Year after year we come back to this beautiful condo! It’s spacious, immaculately clean, super cozy, and decorated with a designers touch. The location overlooking Bemus bay provides gorgeous views of the lake. Our host, Ariana, always goes above and beyond to accommodate us and is very responsive in our communication. We highly recommend this gorgeous vacation rental.

We discovered Bemus Point several years ago and when we saw it was in the path of totality, we began our search for a great place to stay and we found it. Ariana was extremely responsive and the condo was perfect - very clean, great location, and well equipped. We will be back!

Everything exceeded our expectations!!! Beautiful, clean, and perfect location. My sister and her family moved to Bemus 6 years ago from Long Island. We visit a couple a couple of times a year. We have stayed at hotels and other vrbo properties. The accommodations here checked all the boxes my family was looking for. Plenty of room, extra bathrooms and location. We will stay here again for our Summer vacation!!! Thank you!

We come to Bemus Point every summer! One of my favorite places to be. This was the first time we rented a condo! It was delightful! Decor was comfortable and beautiful! The view of Lake Chautauqua was perfect. Beds are comfortable. Spacious rooms. Everything is a short walk! Looking forward to returning!! The owner is accessible if needed and easy to contact! Great place!

Very nice stay with beautiful weather. Very nice condo and nicely furnished . Hope they get the ice cube maker fixed. My son and his 15 yr old slept in the bedroom with twin beds and found two pieces of moldy pizza with.bud lite caps on top.Might want to let cleaners know about this.

We couldn’t wait to return and we did! Once again, everything was perfect; the gorgeous condo, the views, the quaint town of Bemus! Ariana is a wonderful host; warm, responsive, and continually making updates to her beautiful lake home. It’s our favorite place, we’re looking forward to returning again next year!

This property was perfect for our group of 70-ish women. Walking to whatever we needed was ideal plus only a short drive to the Institute, Wineries, etc. It was an amazing trip! Ariana was very prompt and helpful with each request. TY!!

This is a great rental for all ages. Communication with owner and the rental itself is top notch. You have every creature comfort you could possibly need. Everyone at the condo property is friendly and inviting. Lots to do nearby and right in the community of Bemus Point. You will not be disappointed in this booking! We hope to return next year.

This was our second stay in this gorgeous vacation home and once again, everything was absolutely perfect! We arrived this year to find that the owners had renovated one of the guest rooms to include a 3rd bathroom with a walk in shower; What a bonus!!! The furnishings and decor are super pretty, creating a cosy ambience that complements the beautiful views of the lake and quaint surroundings of Bemus Point. We could not recommend this unit more highly: the property is exceptional, communication with the owner is excellent, and the unit is stocked with everything we needed. We can’t wait to return next year!

Location Location…
Right next door to great restaurants and bars, take the family to dinner or sneak out for a couple drinks. Water sports rentals available across the street, we kayaked, paddle boarded and rented a Pontoon boat. Culture and history right next door at the Hotel Lenhart, we could have stayed a few more days and enjoyed every minute of it. Bemus Point Market was a stones throw away for any of your outing or breakfast and lunch needs and all of the shops, cafes and even the golf course are right at your fingertips! The Condo is amazing, new, clean and comfy, so it was nice to kick back there as well. This is a great no stress relaxing location.

We love this condo! It’s lovely, we’ll-maintained and perfectly located. The owners are responsive and informative. The new third bathroom is just beautiful! We plan to return next Summer if we can! Thank you for a lovely vacation!

A Week in Paradise
Wonderful location; very spacious; better equipped in kitchen than most homes. Only negatives were the uncomfortable balcony furniture and the lack of table lamps in living room and one of the bedrooms. We would definitely stay here again, because the few negatives were heavily outweighed by the positives.

Family gathering
For our family reunion, this was perfect for our 3 generations who stayed there. The location was central to everyone else who was scattered around the Ashville and Lakewood area. Our view was spectacular, we loved walking to the gift shops and restaurants, and the teens enjoyed the pool!

Beautiful condo in Bemus Point
This Bemus Point condo was easy one of the nicest places we've ever stayed when travelling. The location is right off the main strip so you can walk to everything. The condo itself was spotless, all appliances and furnishing seemed like they were brand new. There's a beautiful view of the lake and Ariana answered any questions we had immediately. Will definitely stay here again!

We stayed in this condo for a trip to the comedy museums in Jamestown. Very comfortable and well appointed condo! Immaculate and with a great view of the lake. Highly recommended!

It is a lovely condo!
We very much enjoyed our stay. It was so nice to be able to keep the car parked and walk to restaurants across the street and around the corner from the condo building. The condo is very clean and well maintained. Thank you!!

Immaculate!!!!!
To say that I’m fussy is an understatement! This property blew me away! You could not find a dust bunny , finger print or spot in the whole unit. It’s stocked with everything you could ever think of and then some! It’s huge including the closets. The water pressure in the showers were perfect. My favorite spot was the outdoor patio. The view spectacular! The pool was clean and warm, unfortunately the hot tub was broken and so was my husband’s heart. There is one parking spot per unit. But parking other cars is steps away on the street. I felt very safe in this amazing little town. Try out The Tap House at Bemus Golf Course, it’s a hidden gem of a restaurant!!! Amazing menu. And of course EBC and The Casino. Every night at the Fish there was live music and you can sit on the patio of condo and hear it. Every night at sunset the neighbor in the next condo plays the Taps on his trumpet 🎺 and all the neighbors and stoped traffic and people walking the street stop and listen and then all clap! It was very cool! You will not be sorry staying here!

"Our family has been traveling to Bemus for over 12 years and have stayed in numerous properties. All have been wonderful experiences, yet this unit is our favorite! This 4th floor condo is absolutely gorgeous, impeccably clean, comfortable, quiet, and had everything we could possibly need during our stay. Everything was perfect and the location can’t be beat! The owner was very welcoming, responsive, and provided extra touches that we really appreciated; we can’t wait to return!
