Great location and feel.

The hotel is 20 steps from the beach. Great location and feel. They also offered beach chairs and extra towels.

Not a lot of places around for eating, at least not within walking distance.

A lovely soot, far from the noise and walking distance to everything.

We just keep coming back! It’s a fabulous spot and fun Art Deco vibe.

Very cute place

such a cute place. great location. it was immaculate clean. I was really happy about it

everything was wonderful. My only small complaint is that no one ever came during our stay to empty the trash or provide new towels etc. After I checked in we never saw a staff member for the rest of our stay so there was no one to ask. That was a little confusing.

Fun; physically and psychologically reinvigorating.

The cleanliness,user friendly kitchen with modern conveniences. Close to the Broadwalk & beach. Onsite parking. Helpful and available Staff. Reasonably quiet.

Great location, nice part of town, close too food and drink and BEACH.

Staff was helpful and responsive. Free parking pass included, parking just steps away. Location was perfect! Just off the boardwalk, so quiet but practically on the beach. Cute building, convenient rooms with beach gear we didn't have to ask for, it was in the room. Kitchenette was adequate, clean. Sofa bed was too hard, but they brought extra blankets for cushioning. Lovely view and darling place.

You are supposed to let them know way in advance if you need housekeeping, so put that in your booking requests. They were speedy with towel refreshes, though. Nice staff.

Best place to stay in the north of Miami

Don’t search any longer this is the best place to stay in the north of Miami. Lovely apartments, full equipped, very clean and tidy, only a few feet from the sand. Natasha and her crew are the best, nice people and always worried about making our stay an amazing experience. You´ll not regreat it.

Fantastic location in Hollywood Beach resort

Superb location next to the beach. Parking was perfect for us. Natasha couldn't do enough for us and all staff were great. Hotel in a quiet part of the beach area at night but only a short walk from bars/restaurants and the evening entertainment, live bands at the Hollywood beach theatre. We will return.

I loved it my room was amazing with a private balcony and everything was super clean. I will come back in the future.

the location was perfect near the beach, just a minute walked distance.

About the property I loved it but my advice is to clean the garbage bins.

The hotel exceeded our expectations

We were impressed with hospitality! They let us early into the room. Also, on the departure day they let us take a shower in the different room because our flight was late and our room was booked. The room is very comfy. Kitchen is pretty nice. They have beach towels, beach chairs, a cooler right in your room! Even aloe gel! Wow! They also have a few bikes you can use for free. We love the place and will be back!

Great place!

Loved the location! Walking distance to the beach, restaurants and entertainments. The place was really clean. Owner was very friendly and accommodating. Loved that there was free parking and free laundry on site. They also provided us with beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach mat, cooler and sand toys so we didn't have to worry about anything! They also had free bike rentals which we didn't get to but they were easily accessible and looked to be in good condition.

There was a language barrier with the on site custodian. She didn't understand or speak English. She used Google translate to tell us the owner would arrive at noon.

This place was fantastic! I was not expecting it to be as nice and as well equipped as it was. Everything was provided from dish soap to bicycles. It’s just a few steps from the water. The location was perfect. The parking garage was super close and the facility was beautiful.

The only thing I have to note that was off for me was the shades in our apartment were transparent. The other rooms seem to have solid shades, while ours were completely see through at night. It made me feel a bit weird that there was minimal privacy there, but either way we had a great stay and it was no big deal.

Superb

Room was very clean. Kitchen had everything , including salt and pepper dish liquid and sponge 🧽. They provide beach chairs 💺 , bike 🚲, umbrella 🏖️. You can grill , they have a grill in front of the office , I'm not sure if it's for public use ,but you can definitely bring your own. The room is yours you do as you want they have a broom you can clean up. There's a small table and chairs out side on balcony. I would recommend bringing paper towels. Large room very comfortable very cold air conditioner bathroom was very nice. Lots of towels . Extremely clean. Peaceful . There's a small karaoke bar about half a block away if you need some noise. They play a lot of rock and roll and oldies. The beach ⛱️ is beautiful. You're almost on boardwalk practically the minute you step out of the hotel . Balcony was nice . You can find restaurants and food along the boardwalk and there's also a small grocery store in the area. I booked a single room with a view and a king size bed and I could look out the window or door and see the beach 🏖️. Highly recommend.

Parking is tight. But at least you get a spot.
