We enjoyed our stay here and a short walk to all amenities harbour , pubs and restaurants.

The location is exceptional right on the esplanade with walks in both directions, the studio is well equipped and comfortable, I would certainly book again and recommend to my family and friends.

I was not able to stay longer.

A perfect small retreat with every thing I needed, just walked in and relaxed immediately.

Excellent location right near the sea and foot path to Eype. See Photo. to the very left are a set of small holiday lets, I stayed in one of these, Very comfortable and cosy with good ambient lighting and heating. Extremely clean and tidy.

The property was very clean

We were very unhappy with our stay at this property, we had someone in property number 6, a few doors down doing building works until gone 8pm in the evening. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The external door had to be left unlocked as it was sticking so we could only lock the internal door which bodes as a security risk. The coffee machine did not work and the shower pressure was awful. I feel a partial refund is in order as we did message the host directly via WhatsApp and he seemed more interested in what neighbour was making the noise, as to not upset his next customers. The window handles were removed due to being corroded so we could not open them, making it very hot as the porch area is all glass. Also the bin had not been emptied and there was milk cartons on the top of the bin, as well as the bin being full. The kettle was scaled up. A really dreadful experience

the dream holiday coast

the property was very clean and very close to the beach the management (Martin) was very helpful and professional with a lot of information in the area which was great and helpful holiday start thanks lots will recommend it and will be back as soon as I can thank you very much for your help I really appreciate it

Superb

Just the right space for the two of us as well as bright and cosy. Tucked away towards the end of the coastal path though in easy walking distance to shops and eateries.

The only negative point would be about the parking. Although fairly close to the studio it was on a first come first park basis.

Very nice stay in great location

Well equipped studio with free parking in local car park. Perfect location for access to the beach and coastal walking paths, various good eateries are within 5mins walk. Studio bigger than it appears on the site with a comfortable bed, large TV and decent shower. Appreciated the cleaning/disinfectant products (hand sanitiser, wipes, etc.) available. Very pleasant communication with owners with a good amount of information provided. It was cold and stormy outside, but lovely and warm, as well as surprisingly quiet, inside the studio. Typically the stormy weather only cleared up when we left (photo of the view outside the studio when the sun was out - literally opposite side of the street you immediately have the beach). Would recommend for a cosy seaside retreat.

Kitchen not as clean as expected based on other reviews, but lots of cleaning/disinfectant products available to easily resolve. Bed linen and bath towels were spotless and comfortable, which is the most important thing.

Exceptional

100% lovely apartment, everything you needed they catered for. Very close to the seafront. Only issue was the parking, it was first come, first served. We had to park on the seafront overnight, only £3 though.

Parking, would nice to have dedicated, but can understand why it's not possible.

Idea place for 2 people to enjoy West Bay. Situated right on the front with easy access to a beach across the road. Studio was spotless and communication was great. A lovely town with great walks either way.

Lovely communication, beautiful little apartment. Perfect for a weekend.

Parking situation not clear on advert. Advert states free parking onsite but when you arrive you get told that it’s subject to availability and can end up being a little walk past a lot of garages away from property. Not sure this would suit somebody in a wheelchair

Our stay was to visit relations so the studio made a good base as we were out most of the day.

Excellent position right on the Esplanade. Nice view of the coastal path. Pleasant studio with excellent facilities. I liked the seaside theme. Plenty of space for clothes and mirror doors on the wardrobe so you could really see yourself.

The bed was firm but not as comfortable as I would like for my old bones (I'm 81). Parking was a bit difficult but adequate. As there were 2 of us we would have liked a large towel each.

Excellent location, a great base for walking & close to facilities in West Bay. Lovely comfy studio, well equipped & extremely clean. Angela & Martin were very helpful. We'd certainly stay again.
