the place

The only good thing was the interior was well presented.
The cleanliness was poor, it was damp and had a smokey smell, no hot water or heating and no basic essentials.
4.5
The view
No rail going up the stair
No kitchen sink plug!!!!

Very nice place to rest your head comfortably. Beautiful view from the lounge and well presented
Very close to the club house so can hear the singing on karaoke night. If your an early to bed person you can feel the bass. It would be much easier if the parking was not regularly blocked by the decking set up by the site.
3.5
Great location. Enough kitchen facilities. Comfy. Amazing view.
The outdoor furniture and steps leading up to the caravan are a little bit dangerous. Especially if you have young children or elderly people staying. There was an alarm that kept beeping and couldn’t figure out how to turn it off? Seemed to be movement activated so it was ok when sleeping.

The caravan is beautiful, really clean & has everything you need. Large kitchen area. Spacious bathroom with large shower. Has a hairdryer & iron / ironing board. Location is excellent with uninterrupted sea views & very private.
The outside furniture really let this property down; the wooden table & chairs were broken & badly in need of repair / replacing. There were 3 green plastic chairs which were very old & dirty.

The location with the amazing sea veiw
The was poorly constructed, the decking furniture was dated and the wood was rotten on the table, a chair had a big screw half in to try and secure it, very unsafe.
4.5
Lovely Caravan, Veiw was fabulous and Location of site was really good
Noise from club house after 10.00pm was quite load
3.5
Location, kitchen facilities, view
Minimal information regarding finding the location of the caravan, alarm, getting the key, resort facilities. Some maintenance required to toilet door handles, kitchen cupboards, outside furniture. Bedrooms were tiny!

the views were amazing
the decking handrail had been removed making it extremely dangerous, the decking steps were not stable and very unsteady. the main decking outside the patio door was not stable (bouncy and loose) the outside furniture was damaged and unable to be used so not fit for purpose at all. The footpath and surrounding grounds were dirty and overgrown, the listing does not state that it is far from the main path/road therefore not suitable for disabled access
the property had not been cleaned sufficiently (two disgusting used dish sponges left in sink)

Good views and next to the park. The layout out of the caravan was great.
It smelt bad, cutlery was just chucked in a drawer and still dirty, the decking was loose, the sofa and carpets were filthy, the bedrooms stunk of stale smoke (none of us smoke), the shower kept going hot and cold, none of the doors in the toilets would close and the dining room chair was broken.

Despite detailing it was fully kitted out, there was no towels provided. this needs to be detailed.

No Wi-Fi

modern and comfortable. pillows were fab.
nothing wrong with the property, but unfortunately for us, we have a dog who has anxiety problems around fireworks and loud bangs, we wanted a quiet place but unfortunately the road to the beach is a drag race road for everyone with two fat exhausts or a super car. constantly from 10am til 1/2am. pooch petrified and ended up medicated. this is our issue and therefore has nothing to do with the property/owner, chose this van for the decking and closed gate but was just wrong location on the site. no problems else where. not even dog is the same, this didn't spoil out break but was very unfortunate as our dog didn't leave the van and neither could we.

Shiwer temperature was a bit unpredictable

Location was amazing and site was small but had everything you needed.
There were a few things damaged in the caravan, but reported on arrival and heard nothing since, so no news is good news.
3.5
Location was good handy for town with good views
Issues with gas were covered by telephone call from host and followed up by site personnel quickly
Outdoor furniture needs replaced There was a full dish of cigarette butts left in a kitchen bowl
Someone had switched the fridge off and had to clean it
Mattress could do with being replaced

I liked the view from the front of the caravan.
Looked like longterm maintenance has not been carried out for sometime. Shower temperature not stable, plug to small for kitchen sink, dining chair with springs broken- no support in the seat. The key safe is difficult to work. Broken doors that wont close shut, shower drain looks partially blocked- would be very easy to flood. Owner said she would see about getting the clean to put down some drain blocker. Looks like that may have been lip service, since I was querying various points others have left in reviews.

Lovely location. We have stayed here before. The view is beautiful and peaceful. Close to the park for the kids to walk to and us watch from the balcony. Walk to St Mary's Lighthouse. Could walk into Whitley Bay easy enough.
The caravan is just tired now. Getting squeaky with age just like myself

I was a little sceptical about our weekend away after reading the reviews on Emmanuel Holiday Home but all of that vanished as soon as you walk in to the property. The caravan was lovely and clean, the views were just to die for and we even had toilet roll!
The beds were lovely, clean and comfy. There were things there for washing dishes, washing up liquid, tea towel etc.
Location is incredible. We loved our stay here.
None of the following stopped us from enjoying our stay at Emmanuel but I want to mention them a) for the owners and b) for future visitors.
We had trouble getting in to the property via the lock box and also on leaving the property so had to leave keys with reception so this would be better to be replaced to something less complicated.
As with previous reviews, the outside and the decking of the caravan could do with a jet wash and the outside furniture being replaced, but again it wasn’t a huge issue.
The temperature of the shower is very inconsistent and I had to keep turning it off as the drain in the shower is seemingly blocked so the water fills up quickly and was worried it would spill over on to the floor.
The glasses and cutlery are quite limited, also the tin opener didn’t work.
You’re in the closest caravan to the complex so yes it does get a little noisy but this didn’t bother me at all.
For what you pay to stay there, these little updates would make a huge difference to the quality of your holiday but it wouldn’t stop us from staying here in the future.

Also no plug for the kitchen sink lol

The location of this caravan is just fantastic - uninterrupted sea views and not surrounded by other caravans. Next to the kids park which was ideal for us, little bit noisy in the evenings as the entertainment is there too but it didn’t bother us or keep the kids up so not a problem!
The decking outside could do with a jet wash!

The caravan was good and the view was lovely
The noise from the playground right next to the caravan. And the loud music played every night from the clubhouse right next to caravan. It was really loud until midnight every night. Not good if trying to sleep.
