The caravan it's self was in a nice quiet part of the location, had a nice parking space right aside the caravan which meant off loading the car was easy and was in walking distance of the club house.
Unfortunately I didn't read the reviews before booking... The oven doesn't light,, you have to do it yourselves and the flame is beyond small and would take forever to cook anything. There are holes in the doors to bedrooms, the main bathroom the toilet seat is broken and the push button is also broken, shower isn't great. TV doesn't work all that great. The main bed is totally uncomfortable an by the looks of things it's actually broken aswell., Boxes under the bed so can't store any of our suitcases. Overall not a great stay and will not be returning.

Caravan was clean and supplied all we needed for our short stay.
We had a power cut on the Saturday morning and as we was only down for a family gathering in St Leonards it hundered our time for getting ready as we had no hot water to shower until 9am which was a bit inconvenient, though we were pleased with the actual caravan 👍

Good heating system in van and bedding was nice
Oven would not work unless matches used to light. Staining on cushions, kitchen didn't have the basics you would expect for a family van, i.e., jug, sieve etc

Great location to stay near to where I was working for the week with friends

was good size caravan well equipped kitchen. Really good shower. Plot was really lovely and pretty.
Wasn't much to moan about. Sadly double bed mattress was uncomfortable needs changing. Lack of good toilet paper! Handy to have some waste bins in bathroom and bedrooms. More rubbish bags. And sadly coudnt find a BBQ.

very clean and a good location
we was not able to use any facilities as we was not told on booking the stay that we had to buy a £42 per person privilege pass so we had to go out we wanted to chill in the complex so when we asked to buy they said you had to be staying 3/4 nights and more we was miss sold this deal as we could have got a b&b for that price we spent cash on fuel having to keep going out this is very very wrong

Nothing
everything is a lie and a scam it doesn't match the pictures on the booking site, it's just awful locked clothes cupboards not working light bulbs, broken toilet bowl really really bad and very disappointing. For God's brothers, don't go there. no help from the owner or from Booking and we have a 1 year old baby strongly NO!!! I recommend

The property was warm, modern and extremely clean. Very happy with our stay
There wasn’t anything not to like for the purpose of our stay, we were there for a two night stay to attend a wedding, the space was great for getting ready, the shower was luxurious and the kitchen was well equipped, we hope to stay again when we visit our family

Friendly people and good food.
There were no clear signs for the dog walking area and what we found was very overgrown and loads of nettles.

Really clean and tidy, made to feel very homely.
Beds were super comfy and the bedding was fresh and soft.
Everything you need was provided in the well stocked kitchen.
There were even board games provided which was really nice.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again.
Nothing to report.

We enjoyed the stay very much. There is also lovely mini market and fast food.
Dont forget to try fish and chips from The Catch.
Please note you need to pay for the swimming pool at the reception and book swimming in advance.
If you are planning trip with kids to Hastings, take some cash for outdoor play activities.
The host is very helpful, unfortunately the management company was absolutely useless, giving us wrong code for the key box. We were unable to reach them and once we did they acted like "sorry" is a rude word for them. Luckily the host helped us out.
It was exhausting not be able to get in after 2 hours drive and keep trying to calm crying children. I was trying to reach the management company for a month before our stay and no luck. Dont waist your time, contact the owner directly.

Clean and light. New flooring. Common area is spacious. Used heating, it is very quick. Good kitchen facilities - fridge, microwave, stove and oven. Liked window dressings everywhere - both blinders and curtains, so could get proper light isolation for night time. View to sunset from table.
Minor point for us - for some doors we needed to slam them to close. Advertise photos do not include kitchen, while it is very good. Furnishing was different to photos ( better), so not sure if we stayed in advertised refurbished caravan or in replacement. Our number was 256.
4.5
Caravan has been looked after and had everything we needed for a comfortable few nights away with the kids.
