Come experience the best of modern indoor and outdoor coastal living in our beautiful oceanview accommodations, just 6 houses from the great recreational beach at 38th Street. By combining the Downstairs Unit (1 bdrm 1.5 bath) and the larger multi-level Main House (3 bdrm, 3.5 bath), larger family groups are able to enjoy an amazing home in an equally amazing beach location! Here's what you'll find:
MAIN HOUSE: UPSTAIRS LEVELS

- starter supplies of liquid hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher caps, sponge, kitchen trash bags, 2-4 rolls toilet paper, 1 paper towel roll (guests must supply additional amounts)
PARKING:
One garage space plus two carport spaces - accessed from the rear alley; free parking throughout the neighborhood, when available
LAUNDRY:
Free facilities located in the home. Guests must provide their own supplies.
ATTENTION:
Because both units are not connected internally, parental supervision of children and any guests under 25 is mandatory at all times in both downstairs and upstairs units - especially overnight. Neither unit is permitted to operate as a "kids' room. It is a home and must have overnight parental supervision.
CITY TAX:
A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals, (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.
SECURITY EQUIPMENT:
This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces, and/or entrances to the property, as well as noise monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect the property, guests, and ensuring compliance with local ordinances.

The home was great....terrifically appointed, comfortable, and a 3 minute walk to the beach. We could not have been more pleased!!

We found this property to exceed our expectations! From the moment we stepped through the door we knew that we would enjoy our stay. The property was immaculate and was airy and open. We rented both the A and B parts by of the property.
Initially the code to A was not working. I called the property management company and they were able to remotely unlock it and reset the lock with the same code. It took no more 5 minutes to open the door. Each of the bedrooms had in suite bathrooms and the kitchen was fully stocked with all the needed appliances and dishes needed to cook meals through the week.. They unit was well stocked with towels, blankets starter supplies in the kitchen and bathrooms. The third bedroom upstairs wax fully equipped also. We enjoyed the third floor gathering place as well as the fire pit outside with a view of the ocean.
Unit B was a beautiful place with a separate entrance with a fully stocked kitchen, living room and bedroom.
The furnishings were comfort and the decor was perfect. There were 8 adults and 3 children under 3 and the space was comfortable for everyone.
We highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here in the future! It was “hands down” our families favorite home to stay in together!

This condo unit is beautifully apportioned with updated with state-of-the-art appliances and wonderful decor. It was very clean and also easy to keep clean. We had all the dishes/pots/pans needed for a weeks stay. We absolutely loved this property.

We had a great vacation staying in this beautiful beach house! It is so conveniently located to the beach and the pier/shops. The house was clean and had everything we need! The rental company was very communicative and provided everything we needed to make our stay comfortable! We would highly recommend this place!

Perfect Place for 8
This was a perfect place for our family of 8. We rented both units so it gave us lots of room to spread out. It was impeccably clean upon our arrival, we were less than 100 steps from the beach and there was everything we needed for our stay. It was also helpful to have private parking as street parking is hard to come by in that area. We would love to stay here again!
