The Space:
This home features a main level with 2 bedrooms (queen bed in each), bathroom, living room, dining room, kitchen, and bonus room/office (with queen sleeper sofa). The basement has a 3rd bedroom (queen and twin bed), bathroom, laundry and family room (air mattress). There is a covered patio with seating off the dining room and a deck off the office.

Guest Access:
You will have full access to the entire home using a keyless access code that is unique to you and active during your stay.

Getting Around:
Our home is conveniently located in downtown Morristown with convenient access to Interstate 40 and 81.

Other Things to Note:
Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.

I don't ask for anything special at checkout. Just wash as many of the used dishes as you can (you can start the dishwasher as you leave), leave any dirty towels in the bathroom, and leave beds unmade.

Stayed here for a family wedding. the wedding venue was only a mile away, so very convenient. Myself and husband, our two adult kids and one grandchild appreciated room to spread out. Kitchen was well appointed. Decor was fresh and simple, and house was well cleaned.

loved it. Perfect for the three of us older women. Slight problem with thermostat on arrival, owner was there lickety split with replacement and all was well. He was very courteous and helpful. Wiyld love to stay again.

We stayed here for a few nights over Memorial Weekend so that we could visit with our family. It was perfectly lovely, clean, modernized and the hosts really thought of everything. The kitchen was stocked, the decor was nice, the place was super clean and just felt like home! Having a one year old with us, it was so great to have the house come with a nice pack - n - play as well as a quality highchair. We took a morning walk and saw the neighborhood and it was nice and safe. The owner was very fast to communicate and we loved how easy check out was. Even got to have some nice time on the front porch, chatting with family and had a big family meal together in the dining room. We'll definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay in Morristown at this Vrbo. The place was clean and met all of our sleeping and hanging out needs. Communication was excellent and the location was central to our activities. This was a great option instead of 3 hotel rooms for our family. Thank you for providing these options.

This was a great home for our first trip to Morristown. The home was near the main streets of the city so it was easy to get to everywhere. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Kevin was great to work with and responded quickly to our questions. We will definitely be back.

This is an exceptional property! Clean, neat, comfortable, and well-stocked with essentials, my wife, our daughter, our dog and I could not have asked for a better stay. Even so, our wonderful host, Kevin, reached out several times before, during, and after our vacation to inquire if he could do anything more for us. It's also worth mentioning that numerous medical centers, veterinary clinics, doggie daycare facilities, grocery stores, restaurants, retail shopping, and recreation opportunities are within blocks or a few miles of this property. We hated to leave -- we're planning to return!

Great place for multiple families. House had everything we needed. Nice neighborhood with sidewalks for walking. Plenty of hot water for showers! Convenient parking. Very enjoyable stay.

This was our second stay and we enjoyed both times. We were able to come here to stay when our middle Tennessee family comes to visit the East Tennessee Family., It is very convenient, clean and we all were able to stay comfortably.

Very comfy, owner cared and communicated well, checking in and asking how everything was, as well as sharing favorite spots to visit. This home was well equipped with everything we needed for a 4 night stay. The owner took great care to decorate the home and provide all of the extras to include really nice sheets, spices, shower products, and so much more. The home is in a safe area and 10 minutes to Panther Creek State Park which is great for hiking. I can't say enough great things about this rental. We are definitely booking this place again when we come back to visit.

We had multi generations of family that stayed together at the property. It was great to have 2 separate area for tv watching and a large dining room. The kids went down stairs to play and the adults were up stairs. We all had breakfast together in the dining room. The kitchen was well stocked and their was enough towels for everyone. Thank you

Overall we had a great stay. It was clean and stocked with items we may need. Plenty of parking even with the boat we brought. Only downfall was it is not a "yes space" for a toddler so we had to keep a close eye on him as he wanted to touch everything including the TVs and kept trying to go downstairs by himself since he is able to open those types of door knobs, but we realize not everyone can babyproof their homes. The owner was very attentive to our needs when problems with the wifi arose and settled them in a timely manner.

The home was clean with plenty of room to accommodate our group. The basement was perfect for our young adults. It was like a small apartment for them minus a kitchen. The finished basement makes the home ideal for two families traveling together. The downtown location was quaint and we felt safe. It is centrally located to everything we did. I would 10/10 recommend Kevin's home.

Used this as a jumping off point to explore greater Knoxville area. Worked fine. No issues, clean, AC worked. Bring your own deck chairs and no grill which seemed a bit odd but not a big deal. Don't believe the description says there's one...just one of those assumptions you make and I left my portable behind which is on me. All in all would stay again if was in the area.

Property clean, nicely decorated with a great front porch. Upstairs able to accommodate one family and downstairs another. Common spaces great! Close to stores and a short drive to Douglas, Cherokee and Norris Lakes. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This space was perfect for our family. We have 4 children between ages 5 and 11. There was plenty of sleeping options and room to spread out. The house is in a perfect location to use as a jumping off point for visiting National Parks and other atractions. The home owner is easy to get ahold of and very pleasant. Highly recommend!
