Great setup for our large family stay in August. It had central air that kept the basement and main floor cool. There were 3 bedrooms and a bathroom on the 2nd story which were warm, but each bedroom had an air conditioner and/or fan which made sleeping up there comfortable. Each bedroom had a smart TV which prevented fighting over the remote. The kitchen had enough utensils to allow for cooking. During our stay we had a fuse go out one night. The owners were responsive and came out the next morning to change it. We would definitely stay here again.

My family converged from all around the US for a family wedding. Everything was like pictured. I did let the owner know we were traveling with 2 80years olds and he was quick to respond about the stairs and that there was not a bathroom on the main floor. I appreciated his up frontness and honesty. Stairs to basement are a little tricky to navigate, but had no issues.
For an older home it was nicely decorated and had all the right amenities.
Bonus unexpected amenities:
*Water filter in fridge
*Hand clothes steamer (extra thank you bc of wrinkled wedding clothes)
*Toiletries in the shower (we packed our own, but was a nice extra touch).
*Large tvs in each room
This was a delightful home. We appreciated the off street parking, yard to sit in and relax, proximity to needed locations, extra fans and air conditioning units in rooms. Oh, and tvs for each room! This was a hit for the younger ones staying.
We would definitely stay here again.

The house was perfect for my family’s getaway to the twin cities. The beds were very comfortable. We were about a 15-25 minute drive from wherever we needed to be. Nice house in a quiet neighborhood.

My family had a great stay here. The neighborhood was quiet, the house was very clean, and it had everything that we needed in the kitchen. I appreciated that they had laundry detergent. As others have noted, the stairs were steep and the stairs downstairs did not have a handrail. I wouldn't have my elderly parents stay there with me, but I was comfortable with the rest of my family. If you have toddlers or crawlers, you can close the door to the basement stairs (which lead to the bedroom with the king sized bed), and I noticed they had a baby gate that you could use for the stairs leading upstairs, so I would imagine a young family would be comfortable there, too. The host was very responsive. We appreciated the extra air conditioning units in the upstairs bedrooms. The basement room was very cool without extra air conditioners. We would definitely stay again if we needed a place in the Twin Cities.

1st Timer
Charming older home in St Paul that has been nicely updated. Loved the large yard, great for kids that need to get outside and run around. The neighborhood was nice, mostly quiet with a few louder nights, but we stayed during July 4th, so it?was expected. Enough space for the six of us. My only complaint would be that the basement where the master bedroom was had a damp smell to it, and was a little cold. Other that that, we really enjoyed our stay. The house was also nicely stocked.

Amazing stay in all the ways
This property exceeded all expectations. Cleanliness is really important to us and the whole house was immaculate. The backyard was beautiful and peaceful. The location was great - safe and convenient. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have their own space, but also perfect gathering spaces too. Modern and well appointed. Would not hesitate to stay again, we all loved it!

Quiet, yet urban location
The house was extremely well stocked, just like home! Every detail is covered by the host, this is literally your home away from home. Every bedroom is spacious with a giant flat screen mounted on the wall, with Netflix ready to go! I really appreciated the supplies the host has the home stocked with, q-tips, makeup wipes, body wash, etc. We were even able to launder our clothing while we were there. I highly recommend this home, we hope to visit again in the future!
Our family really enjoyed all of the games provided by the host and discovered a new family activity, playing cards together in this beautiful home!

Comfortable for a big group
This house has at least 4 separate bedrooms with nice size beds, and they were comfortable. The upstairs shower however is very low for the average height person. She has amenities like a blow dryer which is nice, and if you like bar soap, bring your own, otherwise she has body wash. She had washcloths and hand towels , and towels, and had to ask for another set as she forgot how many we were, and we had to search for our own, which was interesting. Our biggest complaint was, we had someone fall in the kitchen, because their was a huge water leak under the kitchen sink which was obviously not the 1st time, being their was a bucket under the sink, and the owner just said, hope she is OK, and said this has never been an issue before, however the bottom of the sink was warped. The trip had been uneventful until the fall in the kitchen . She has games, good heat, comfortable beds, coffee maker. But when there is water in the bucket 2 inches deep, there is a problem that needs to be addressed. Sorry for the negative review.

Good location , spacious and comfortable
Overall a great stay. A few things that were a bit of a bother -- No bathroom on main floor. Upstairs shower has hardly any headroom and the ceiling slants. tough if you are tall. Handrails were not continuous on the stairs .Not good for older folks- US. Glad we didn't have anything planned in the large yard ( which was a selling point) because it was a hay field . Would have been nice if the grass had been cut and some of the overgrown weeds had been tended to but again we luckily hadn't planned any events in the yard or patio. Coffee was supplied which was great. Would have liked ice cubes / trays but not a deal breaker. Also noted that no hand towels or washcloths were provided. Small detail but made a difference to us. Temperpedic type mattresses and pillows-- we weren't fans but I know people who love them. Would stay again. Close to freeway, grocery store and coffee shop. Good value

Wonderful place to stay
We greatly enjoyed the ease and comfort of this house! Maiko was incredibly responsive, and the house was clean and comfortable and well-stocked with necessities. The big yard was nice, as was the convenient location in residential St. Paul!

Girls Weekend
Great friends made the trip from Missouri to experience the Twin Cities, including Paisley Park. This house was just perfect. Easy to get to everything and the owners took excellent care of us. The area was experiencing an unseasonable heat wave, causing the second floor to be warm. We notified the owners and they responded immediately with a solution of additional AC units.
The house has plenty of space and everything you need to be comfortable. We all would totally recommend!

Well appointed home and great service
The owner was very accommodating when our plans changed due to the pandemic and I really appreciated that. Additionally, she was very responsive, answering every message quickly.
Our party was myself, my husband, our adult daughter and our teenaged daughter. The girls had to do remote work/school while we were there, and the bedrooms were comfortable to do so, with desks available, and the wifi was great, no issues. In the evenings we played games in the dining room and actually found a really fun game in the house's supplies. We ate many meals in the house and the kitchen supplies we great. The living room had comfy couches and blankets and is bigger than it seemed in the pictures. My husband and I enjoyed the privacy of the master bedroom and bath in the basement, where there was a big closet and a large TV. Note the steps to the basement could be a little tricky for someone with mobility issues, but it is a short flight. We didn't get to enjoy the yard because of the cold but there was ample firewood and a nice firepit with log seats. The driveway was great for parking off street. The neighborhood was quiet yet a quick hop to I-94 and other areas for shopping. We would choose this house again if we travel back to St. Paul in the future.
