Golf Creek 12 is a nicely updated condo minutes from the Jackson airport, Moose Junction, and Jackson. The home is a good option for 4-6 people with the caveat that after the two bedrooms the third sleeping area is an open loft that will get plenty of light early. We had some issues with a living room heater that would not shut off (led to an 81 degree living room by the end of the day). It is also difficult to contact a local agent to assist with issues. Overall, though, this a good place to stay with close proximity to the above mentioned areas at a more affordable price point than a lot of places within Jackson proper. If the heater and communication issues are remedied, I would rate this as 4.5-5 stars.

GC12 was a great place to stay. Very close to the Jackson Hole and GTNP area like we needed. We didn't fly into the Jackson Hole airport;however, this place is probably a mile away from it.

Location location! This is so close to the airport, it took us barely 10 minutes to get to. Very helpful when you have an early flight out, also. The condo was very clean, large kitchen, stocked with everything our family of 4 needed. The living room looks out to a gorgeous view of tall trees, golf course and a small creek runs through the back. We would definitely stay here again!

AMAZING VIEWS!
We.came for my husband’s 50th birthday. The views were AMAZING! The condo was perfect! The decorator was right on! This condo was PERFECT! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed. Beds slept great. Showers were amazing! We saw so many amazing animals. Deer, elk, fox, coyote, ground squirrels,, and ravens each day. Truly spectacular for a city girl! We are definitely coming back!

Excellent, quiet unit
This condo was excellent. Nice quiet location and private. Deer in backyard everyday. Fully stocked, luxury bedding and very comfortable beds! Unit was the most clean unit we’ve stayed in. Wood for fireplace was a nice extra. Our family of four had plenty of room to spread out and relax after long days skiing. Plenty of room to keep our ski gear without feeling crowded. Teens were happy to have their own spaces. Road and sidewalk cleared multiple times each day. Plenty of towels were provided. On the negative side: washer and dryer are in master and are quite loud, so make sure to start laundry when you leave for day. Missing sliding glass shower door in Master bath, but when we called a shower curtain to keep water in was delivered pronto. Suggestions include a few more storage containers for leftovers and some staples like napkins, aluminum foil and ziplock bags(which we left). Overall and really nice unit and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful condo in great location
This condo was clean and very nicely decorated. It was in a nice quiet neighborhood in a great location near GTNP and airport. As a bonus, we had regular visits from 2 foxes and a family of deer every day right outside the window. Highly recommend.

Nice Place Near Parks
Very pleased with this rental. Location is great as it's about 15 minutes to the town of Jackson and Grand Teton park. We did a trip to Yellowstone and its about 1.5 hours away.
The house is very comfortable with good amenities. The only update necessary is new furniture on the deck as the stuff out there now is pretty worn.

Great location for visiting The Tetons and Yellowstone. Still close to town but away from all the traffic. Great views of the Tetons just a short walk out the door. Kitchen small but we’ll equipped for cooking. Even though it was a heat wave unit stayed nice and cool all day.

Perfect little cabin; well equipped
We loved this cabin more than expected. There is a little creek that runs along the edge of the lawn. We saw deer that would pass through. The living room furniture is very comfortable with plenty of space. The kitchen is well equipped with ole ty of items needed for cooking as well as general spices, oils and honey. For future renters, since we could not take them on the plane, we left a camp propane grill (will need the small propane tanks for it), grilling tools, a cooler, styrofoam cooler, bear spray (unopened) as well as paper plates, aluminum foil and other like items. The nice beds were welcomed at the end of each day spent exploring the beautiful Jackson Hole area.

Beautiful property, better than even expected from pictures! Well stocked kitchen, great beds, comfortable living room with nice views. Wildlife walked by often and the location is the best if you want to get into the National Park early. Still close enough to town for shopping. Will return without a doubt!

We absolutely loved the place! Very nice decor, comfortable beds and luxurious living room. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook lots of meals, as the restaurants are hard to get into. We especially loved the location near the Tetons and close to town. Easy access to skiing as well. The wildlife was amazing, we saw moose, deer, a fox, and many birds right from the living room!

This property is approximately 5-8 minutes from the Airport. Excellent! You are within 10 minutes of the entry into the park and 10 -15 minutes of town and Jackson Hole Ski Resort. Excellent location! I cannot say that enough. The property was very clean, beds are COMFORTABLE, showers/bathrooms are nice and clean with plenty of towels/linens. Kitchen is well stocked with common cooking items. Logs for fire. Really, it is a great place! We would definitely return.

Even though this is a condo/townhome community, the arrangement of the units makes you feel like you are all alone in the woods. Great outdoor space to conclude a long day - comes with a stream, a view, and wildlife. The interior is grade A mountain cabin feel. Very quiet and peaceful. Easy access to the park, airport, and Jackson. Book it, you won't regret.

Loved it! Open living area with dining table for work or meals! Deer passing thru the area was better than any TV but the TV was awesome too! Loved every single thing about it! Closer to Tetons and Yellowstone than the Jackson locations. We felt so at home. Management was awesome every step of the way! I feel like there have been some updates they may not have been in the pictures! Anyway! Would stay here a 100 times if we could! Our first trip to the Jackson Hole area and it was perfection!

Hiked the Grand Tetons
Location was phenomenal to the airport, Grand Tetons NP and Jackson Hole. It allowed us to get an early start on our hikes and even come back for lunch and rest midday, if we desired. The kitchen was well equipped and the water pressure for was fantastic to take nice warm showers. The beds were very comfortable. The only room for improvement would be to invest in a more quiet washer and dryer. The washer and dryer was adjacent to master bedroom and ran loudly, so you definitely couldn't go to bed while the dryer was on, even after a long day of hiking.
I would definitely recommend this place and I would definitely stay here again,. Place was so beautiful and cozy. Thank you for sharing your home with us. We loved it!

Awesome Rental
Our stay at the rental was awesome. There were 6 of us and we had plenty of room. The property itself was incredible. It had views of the Grand Tetons that was spectacular. The town of Jackson Hole was a short drive away. It had easy access to the national parks. Mule deer showed up in the back yard every morning. My family loved it and we would stay there again.

Misleading listing. HOA rules not included in details
First of all, the bad rating has nothing to do with the actual property, it is lovely and clean. There are rules that the HOA has that are not listed in the VRBO details (unless they change it after this). There were 6 of us and we rented an RV to take the trip in. There is no mention of RVs not being allowed. To be fair it is in the rental agreement, if you read the whole document.... We skipped other rentals because they said on their VRBO details no RVs allowed. BTW in case you are reading this there is also only one vehicle allowed on the property, which is also not mentioned. About a week or two before our trip I received an email for online check in where it asked what vehicle we would be in. So I listed the vehicle. The management company had the opportunity to let us know this wasn’t allowed then, but instead left us to deal with HOA without warning. Ron is the HOA president or representative. He is very friendly and understanding but also has to enforce the rules. He told us this happens ALL the time with this management company and even suggested that the management company should have a hard stop on the rental agreement to make sure it is clear and that the HOA has had discussions on how to handle this with the management company to make it clear because it happens so often. This seems like such and easy fix, right???!?! Make it clear on your listing. Simple.
The management companies solution was to either park the RV at an RV park and take a taxi, park it in town and take a taxi, or park it at the intersection down the street. Luckily we had mountain bikes with us so one of us could ride the bike every morning and evening to the RV. If you are reading this thinking, well you signed the rental agreement that’s on you, well that is exactly the position the management company took. Your bad. Read everything.
Ron, the HOA rep knows it is a problem too so we are not the only ones that have been put in this situation. It seems to me, they just want the rental money and know it would exclude some people picking their property so they just wait and leave Ron to clean up their mess.
