I can’t say enough about this rental house! Comfy beds, super clean and has all you need in the kitchen. It is in a cute little area, too. Would definitely stay here again. Oh and the master bathroom is awesome!! Thank you Roxana!❤️

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the blue house! We were visiting Atlanta to see the pandas before they head back to China. We managed to visit the zoo, the aquarium, world of coke and the civil rights museum. All were an incredible experience. The location was great for a visit to Krog tunnel and we enjoyed some late afternoon walks. The downstairs resident kept to themselves and other than a little noise (nothing worth complaining about) we hardly knew they were there. Communication with the owner was great, and they were always quick to respond. We’d stay here again.

Beautiful home, I absolutely loved it! One thing is the address is a little tricky for some maps to get to like Uber. Be prepared for a few gnats but that could just be because of the wooded area. Otherwise, the house looked even better than the photos. The host communicated quickly and effectively. Host was very accommodating. Thanks for making my birthday special!

Better than I even expected

I rented this Place for my son's birthday which it is the day after Halloween so of course he wanted to go trick or treating and the neighborhood was perfect and safe for this. The place walking in was amazing it's beautifully decorated the rooms are spacious. Everything was clean and the toilet paper and napkins were of good quality as well.This place provided us with everything that we needed and then some. I would Definitely book again the only thing that I would recommend is a top for the back balcony and it will be Perfect.

The house was just as advertised. Extremely clean, comfortable beds. Lots of cooking pots, pans, and more than just the basic spices, etc. The back deck is quiet and very private.

The place we stayed was beautiful, clean and close to downtown! There are a lot of cute restaurants near here as well, so check them out! Had trouble figuring out the lock, but Roxanne answered the phone right away and helped me out! She also made sure everything was perfect and that I had Angela's number. The only thing I had thought could be improved was the checkout policy. Most places tell me to do certain things a certain way, but I didn't see it in the binder. But again this place was perfect!

I stayed here with some girlfriends and we had an absolutely amazing time! The house is clean and cute and was perfect for our trip. The host does a fabulous job communicating and makes everything very easy. House is in a great location and is conviennent to all the fun parts of Atlanta. Definitely recommend!!

We came to Atlanta for a convention last month and chose to stay at the blue cottage. I’m so glad we did. It was clean, smelled amazing, and had ample room for us to spread out and relax. The property manager, Roxana, was so accommodating and was quick to fix a very minor issue with the microwave. The house was within just a couple miles of our convention site, so it was was easy to get back and forth. Our gals are so glad that we stayed at the blue cottage, and we look forward to staying there again!!!! Thanks so much Roxana!!!

Cute and clean house sleeping 6 comfortably in close proximity to Atlanta sights and activities. Some very minor issues were already noted by the manager and in the process of getting corrected. Would definitely stay here again if traveling to Atlanta.

Cutest Cottage Ever!

This was a birthday trip for my husband & brother and my 11 yr old son was with us also. We took in the Braves game & did some other things in the downtown area. The cottage was very close to both of those areas (20 mins or less). The cottage was perfect for us, located in a quiet little area. It had everything we needed & for someone like me who would rather listen to music than watch tv, I loved the Bose speaker! :) Roxana was great. Responded quickly and was even able to allow us an early check in that day! Would stay here again!

Home away from home is literally the experience you will have at the Blue Cottage. Before our arrival, Roxanne reached out to make sure that we knew how to check in and the location. From the moment that we walked through the door, you both smell and see the clean! The welcome snack pack was such a treat after being on the road all day. It was also very comforting to know any issue that we had was readily responded to within moments. What a way to spend your time in Atlanta. Very easy to access, with a great central location. We would definitely return. Thank you Roxanne for being so hospitable.

The house was so clean and everything was perfect! Roxanna is amazing and responds back right away. They even left little snacks and waters out prior to our arrival. The pictures do NOT do this place justice. Will definitely be returning for sure.

From the moment we pulled up we knew it was a hit. As soon as you opened the door the scent of vanilla wafted out. After a long road trip this was WELCOMED. From the decor inside to the beautiful patio on the outside this property is BEAUTIFUL!! We were left snacks, beverages and even bedroom slippers. The Blue Cottage was equipped with ANYTHING you may have left or forgotten back home. It was CLEAN AND HOMEY. We’ll definitely be BACK!!! Highly recommended!!! Thank you Angela and Roxanne!!

I really enjoyed my stay at the Blue Cottage. 7 of my friends and I were there for my birthday and the house was very spacious. The pictures doesn’t do the house justice, it’s beautiful. Checking in was a breeze and communication was great. Location was perfect, close to everything. Whenever I come back to Atlanta I will be staying at the Blue Cottage.

I have no complaints this house was perfect for our small group! We were close to everything and we also had a couple family members over and had enough room to enjoy one another. I’ll be choosing this property every time I’m in Atlanta! I thought not having TV’s in the bedrooms would be a problem (because we’re just use to having them) but it wasn’t. It would have been nice at times but it was no biggie...

“Wow” is all I can say about this property and the owners; I said it when I walked in and as I left. The pictures online are a true understatement to the great beauty and size of this house! I’ve stayed at plenty of BnB’s and VRBOs before, but this one was by far my absolute favorite. It was my birthday weekend and Angela (the co-owner) truly made me feel like a queen. They ended up giving us an extra king sized bed to accommodate us, gifted me a delicious bottle of peach Bellini, and allowed us to check out later. I’ll forever book with Roxana and Angela. Thank you SO much for everything!

The pictures don't do justice for this home! Very modern and updated. Nice quiet neighborhood and very close to Grant Park, downtown and restaurants. The check in and checkout process was a breeze. The owner was very accommodating and communication was exceptional. My friends and I had a blast! Will be renting again!
