There's not much to say, It had small parking and it was open.

There was no hot water throughout the hotel, the rooms were very small and cluttered. The stuff was unhelpful, the breakfast was very poor.

good value for the money

the hotels near Birmingham airport were too expensive, we needed a place to stay the night after a flight before taking a train. the place was good value for the price we paid. the service we got was just perfect! welcoming and very helpful and caring (our suitcases did not arrive with our flight!).

Good location great staff bed needs upgrade.

The lady at the reception was lovely and very helpful.

They’ve kept the place clean but my pillows were so uncomfortable and the bed very old. The breakfast was ok but the milk was curdled. The lady offered to change it she was lovely but I didn’t have time.

Ideal location and lovely helpful staff

Location was excellent, within walking distance of NEC. Ideally located in a quiet residential area. Staff were so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Continental breakfast perfectly adequate at a very low price. Pub/restaurant with lovely food also in walking distance.

Entrance to car park a bit awkward to get in and out of because it is on a junction but we soon got used to it. No fault of owners at all.

Hôte sympa et confortable. Très bon accueil, à 1h du matin, du gardien de nuit. Devant repartir tôt, ce dernier a mis en place le petit déjeuner dès 7h.

Le Petit déjeuner peut-être. Je n'ai vu que des dosettes de café et de l'eau chaude. Une vraie machine à café serait la bienvenue. Je n'en ai pas vu. Du pain et des viennoiseries du jour ? mais il est vrai qu'il était tôt et que nous ne sommes pas en France !

Convenient & friendly venue ideal for NEC

Location is brilliant for visiting the NEC. Staff were friendly, cheerful and informative. Room was clean, comfy and warm.

Bathroom is what we'll charitably call compact, and while the breakfast buffet was convenient and tasty I'm not sure it was worth the price charged

A very pleasant hotel., Management and staff very pleasant and nice. Love chat with them.

Breakfast was continental and very nice. Also as It was my birthday the management gave me a complimentary drink in the bar. and staff very helpful and very pleasant. had a lovely chat with them and they were very friendly.

There wasn't anything I really liked. The only thing that slightly soured it was next morning when I left the person at Reception insisted that I hadn't paid for breakfast when I had but they never came back to me so I presume it had been sorted.

Convenient and clean. Overcharged for a very poor breakfast. Also had to pay £6 to park in their car park.

We were charged for breakfast despite showing them our email which clearly said breakfast was included in the price. Breakfast was very poor - cheap cereals, one mini muffin on display (one customer had 5 on his plate), cheap bread. Had to pay £6 to stay in their car park.

I love the price and the room and makeup light what was working this time

The bed was so hard I woke up thinking I was sleeping on the floor my last night I went to bed just after 1.30 I had to be up for 7.30 for my train not happy AT all

Visit to Nec Birmingham

The location was ideal for nec Birmingham and access to motorway m6. If you walk you better be prepared for a long walk certainly if you have mobility problems could be challenging..

I hadn't realised there was £6 CAR park fee which should have been highlighted more in the booking fee. My room was cold but the staff provided me with a heater, the hotel heating is on a timer, it came on at 6.30am.

Ok for overnight stop if visiting nec

Very basic breakfast, cheap bread and cereals no none dairy milk, fruit on offer was a bowl of apples

No staff around in the morning if you needed anything, bathroom soo small the door hit the sink and didn’t open fully, toilet was squeezed in next to the tiny shower cubicle

The staff seemed very nice and were helpful.

The grout round the shower tray was black & mouldy, the bed was very small and most uncomfortable. We had to ask for the room to be changed., which the staff did straight away. The rooms were very small and there were holes in the sheets.

It was only recovered because Booking .com wrote to the management at the hotel.

The breakfast was mediocre. It was described as full continental. basically it was cereal and orange juice and toast. A full continental (in my view) has cheese, ham, meats, much more choice.

My room was really poor and eventually with your help it was changed to a much better room. Booking.com were excellent in bringing about the change of room. I didn`t like the charge for parking which I was not expecting. My first room had such an old bed I could feel the springs in my back. The shower only worked on hot water, the cold didn`t work. So it was either scalding water or no shower.

Ok. Cheaper than other hotels when nec events on.

I asked to swap rooms due to room being very tiny and dark, curtains falling off , and staff were able to do this for me. Staff were friendly

Breakfast very basic. Awful cheapest possible coffee and tea Communication was a bit difficult with some staff due to language barrier Could be cleaner Location - nothing at all nearby so we used taxis to get around
