We had two families staying for a total of 11 people, including small kids. There was plenty of room for all of us, and we had a great time staying there! We loved being able to prepare our food in the stocked kitchen and watch a movie at the end of the day. We couldn't locate any kitchen towels, but paper towels worked fine for us, and a hand towel from the bathroom. The guest contact was easy to get ahold of with a quick response time, and the host was very gracious and welcoming toward our large group. Overall, we had no complaints, and would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet place near enough to the river and some great hiking!

We stayed here to go floating nearby on the Buffalo River. We went as a big family group. Nice house, spacious, well maintained, good kitchen with plenty of dishes/pots/utensils. We used the nice grill. Big refrigerator/freezer. Comfy beds.
Only complaint was no extra sheets were available for the listed pull-out couches. Also some confusion with the check out process- the side of the refrigerator has 2 different notices (one says strip the beds, the other says don't strip the bed), both say run the dishwasher but the email list says put all dishes away.

Our stay was great. However the bunk bed downstairs was not bolted together and was unusable by one of our sons so had to sleep on couch downstairs. One of the kitchen cabinets had powdered sugar all in the bottom of it. The coffee pot was extremely slow at making coffee and we ran vinegar through it to try to improve it with some improvement. There were spiders in webs around the house and our special needs son almost got into 2 of the webs on the back porch. Also would be beneficial if dining table was indoors for families to enjoy when it is so hot. We loved the water pressure in the showers was great!! The grill was wobbly and could use a good go over to tighten all bolts and screws. Washer and dryer was amazing. Beds could have used better support especially in master bed room my 73 year old father had the mattress fall out of the frame on him. Also, driveway could use a grading due to major potholes that made for an extremely bumpy ride a car would drag going up and down. Lucky we were in a van. Also better marking of how to get to property due to above ground pool in directions is not there any more. Other than that was a good stay.

The stay at first was a little frustrating as the key was not there for us to enter & there was not enough towels & supplies set out for 9 people, but they responded quickly & the cleaning lady was very nice. The location was actually nice & we loved the outdoor area to play sports & sit around the amazing firepit. The house was comfortable & suited our needs well. We enjoyed our stay & recommend the place.

We loved everything about this home: the location, the amenities, etc. Our only concern was the bunk bed room. The beds were a bit wobbly, so we ended up just pulling the mattresses onto the floor. Otherwise, very nice!

We loved our stay, had everything we needed, could have used more body wash or bar soap since there was 6 women but we managed with what we had, didn't have any problems with directions or roads. I would recommend this as a great getaway.

House was great! Clean, fully stocked, everything worked as it should.
The property was lovely. Well cared for, plenty of yard for the kiddos, woods for a short hike, and a stunning fire pit!
Easy to find, even a the "top of the mountain" 4 wheel drive was not needed.
We will definitely be back.

We enjoyed our stay, and the kids absolutely loved the place. It was really quiet and secluded. We didn’t have any issues at all.

We had a blimp when we first got there with no electricity on. Had to get a hotel the 1st night of our stay! But the host worked fast to get it turned back on and we were able to check in the next morning. The rest of our stay was excellent! It was a little more remote than we were expecting. But the host was very accommodating and we really enjoyed our stay after the initial blimp was resolved. Would recommend this property!

Coffee grounds still In coffee maker, trash can completely full, one bed unmade, lawn needed to be mowed. If they are paying someone to clean, they need to find someone else. I don’t not feel right about paying a cleaning fee.

We arrived at this beautiful house around 8 pm. Around 15 minutes into our stay we found that one of the toilets was leaking when flushed just a few minutes later another toilet was found to be leaking as well. I contacted the property manager and she had someone come out right away to fix the toilets but, he was unable to fix it that night so he came back the next day. When doing our check of the house we found that the sofa upstairs was broken and the fan in the living room looks to be coming apart (I didn’t mention that to the manager). I went to lay back down due to not feeling well and the bed broke. I contacted the property manager again asking for a refund due to 2 sofas being broken, 2 beds being broken, and the 2 toilets being broken. Yes, they immediately fixed the toilets but, the problem is we should have never had to have a complete stranger invade our vacation to do so. I waited for a response about my request for a refund but, didn’t hear anything until 5:30am on the morning of check out. The property manager said she was without good signal and didn’t want to text me so late when she was back in signal range. Somehow she thought that it was okay to not text late but text very early. They never attempted to fix either bed. My husband and I took the mattress off of the bed and slept on the floor. The property managers response at 5:30am was to say that the owner said they would give us a 25% refund! May as well have said $25!! Beautiful place though!!

The Property is as represented. no complaints with the home. The Driveway is another matter.
We were eight very experienced riders. Most of us did not attempt the driveway. we carried our gear 100 yards up to the cabin. One rider who did climb the driveway, sustained major damage, when the center hump of the two track collapsed beneath his front tire.
Before we came here, I reached out to the management company three times with questions about motorcycle parking. The only response I ever got was "We are too busy to reply to anyone more than three days out from check in."
This property is not for motorcycle riders!!!

Beautiful country home
This property is absolutely beautiful!!! The land itself is beautiful. But then to have this beautiful home that has room for the whole family is wonderful. The kids loved the basement game room and all the land to run and play. I will recommend this vacation property for big family’s and families of two or more. The house is very beautiful inside and out and had plenty of space for family Entertainment and fun. Our family can’t wait to book this rental property again next year with our family and friends…

Wow!
We booked your place and the weather changed on us. It was icy, and hard to climb the hill to the cabin, but we made it. Once we got inside it was like walking into walking into something magical. We absolutely enjoyed everything, and the hostess was super amazing, anytime I called for anything she was there! If we are back in marble falls we would be honored to stay again. ( maybe not icy next time 🤦🏼♀️😂) again thank y’all for being so courteous to our family.

The home: 10/10
Game room: 10/10
Location: 20/10 😂 if that’s possible
The only downfall is that mostly the attractions were closed due to the ice storm but nothing you can do about that!

Great House
My family went to Jasper, AR for the Carlton family reunion. The house was large and well equipped. If we needed anything, just a phone call took care of it. The house had modern appliances and plenty of room. We loved the area!

Making memories
My husband and I wanted to share an experience with our grandkids. We always took our 3 boys to the buffalo river area every summer for 25 years. We were hoping to have all 3 of our boys but it only worked out for our oldest son and his wife and their 2 precious little ones. This property was perfect for us all. Everyone had their own room. Loved the bottom floor with the fuse ball table and big TV. The yard was perfect for outdoor fun and the Fire pit area was a nice place to relax at the end of the day. All the beds were comfy and the kitchen was perfect size for all my home cooked meals. The jetted tub was the best way to end the perfect evening. It was a great vacation for our family. My 5 year old granddaughter caught her first fish and many other precious memories made this week. I still hear my almost 3 year old grandson's feet as he went down the long hallway giggling. Thank you for this beautiful property being available for us to make precious memories.

Nice place on a Rough road
We enjoyed our stay at this secluded newer home. The gravel roads you have to travel to reach it are a bit difficult to navigate if you're not a seasoned motorcycle rider. We rode 900 miles in a week through the Ozarks. There is alot of great roads to ride near by.

The house was perfect for us.
Loved this house. We kayak the Buffalo river normally once a year a d saw this place and thought we would try it out instead of the normal cabins we get. We plan to book this gorgeous house for now on. Tons of space , clean and Samantha was awesome when I had a question.

Great place to stay!
We loved staying here! The house was very clean, comfortable, and spacious. Kitchen had everything we needed. One thing to know- the master bed is a queen, not a king, and it is a very high bed. Someone with mobility issues may want to bring a step stool. The WiFi is not great, but this is unavoidable in a remote area and to be expected. Bring a hotspot if you have one and need fast Internet or want to use the smart tv functions. Cell phone service was surprisingly good though. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay in this house again!

Relaxing
The cabin/house was very nice and as pictured. We were a bit nervous about the road to get there but it was easier than expected on driving there. The kids loved it! We had a great time and may just have to book again soon. The property manager, Samantha, was amazing when we had to reach out to her and all the people we met while there were pleasant to talk to.

Birthday get away
We went to this cabin to celebrate my daughter's 25th birthday. It was perfect! The location feels as if you are in the middle of nowhere but your actually not too far from town and Jasper. The cabin has such a good layout for a famiky get away. Has a playroom/movie room downstairs with bunk beds and a bathroom. Fusbol was fun! Got to see snow the first night and a beautiful starry night the next! Would book again!
