Loved the apartment! It was clean and safe. We did not have issue with urban noise-our bedroom was on interior walls though. Recommend bringing or buying own coffee-coffee provided was for single cup but only a large pot provided. Better yet check out the local coffee shops! Apple Fritters at Atticus were amazing! Can't wait to come back!

Loved the apartment. Perfectly clean, tv/cable in each room and all the basics needed. Andrea (management) and the cleaner (J.) were very pleasant and attentive. Would definitely stay again. Apartment is in downtown, kitty corner with Convention Center, walking distance to Riverside State Park, restaurants, etc. Parked car overnight on street, right in front of the building (free meter parking from 7pm-8pm) at our own risk…thankfully nothing happened :)

We had a great stay at the Riverfront apartments! We liked it so much we had to show it off to friends from the city so that they knew about it for any future visitors. Our friends particularly liked that all the art in the entrance way, halls, and apartment showed the key sites of the city.
The place was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with the basics for preparing and serving meals. The beds were super comfy! The en-suite laundry was easy to use. And after reading the guidebook, we mastered the temperature control for the HVAC system.
Staff was quickly responsive when we had a couple of needs during the week.
We were away most of the day, so the street parking (free overnight) suited our purposes very well.
We could walk to Starbucks, local French pastry place Madeleine's, Auntie's bookstore, restaurants, mall, Riverfront area, Convention Centre, and there is a Starbucks across the street in the Grand Hotel.
The fact that FedEx was right next door was truly a godsend for us, as we had 4 shipments to organize during our 1-week stay.
If we had one recommendation for improvement, it would be for the walk-in shower. Installing hand rails/grab bars would add to accessibility for people (ie seniors) with balance issues.
Riverfront truly exceeded our expectations and more than met our needs. This was a great stay, great value, highly recommend! Love, love, love it!

I reserved this unit for my family coming from overseas, while we rented another unit down the hall. We loved staying here! We had quick responses in communication - I was able to add a day to their stay, they had a pack & play setup and waiting. It was very clean and had everything needed!

We came to Spokane for a conference at the convention center. This was a super convenient location! Right across the street! It was nice to have additional space and the room was very clean. Our room was missing a hair dryer, but other than that, it was great!

We have stayed at this location multiple times instead of a hotel, especially when we want some extra room to hang out on the couch or the convenience of a full kitchen. This room was super clean and has easy keyless entry. Located downtown so you are a block from food and shopping and across the street from the riverfront park.

The place was nice.
The parking sucks because you have to pay the meter very first thing in The morning and are only allowed to park in one zone for up to 2 hours so when thats up you have to find different parking in a different zone which is difficult in that area. Oh and if you are going to cook something in the oven they dont have oven pans but overall its a great cozy place.

Visited Spokane with my daughters. The apartment was great. Lots of things within walking distance. If we ever need to stay in Spokane again I’d look here first.

Everything was fabulous. We came to move our son into the dorms @ Gonzaga from out of state. The two bedroom with laundry was key and the location perfect... we were there 6 nights. Only one flaw...get new pillows! Definitely not comfy. Other than that, loved it!

Everything was great. The only draw back is parking in downtown Spokane. You constantly have to move your car from one zone to another or find a place far away where you can park all day. But this isn't the VRBO's fault, this is a Spokane problem.

Easy downtown location
Location is ideal with easy access to the Riverfont and downtown. Contactless system is wonderful! Makes things so simple. Comfy bed, lots of towels, and everything we needed. Always found steers parking either right outside or within a block.

What a great place to stay in downtown Spokane!
Wow, what a great place to stay. My husband and I were so happy that we chose to stay at The Riverfront Travel Apartments. The apartment was clean and inviting. Very spacious and it was so nice having a full size kitchen. The art work through out the apartment and building was fantastic. Great location, just in walking distance to so many great places and restaurants and the beautiful Riverfront Park. Just a awesome place to stay. We will definitely be back to stay again.

Convenient!
Great location! Close walking distance to everything. It’s nice to have a full kitchen so we didn’t have to eat all of our meals out…and lots of room to hang out as a family rather than be in a cramped hotel room. The check-in and check-out is so easy! This was our third time renting one of the travel apartments and will be again for our daughters Gonzaga graduation!

Nice stay!
We really enjoyed our stay at the Travel Apartments. The one thing I didn’t consider was the fire alarm going off in the middle of the night due to the units containing ovens and such - was quite a shock with an infant in our room. Was no fault of the company or building though, and we got quickly back into our room.

The stay experience
It was clean but could have looked a little more homey. The bedrooms were very hot and stuffy at night since there are no vents in them. Just because of that I would not stay again but thank you for having us.

Great location, great apartment
We stayed here for our daughters state basketball tournament. The checkin was super easy and made coming and going very easy to do. The apartment had all amenities needed! It was a great location, right in downtown. Because it was in downtown there was some concern about the safety of parking. Also the 2 hour metered metered parking was a little difficult to stay on top of. It would have been nice to have a heads up to get a roll of quarters. (And maybe that was in the posting or paperwork, but I didn’t see anything about that.)
One more comment is to maybe get multiple luggage carts. There wasn’t one in the lobby the first few days we were there. That made carrying luggage, coolers, groceries etc. a little difficult.
Overall a great visit to Spokane!

Attend a conference at the Davenport Grand which is right across the street. We did not use the 2nd bed room, but for the price it was worth it. Our friends staying at the Grand ended up eating with us at our lovely apartment the entire 4 days. On the weekend, the area around was packed. It was nice to be able to take away food to eat in peace and quiet. Kitchen had stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker and microwave. Plus dishes and utensils. Only thing - no parking. We parked at the Grand, but wish we had coins for the meter, the few times that would have been convenient. I called to ask about early check-in, both time a pleasant lady answered and was very helpful.

In the heart of downtown
We were delighted to see the New Year's Eve fireworks from our apartment window. We walked across the street to the First Interstate Arts Center and enjoyed a Broadway performance. Riverfront Park was also in walking distance. Because of the holiday weekend and the events, street parking was not available, but we found parking in the hotel garage. The parking place for loading made it easy to get luggage to and from our vehicle.

Anniversary weekend getaway
A wonderful relaxing weekend stay. Clean, spacious accommodations with all the amenities we could wish for. Very quiet and private. We didn't see another person in the building. Lack of parking was the only negative of the experience but then finding parking in downtown Spokane is always a drag.

Great apartment
Very clean apartment close to shopping and restaurants. The only thing we didn’t enjoy was limited parking on the same street but you are downtown.
