The hostel is located in a very central building, you will be close to almost everything, and there is a metro station nearby. It is currently undergoing renovations, which is good because it needs it, as it is a very old building. The sheets and pillows were clean and smelled freshly washed.

The room was ok, but the bathroom was not very clean, especially the shower.

Ok for a 6 hour stay, not more

Needs a fridge. I was told there were renovating - clearly this is not happening and needs to. They could just put a fridge for guests in the dining room. Simple

Dobra lokalizacja.

Pokój po remoncie. W pokoju było czysto. W łazience są podstawowe środki czystości (szampon, mydło, papier toaletowy). Było lustro, prysznic, małe ręczniki. W pokoju było łózko z nowym wygodnym materacem. Był telewizor, grzejnik elektryczny i mały stolik. Nic więcej.

Nie ma ciszy nocnej. Recepcja nie reaguje na hałaśliwe zachowanie gości z innych pokoi. Było bardzo głośno w nocy. W pokoju przydałaby się szafa lub wieszak na ścianie, krzesło, pościel. Była kołdra bez pościeli.

La habitación está a pie de calle donde se escuchan todas las conversaciones y ruidos. Por la mañana la gente fuma en la ventana de la habitación y, aunque está cerrada, se filtra el humo del tabaco. Los baños son espeluznantes, sucios y viejos. Cada vez que se abre y cierra el grifo hay un estruendo que retumba toda la habitación

Très bien pour 1 nuit, mais je n'y passerai pas mes vacances.

L'hôtel a subit un dégât des eaux, donc le propriétaire nous a envoyé à un autre hôtel, le moderne, rue Breteuil. L'accueil a été très agréable.

La décoration et la qualité des installations est assez médiocre. Cet hôtel mérite vraiment un coup de neuf.

Nous avons était déloger dans un autre hôtel car il était en travaux Nous avions demandé 2 lits nous avons qu'un seul lit Le chauffage et l'eau chaude ne fonctionné pas Il y avait une gaine électrique dans la douche j'ai pris des photos Après avoir parlé avec le gérant du nouvel hôtel il nous a informé que la chambre coûtait 50 euro qui n'est pas le montant que nous avons payé En gros nous sommes extrêmement déçu

Disgusting and fithy illegal hostel.

Nothing to like. It is disgusting.

Staff was rude, hostel a mess full of filth and infection, smelling bad everywhere, water leaking, construction materials everywhere and noise, there was a living room that was reduced to 2-3 square meters like a box because the rest was occupied with filthy mattreses and again construction materials that I understood they are under reforming for 2 years and barely doing anything because the algerian workers are busy smoking all over the hotel instead of doing anything. A filthy business ran by filthy people. Maybe in algeria it is something normal to live in filth but sanitation in France would close it immediately if an insection would go. Not reccomandable.

Hotel en plein travaux, ce n'était mentionné nulle part. Lit, coussins et couette sans housses, chauffage défaillant, trop de bruit extérieurs et travaux. L'odeur de la peinture fraîche insupportable, pas de petit déj. L'hotel devrait fermer en totalité le temps des travaux

Il y avait une punaise de lit les draps avais des taches les rideau avais des tache de sang Des poiles dans la sale de bain est dans le lit le sol était sal avec des bout d’ongles la propreté général de la chambre étais inadmissible le prix et pas chère ok mais un minimum et l’hôtesse d’accueil du deuxième jours jours du départ étais pas agréable du tout elle nous a demandé de payer une taxe est une femme de ménage en plus d’avoir payé la chambre un gros manque de respect je recommande pas dutout cette hôtel.

The location is good but the place needs some repairs and cleaning.

The staff were friendly

Our first room there was fill of trash, bugs and insects. When we asked to change the room they gave us another room, it was much cleaner but both rooms had some technical problems in the bathroom.

la plus mauvaise nuit de tous mes séjours dans un hôtel

RIEN RIEN RIEN RIEN

J'ai réservé sur votre site un hôtel à Marseille , le Sylvabelle pour la nuit du 11 octobre 2023. Arrivées sur les lieux ma fille et moi sommes choquées par l'aspect de l'hôtel qui ne correspond absolument pas aux photos du site. Mais ce n'est rien à coté de la suite de nos péripéties, le réceptionniste était soi-disant étonné de notre arrivée et nous assure qu'il a prévenu Booking qu'il ne louait plus car l'hôtel est en travaux depuis 4 jours suite à l'effondrement du plafond au RDC. Nous sommes un peu choquées mais nous sommes fatiguées, la carte bleue ayant déjà été débitée nous décidons de rester. Enorme surprise à la vue de la chambre extrêmement sale , pas nettoyée et pleine d'humidité, encore une fois nous sommes coincées nous venons de paris donc éreintées, nous décidons de rester. Au bout de 5 minutes suite à des démangeaisons, ma fille et moi nous allumons la lumière et là haut le cœur, horreur les lits sont plein de punaises de lit. Nous avions demandé au réceptionniste à notre arrivée s'il yen avait, il avait esquivé la question. Nous sortons, demandons le remboursement qui nous a été refusé en échange on nous propose de nous donner une chambre sans punaises de lit dans l'hôtel, nous sommes dans la troisième dimension. Nous avons quittés l'hôtel sans remboursement à 23h Le lendemain, en allant à la laverie pour laver toutes nos affaires, , par peur d'invasion de punaise de lit, nous passons devant l'hôtel Sylvabelle et nous constatons qu'il y a toujours des usagers contrairement aux dires du réceptionniste, nous les prévenons de la situation catastrophique de cet hôtel et ils nous affirment que le réceptionniste leur a bien loué une une chambre sans préciser qu'il y avait des travaux ou des punaises de lit. Nous avons alerté la mairie de Marseille ce matin, qui assure l'envoi du service hygiène et sécurité au plus tôt. DONC ATTENTION ATTENTION HOTEL A FUIR

L'hotel si presenta in condizioni pessime. Chiaramente le foto presenti su booking non rispecchiano la realtà, in quanto l'hotel è in completa decadenza. In camera insetti morti, capelli, fili scoperti e "infissi" marci impossibili da chiudere. Il bagno "in camera" corrisponde a doccia e lavabo, nessuna traccia di tovaglie ne tantomeno saponi di cortesia. La toilet invece è una per piano, in una stanza buia, senza finestre, in condizioni igienico-sanitarie spaventose. Siamo andati via, ovviamente, dopo qualche minuto. La struttura ad oggi ha rifiutato ogni qualsiasi tipo di richiesta di rimborso, totale che parziale. State alla larga

For 20€ I can close and eye, but c'mon.......

The bed was comfortable, except for the fact that the materass was wrapped (under the sheets) in plastic. The position it is only five minutes walking to the main port.

The bathroom had rat holes under the shower. Noise all the night (voices). Materass wrapped in plastic and blood on the sheets. Strong smell of fresh painting.

Ничего, только если близость к центру

Грязь, ужасные условия, и КЛОПЫ!!! Послельные клопы!!! Их множество! Искусали напрочь, ужасные укусы, которые не поддаются лечению! Отель не принимает никаких мер борьбы с ними. Грязь кругом, номера в ужасном состоянии, нет даже туалетной бумаги, все сломано, вплоть до лейки душа. Жить там не возможно. Гадюшник. Это худший отель, в котором мы жили.

it was good for the price

the property is an old fresh house which is great, it was cheap for a days stay & has a kitchen.

the dorm downstairs is a bit stuffy and bathroom is mouldy.
