House was very clean. Bedding is something I always pay attention to, and the bedding here was spotless. I needed assistance with finding the chlorine tablets for the hot tub , and response time was very quick. Host included little details that made our stay feel beyond comfortable.

Beautiful, large property with tons of space and just the perfect location! A great house for a family and the views of the lake were lovely!

The location of this home is perfect very quiet and a nice view from the outdoor patio. House needs a little bit of upgrades some of the furniture and walls have a bit of wear on them . One of the kitchen chairs was very flimsy, but other than that the home was very comfortable and a lot of room. The house is stocked well but there’s a lot of kitchen drawers and hard to find things , labels on drawers would’ve been nice . The spa has seen better days but it served its purpose and the kids loved it. Overall we enjoyed our stay, the house and patio speakers to play music was a plus . Will definitely be returning.

Location was great and back porch was great. Has a Tesla charge plug. And the size of the home is great. Unfortunately this home is very very old. Carpet needs to be replaced… and beds and all furniture. The house smells terrible becuase it’s so old with no upgrades. House has a lot of potential but no upgrades have been done. Will not be staying here again.

We will definitely be back! The home is spacious and well equipped, and the beds were very comfortable. The hot tub was a wonderful treat after ski days, and the view made working from home more tolerable. A prior comment said there were no cutting boards, but there were several, and the kitchen was well equipped. Unfortunately the coffee maker was broken when we arrived, and Vacasa never responded to my inquiry. We burned our fingers each morning putting the spring loaded valve back together for a 2nd pot. We were pleasantly surprised when we received a text letting us know we could check in early. Level access, large 2 car garage, griddle on the gas stove, pool table, gas grill, huge master suite, and more made this a winner.

House works great for a few couples or larger family rating:5 stars. The host never responded to any requests, Vicasa mgmt doesn't seem to care about communicating: rating 1 star

The house is in a great location, lots of room, comfy beds. The kitchen is NOT well stocked (so if you like to cook, bring everything you need with you). The house is managed by Vacasa property management and they are not customer friendly in any way. They are profit hungry, no regard for their customer experience and horrible communicators. Although this was booked through VRBO, they refuse to communicate through the VRbO app providing limited visibility to any interactions, details on the property checkin, etc. Make sure when you book that you are 100% certain that you will require no changes, will not need to communicate with them for anything and be aware that early checkin won’t be considered at all. I would rent the house again (and bring all kicthen supplies with me) but I will never rent through Vacasa again.

This was a very comfortable house for my family (6 adults and 2 young kids). We appreciated having the hot tub and garage to park in as it snowed several feet during our stay. There was a little room for improvement though. There were a few things lacking in the kitchen, the dishwasher was broken, and one of the 3 showers had a handle that made it unusable during our stay. The house was very close to cross country skiing and snowshoe trails and not too far to drive to restaurants or grocery stores. We enjoyed our stay.

I have never taken the time to write a negative review but felt it necessary after our stay at this property. The property itself was in a great location and it had ample space and good potential. However we had several issues with the amenities that did disrupt our vacation. We contacted Vacasa on several occasions to report these issues and were told someone would contact us which did not happen. After calling Vacasa again, maintenance did arrive, ,we were told to only run the extremely loud, shaking dryer when people weren't home and that the bbq that went up in flames our first night at the property had corroded gas lines and would be fixed but never heard from maintenance or Vacasa again. The hot tub filter was not operating correctly causing the water to be dirty and murky which we did not report because of lack of response from Vacasa with our other issues. After having over 9 conversations with Vacasa over the duration of our vacation and no resolution to our issues we asked for a reimbursement for loss of amenities, we were given $150 of the almost $7,000 we paid for the property. The lack of communication, follow up and action on part of Vacasa was frustrating and disappointing.

This was our second time staying here and we brought family this time. Great home for a getaway, nice set up for spending time together and having family meals. Close to the lake, shopping, restaurants.

Great Place!
We have stayed at so many lux places in Tahoe , but this place topped them all off! Plenty of room and great views!

Amenities had issues... Nice space
This is a spacious, well-lit place with plenty of space for the kids and privacy for adults. The hot tub wasn't properly working, didn't get past 99 degrees. We couldn't get either upstairs television to sync to the Google TV app. The carpets need cleaning, the yard was full of dog poo. One of the main downstairs showers was broken. For the price of this place, we were disappointed. We emailed Vacasa the first day about the hot tub but never heard back. I wish I would have stayed somewhere else; it wasn't worth it for the money.

A true vacation getaway
I almost don't want to write a review because I worry too many will try to book this place. However, my family absolutely loved this place so much they did not want to go anywhere else to explore. The sunrise and sunset from the balcony was breathtaking, and yet it was incredibly close to the highway and only a little over a mile to groceries, restaurant, police, and etc. There is soooooo much room and there were 5 adults and 3 kids. The vaulted ceiling, thoughtful kids room really made it homey. There was only one unfortunate situation, the hottub did not work. Vacasa was super attentive and tried to fix it ASAP with no success, and for this they sustain their rating. Please note DO NOT wear your shoes inside, it really help maintained the cleanliness of the house. The bed were incredibly comfortable and had fast strong wifi, both upstairs and downstairs. I really want to book this place again and hopefully soon!!! Thank you for one of the best and most relaxing vacation destination I have ever taken!!!

Enjoyed our stay!!
Very nice home. Though we were only two couples, it would easily accommodate 3 couples with children in the bunkroom. Kitchen is large and well stocked. We enjoyed the Hot tub and the Pool Table.
As previous reviews stated, there is no cable TV. We were able to use the available chromecast to cast Direct TV from our phone. However, if you're TV people and not at all tech savvy this may not be the place for you.

Beautiful home with great amenities. Lovely quiet neighborhood with friendly people. Very close to the lake (peekaboo lake view from the deck!). Quick drive to shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay there again.

Great home - couple issues....
We loved this Dollar Point home - location was great, deck was terrific, interior decorations were all about Tahoe -- plenty of room. We had a few issues though -- hot tub didn't work for 2 days, TV never worked, sound system would not work, missing pans (had to go buy our own), BBQ wouldn't work properly, lights not working in ceiling and bedrooms, door to deck would not lock, pool table slanted so balls rolled funny, flameless candles would not work even after I changed batteries -- bummer, LOTS of pet stains on carpet .... really needs a thorough cleaning. Loved the home though --- it was big and roomy. Gorgeous decorations - great neighborhood - we even saw the lake --- remember, when we went, there was smoke from the fires - so seeing the lake was an exciting event! Once these items are corrected, we would definitely rent this home again.

Perfect getaway
This house was absolutely perfect. Great location walking distance from Skylandia park and beach and less than a 5 minute drive from town. The house is completely stocked with anything you could possibly want in a vacation rental-we cooked several nice dinners and breakfast every day and had everything we needed. There was plenty of room for three adult couples and lots of areas in the house to hang out, play pool, hot tub, stargaze etc. The backyard is not fenced in just if you are bringing a fur baby thought it would be important to mention. This is one of the nicest vacation rentals I have stayed in. There’s even an EV charger located in the garage. As the description states there is no cable tv however there’s Netflix downstairs if you have an account you can login and chrome cast on both the upstairs TVs. The area is so gorgeous though why would you want to stay in watching tv? I highly recommend this rental and will absolutely stay there anytime I visit beautiful Lake Tahoe.
