Two ensuite bedrooms a double and a twin. A comfortable open plan lounge, combined kitchen and dining room. There are two bathrooms. Appliances including washing machine, microwave, dryer, dishwasher and fridge freezer.

Ideal for couples, families or individuals, with ample space for up to two couples or family of four plus infants. They provides luxurious accommodation with either off street parking or permit parking.
Sammy's Place & The Beacons are located in the centre of Hexham, two minutes walk from this picturesque historic medieval market town close to shops, pubs and restaurants and with much to see and do. Hexham itself has a magnificent 7th century and has been voted best market town

Northumbria is the castle capital of Britain. The castles of Alnwick, Dunstanburgh, Warkworth, Bamburgh, Chillingham and Lindisfarne are all here, and right on your doorstep is the World Heritage Site of Hadrian's Wallwith its many Roman settlements and forts along the rugged border hills.
Famous country houses nearby include Cragside, Wallington Hall, Paxton House and the nationally acclaimed Beamish Open Air Museum. Northumberland's protected environments support an abundance of rare plant animals and birds such as Ospreys and Red Kites.
There are many great walks to suit everyone in the Hexham area and surrounding country side. Miles of coastal track covering the magnificent beaches and headlands, whilst more challenging hikes can be found in the Cheviot Hills and National Parks and the Wall itself.
