Wow, so unique! Felt immersed into 1912 and the romantic elements of beauty surrounding the Titanic. Being big fans of the Titanic it was perfect. Felt at the centre of Belfast’s history. David’s tour, hospitality and knowledge of places to visit is unmatched, it allowed us to not waste a minute in exploring this great place.

We had a wonderful experience during our stay at the enchanting Rose Titanic Belfast. Our host, David, truly stood out with his exceptional hospitality and understanding nature. Despite arriving four hours before the scheduled check-in time at 8 am, David graciously accommodated us immediately. The weather outside was rainy and cold, but he welcomed us warmly, making us feel right at home.
The accommodation itself is nothing short of extraordinary. It feels like stepping into a scene from a movie, with each corner of the house telling a unique story – a narrative that David eagerly shares upon your arrival, adding a personal touch to the entire stay.
David went above and beyond by providing us with a comprehensive list of attractions and activities in Belfast even before our arrival. This thoughtful gesture caters to people of all ages and preferences, ensuring that our time in Belfast would be well-spent. The inclusion of a map further aided our exploration.
What's particularly noteworthy is the convenient location of the accommodation, within walking distance of all the main attractions and stores. This made our stay even more enjoyable and hassle-free. Overall, our experience at Rose Titanic Belfast was marked by David's exceptional hosting skills, the captivating ambiance of the accommodation, and the convenient proximity to everything Belfast has to offer.

Absolutely amazing experience, my children loved sleeping on the Titantic, I can't think of a better place to stay while exploring Belfast such a magical place!!

This is a unique property; incredibly detailed, intricate, weaving of the Titanic story and a really pleasant space. The introduction to the house by David was great and really set the scene.
Also, the house was well placed for exploring Belfast.
We liked everything about the property.

Location was great as we love East Belfast and the apartment was close to city centre too.
Nothing, everything was great!

We liked that it was private.
Beds and sofa very uncomfortable, the paintings in the house is too over powering, the noise off the airplanes were to loud.

Unique experience relaxing on the life boat sofa with titanic mural, and the hot tub and deck. Beautiful standard of accommodation with comfy bed. Host very helpful. The East side has lots of nice cafes and bars. Buses seemed to run every half hour, bus stop, coop and park nearby.

It was great wee escape away from reality and we all had a lovely break. This is the 2nd time we have stayed at one of David's houses, last time we stayed at Princess Becfola which was also amazing. David is a great host and takes time to take you around the house to explain the story behind the paintings. The house is warm and cosy and the beds are comfortable. The hot tub was a great extra which we we all loved especially the kids.

The property is very clean and well presented. The amount of detail that has gone into the artwork is astounding - every inch of each room is decorated with great detail! The recommendations from the very passionate and enthusiastic host David were a great help in choosing the best places to eat and drink. The decoration is very unique and the location is handy for George Best Airport and only a short taxi ride to the city centre. The outdoor terrace area is a great size and I imagine would be fantastic in the warmer weather! The area where the property is located is lovely and quiet in a nice clean and welcoming neighbourhood. This property is definately one of a kind!
Minimal areas to store your clothes and belongings within the room - there is only one small chest of drawers in each room. The towels provided were quite small - bigger bath sheets would be better. There are only 2 mirrors, one in the bathroom and one in the upstairs hall (which is not well lit) which wasn’t ideal when there were the 3 of us all trying to get ready at the same time for going out in the evening. The sofa, although quirky and fun is quite difficult to sit back when you are wanting to relax. The downstairs area did become quite cold at times even with the heating on (but we did visit in January and the blankets on the sofa were a great help for this!)

The decor really is amazing and our children absolutely loved it. Definitely a unique stay. The Host was great, very prompt with replies, and gave us a warm welcome to his fabulous property 👍

Helpful and welcoming host. David was very passionate and knowledgeable. good attention to detail and lovely outdoor space. Great location for visiting Titanic district. A very unique property.
Not really a negative, just be mindful that property is in Titanic district so fab for visiting Titanic museum but a 10/15 min taxi ride to city centre. Please also note that you pay extra (£60 per night) to use the hot tub x

We liked the unique atmosphere and good communication with the host David.
The location was not central but still good to reach by bus.

We arrived into Belfast earlier than the check-in time and David graciously agreed to let us check-in early. He put a lot of effort into ensuring that the place was ready by the time we arrived and this was greatly appreciated. David greeted us personally and immediately we were immersed into the romantic Titanic world. We loved the sound of crashing waves and admired every inch of the space which is fully covered with artwork. We liked the hearing the story behind each of the room. The whole property is well equipped and cleaned. We liked the access to a washer which we used a few times. The "kissing room" outside was very beautiful and we enjoyed a few meals outside. I would definitely recommend staying again or to explore David's other romantic worlds on future visits.
This is not a complaint but be aware that the property is not located in Belfast City Centre. It is however only a few mins from a bus station that would take you to City Centre in about 10-15 minutes. If you enjoy walking, you can also walk to the Titanic Quarter in about 30 minutes by walking through Victoria Park.
