My family of 4 had a great stay at this Seabrook Island property. My teens liked the bunk beds, spiral staircase, and that there were bikes available to use. The beaches at Seabrook were beautiful, highly recommend this area!

From the time we walked in to the time we left we enjoyed every second, I don’t have a complaint at all, it was everything we could have wanted in a vacation home and more! I loved that we could do our laundry and not pack wet smelly clothes home. The kids loved the treehouse feel and the view.

My family had a great time staying here! It comfortably fit 2 adults and 2 kids. Loved the shower water pressure and hot water! They had all the beach supplies you needed including lots of towels! Saw so many deer too!
We ended up always driving to the beach because with all the supplies and it being just so hot- it’s too far of a walk or bike ride. It’s also a super long boardwalk to the actual beach. We were disappointed in the restaurants in the area. Service was very poor and slow at most places- food just meh but pricey. The Italian restaurant at freshmen village was good!
The highlight of the trip was we saw the sea turtle beach patrol release baby turtles to the ocean! Look them up to see when the next time they dig up a nest! They did a super informative presentation on the beach and then we helped scare away the birds as we watched the little turtles make their way to the ocean!

House has everything you need for a couple or a small group to have a comfortable stay. Although, Golf cart or vehicle needed to truly enjoy all the amenities the island has to offer, as it is very spread out and much bigger than it looks.

We absolutely loved staying in this fun treehouse. We biked every day, enjoyed the beach and the pool. The house is stocked with everything you could possibly need and we really appreciated having access to the beach toys and bicycles. We loved the gorgeous and quiet neighborhood. And we even saw alligators! And it was helpful having access to a washer and dryer. We will DEFINITELY be back.

The treehouse was clean and exactly how pictured online. The design is so unique and fun. The owners have the place well stocked with beach toys, games for the family, nature books, and a well-rounded kitchen complete with coffee. The house is less than a mile to the beach. The island is very nice and classy. We enjoyed our stay at the treehouse and time on the island.

Highly recommend this Treehouse. Fine Crest is a short 1 minute drive or 10 minute wasps from the Beach Clubhouse. Newley renovated and comfortable home! We will definitely return!

I appreciate all of the thought that has been put into making sure guests are prepared to enjoy their stay at this property. From knowing about the community to having everything you could dream of - hammock swings to relax, bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas were all available. Inside is super clean and comfortable, again we didn’t want for anything inside either. I definitely recommend this property!

Great property. Property owner has done a great job with the amenities. They also were great in communicating answers to questions that we had. I wish I could say the same for the island itself/ The parking pass experience was less than desirable. It is almost as if the island residents really don't like renters. No one really waves and you will get looks of distain from the residents. Trust me, you will be able to know the difference from guest. The guest are all happy and the residents seemed bothered. The access to the beach is a commitment. Long board walks so carry light. Access #9 was a nice break to be on the mouth of the Edisto River. Great place for kids and just chilling in the water. I really have no complaints at all for the property other then the AC will make you feel as if you are sleeping on the deck of an aircraft carrier. But you get used to it after a couple of days.I can't say we will return to Seabrook anytime soon. That is not this VRBO's fault. There are just better alternatives on the Carolina coast.for access and the overall vacation experience.

First I want to say this property was exceptionally clean and well kept. It also had a great working HVAC system which was particularly important as the heat index everyday we stayed was over 100 degrees. I always felt so refreshingly cool upon entering the house everyday. There are multiple beach accesses walking distance away from the house, and you can drive or walk a bit further to go to the beach club and use those amenities if you purchase the pass. The food is really good at the beach club restaurant. The little neighborhood we were in was very quiet and peaceful. It’s a cul-de-sac with other “treehouses”. Also, there are a ton of electrical outlets throughout the house so there was never an issue plugging in an electrical device anywhere in the house. Wifi connection was fantastic which was important for us as I live streamed a conference that was taking place on neighboring Kiawah Island, and my husband had to take care of a few work tasks from his lap top throughout the week as well. We also got great cell phone reception from the house which can get spotty on some parts of Seabrook. The area around the house is very natural and covered with trees. We saw a couple gators in the adjacent pond, these are common there, and on the day of check out a cute little baby garden snake came on the porch to see us off. That was really cool. So if you really enjoy nature, you will get that there, but still be in a comfortable luxurious little “treehouse” that has everything.

We had the best time! Perfect vacation. Peaceful and relaxing. Yet full of adventure!! The dolphins strand feeding was the coolest thing ever!! Ride bikes to boardwalk 1 two hours before low tide.

My daughter and I had an amazing time! Just like how I imagined! As I going around the house when we first got in, just to see how things worked, I noticed one of the kitchen cabinets was broken. As I was about to notify Tina and Michael, Tina let me know they knew about the door. Then while I was going to bring our luggage inside I was turning the television on in the guest/kids room when I saw that the television was smashed. I quickly let them know of that along with later finding out another kitchen cabinet was broken. I just want to say for the family that stayed before us to have such completely lack of respect for someone else is beyond me! When I spoke with Tina on the phone, she felt bad that we had to experience that which honestly did not ruin our trip! I felt bad for them they had to find out this way! Tina and Michael were so nice and they didn't have to provide a refund but they did as they are good people! I am looking forward to our next vacation next year! Thank you for letting my daughter and I stay in this beautiful place!

Stayed for five nights and had a really nice relaxing time. The house was very clean and comfortable and had all the amenities you could want. The manager Tina was extremely nice, very responsive, and communicated well throughout our stay. The house had a comfortable bed, nice hot shower, and 360 degree views, which came in handy as we were visited by a myriad of wildlife. Seabrook is a great place to enjoy peace and quiet, an expansive beach, and a natural setting.

My family and I enjoyed our stay; the location is great as it is close to the beach and pools but also in a quiet area of the island. We highly recommend this property for a couple or small family (although the spiral staircase makes it difficult for younger children).

We loved the treehouse and the location! Everything we needed was there waiting for us, and we enjoyed biking over to the beach and around the island. We also drove into Charleston and to other area attractions. We loved coming back to the peaceful beauty of Seabrook. Highly recommend!
We did not get the amenities card, so we can’t review the beach club and other facilities. But we didn’t feel like we missed anything.

The property was just as described. The owners were very prompt to respond to all of our questions, and were very polite. The treehouse was very comfortable and the perfect size for our few days in South Carolina. The area was beautiful, quiet, and private. The house was well stocked with everything we needed to feel comfortable and enjoy our stay. We would definitely consider coming back.

This beautiful space was the perfect spot to celebrate our daughter 5th birthday together. The 3 of us loved how quiet the beach was and seeing deer and other wildlife wander about freely was a much needed change for our busy day-to-day lives. Mike and Tina were perfect! T
I even forgot my jewelry case when we left and never realized until Mike reached out letting me know. They are even mailing it back to me! Amazing customer service! 10000/10

My two daughters (9 and 11) and I stayed over Labor Day weekend. It is a great location and I cannot say enough about how great the owners are to work with. They almost immediately responded to questions and included a great welcome bag. My daughters were super excited. It’s the little things. :)

We love this house. Its location is great and has everything we need to be comfortable, even with a 3 year old. The AC vents indoors run very loud but we have no other complaints at all. Would def stay here again! If you have small kids, bring a plastic gate for the spiral stair case, its a live saver, literally!

Family Getaway
For this trip it was myself, my husband and two of our kids, ages 13 and 11. We were excited about the “treehouse concept” and it didn’t disappoint! The property was as it appears in the pictures. It is indeed very well stocked and the owners have made every attempt to supply items that guests would need/want for both the house and the beach. The only downside to the property were that it could use a little more attention to detail with cleaning. Two examples: there were dead bugs around the windows and sliding glass door frames (but you would expect some of that in a heavily wooded area!) and the white leather chairs in the living room were dingy/dirty. The AC unit - as others have mentioned - is quite loud, but it did keep the unit very cool on super hot days!
The owners were very communicative and even let us know the unit was available earlier on our day of arrival. The surrounding community, beaches and pools are top notch!
Overall, it was a really lovely and nice getaway.

Seabrook unique house
We are always pleasantly surprised when the listing is true. This place was extremely clean, offered a few amenities that made our trip easier. Coffee pods, detergent, beach chairs, umbrella & bikes were so convenient! Owners were great in communicating. We loved it and will be back!

Great little house
Such a cute little house. We had everything we needed for a little getaway. Kitchen and house were well stocked. Very clean. Owners we’re easy to reach and helpful with any questions we had. Loved watching the gators and deer from the porch. My only complaint is the beds were a little hard, even the kids said they were not very comfortable. Otherwise, we loved this place!

Summer trip
Everything was wonderful!
Great location, clean, soo many things there for the beach, etc!
Would highly recommend!
Did not need to reach the owners as there were no issues, but they have always responded to questions prior to the trip very promptly.
Thank you!!!

Amazing!
We had the best time on Seabrook Island! Our house was clean and in a great location. The kitchen was well stocked and they had lots of beach toys. We really enjoyed seeing the dolphins strand feeding (off Beach access 1, take a left until you get to the inlet). We also got a kick out of our back yard buddy (Doug the alligator). The restaurants there are great and the food is really reasonably priced. The beaches were gorgeous and never too crowded. We spent some time at Freshfields Market and went into Charleston one day too. Overall, an amazing trip.

Great spot!
Everything is as it says in the listing. The owners are very prompt and helpful. It was nice having some extras in the kitchen, like spices and ketchup, etc. A short walk or bike ride to the beach (boardwalk #9), and beach chairs and umbrellas were a life saver! Overall, our stay was excellent!

Perfect for family of 3
This was just the right size place for our family of 3. It came accommodated with everything we needed, including pool and beach toys (which we didn’t use but good to know they were there if needed) and best of all bikes! We rode the bikes around the island everyday. The spiral staircase was fun at first but the staircase on the side was much easier to transport our luggage to/from. Mike and Tina were very responsive and friendly to work with. Overall good experience on such a peaceful island!

Nice rental
The rental had all the basics we needed for a fun beach getaway. The owners were responsive to our questions & needs, and the location is a short walk to the beach & the Seabrook Island Club.
Tips:
*If you want to lie on the beach all day, you might want to choose a rental on the other side of the island where there's more beach; or go to the club; or drive to another beach access. At high tide, there was virtually no beach at the closest access.
*The cleaning crew arrived just before our checkout time, which made our last morning a little hectic, so head's up to head out a little early if you can!

One of the most clean and nicely appointed homes we've enjoyed. Hosts were very available to answer
A really neat "tree house" next to the river. Very quiet, providing a relaxing experience. Brand new Weber gas grill - perfectly grilled steaks! Enjoyed the birds and surroundings relaxing on the porch. Surrounded by trees which kept the house cool. We'll be back!

I had a wonderful experience at this property. The property itself was very unique, being a ‘treehouse’ and all. It was very comfortable and had great views. The best part of my time here was the amazing resort amenities that we had access to, including beautiful beaches and a gorgeous pool. It was so generous that the owners left bikes so I could ride around the resort and take in the spectacular area.

Alligators
Cute house with view of watch alligator. Beautiful area. Home is as described. There isn’t a lot of entertainment and dining but if you are looking to enjoy a beautiful area and beach, while relaxing, this is def a place to visit.
