We have stayed here in this unit before. We love the area and the home. Clean, and has items that you need while staying there. Close to all our favorite spots. Can’t wait to book again.

Communication with the owner, David, was excellent. Quick responses to all questions and concerns as well as detailed instructions on the unit. I stayed somewhat off-season (Labor Day +) and it was super quiet. The air conditioning worked beautifully. Did not utilize the pool, but loved the option just in case. The property is very walkable to the main streets and the boardwalk (about 3-4 blocks away). There was assigned parking at the unit which is definitely a bonus. This place was nicely decorated and truly felt cozy in every room. I would definitely stay again & highly recommend it for those who are good with spiral stairs - this may not be ideal for younger kiddos or those with mobility issues. Thank you very much for allowing me to stay at your place!

Place was safe, quiet, clean, beautiful. Perfect for 4 of us. my husband and i in the masters and my 2 children had 1 queen bed each in the 2nd bedroom. there was one bathroom however it was a jack and jill style connecting to the master and 2nd bedroom and as you come out of the bathroom it has its own sink where you can get ready after your shower, so it was ok for us. there is a toilet/half bath in the living area. we had coffee in the sitting area in the back garden. there is a spiral staircase going up to the bedrooms. the washer dryer was convenient to wash our towels and swimsuits. we used the pool every evening after coming from the beach. we walk to the boardwalk / rehoboth ave every evening for dinner. there are lots of food options in rehoboth ave. from the house we use the short cut of M and T bank and leads us to rehoboth ave so no need to drive to restaurants. you have to pay parking in rehoboth ave or the streets around the restaurants. the boardwalk itself is a 20 -25 minute walk for our family coz much to see. we had to drive and park to the beach coz our beach chairs and bags are heavy to carry to walk. we went to different beaches the whole time we were there, lewes and cape henlopen state park is like 20 mins, bethany is 20 mins and has nice cute town too. teh place is what we needed and we had fun

The townhouse was perfect for our family of four. It was centrally located and close to many restaurants. Our 5 and 9 year old were able to walk to the beach and boardwalk and loved the pool too. As an added bonus, there were two playgrounds and a basketball court within a 10 minute walk. There was so much to do in Rehoboth and we can’t wait to return. Thanks for a great stay.

We stayed at this property in August 2022 and loved it. 2023 we had a Disney trip planned so we didn’t make it to Rehoboth but this year we were back to our regular family vacation spot and knew this was the place we wanted to stay again. Luckily it was available and it did not disappoint just as our first stay. Dave is a great host, very responsive, and even brought a new propane tank to replace one that the previous guests used up the following morning after letting him know. He cares about the stay that guests have and we just could not ask for more in a place. We love the location, the community pool is great, and the townhouse itself is immaculate. We also love that it is use what previous guests have left and leave something for others type arrangement as well. We have already booked our stay here for next year!

Great condo, modern, with all the amenities, very clean, convenient location. Great pool. Quiet. Nice neighborhood for walks. Walkable to the beach but a car ride might be easier. Near lots of great restaurants and shops.The covered parking right outside your door couldn’t be more convenient for packing, unpacking, and going for a quick drive. Both an upper level balcony and ground level patio, with a grill ( which we didn’t use but, hey it’s there if you like to grill!). Host was great and responsive. The only words of caution: the spiral staircase makes it tricky for the clumsy, and there is only one shower so maybe not ideal for elderly or small children (or shower hogs). We would definitely stay here again, happily. And we likely will next year!

The unit is well maintained, has parking right at the door, is very comfortable and a 10 second walk to Rehoboth Ave. The pool is great too, and the owner was very helpful and even informed us that we could check in early.

Loved this location and the condo was clean and very comfortable. Just off the main road and close to many great restaurants. A little further from the beach, but we stayed in the off-season so that wasn’t an issue. The beach is still only a short walk. Bonus: the owner found and mailed back a lost item. Wonderful hosts!

It was cute and clean! A good size and comfortable for 4 friends to have a nice, walkable weekend together in Rehoboth. The property manager was responsive (I misplaced the check in guidance and he re-sent it right away). He also seemed pretty chill about check-out though I would have appreciated that he communicated clearer expectations on that front (small note). Only other minor nitpick on what was a very lovely place in a great location was it would have been nice I'd the apartment had a tea kettle. Overall thanks, would definitely stay again!

We love staying in this area of Rehoboth. The pool is great. Location is walking distance to everything. Beds were on the firm side. Bring your own TP! Over all the house was nice and served it’s purpose.

You can't beat the location. Central to many amazing restaurants and just a few blocks from the boardwalk. The community salt water pool was lovely! We met so many wonderful people that were renting or owned there. My seven year old always had a playmate at the pool! The house itself was all I could have asked for! Clean nicely furnished. Very comfortable. I especially appreciated the well equipped kitchen for preparing breakfast and lunch. David was a gracious host and we look forward to returning in the future!

We loved this place! It was very clean, modern and updated with all that you would need. We had to bring our own sheets and towels and we did a lot of cooking. The kitchen was well stocked. I very much liked the two outdoors spaces. I practiced yoga on the upper deck and then my wife was able to sit out downstairs. There is nice landscaping on the back patio. It was too hot in the middle of the day, but it was nice to sit out there in early morning or evening. The nice thing about the layout is the teenagers could be in the living room and then my wife and I were upstairs on the upper deck. Conversely, when my wife and I were downstairs, the teenagers were able to walk out to the boardwalk easily. Also, being able to go to dinner in 5-10 minutes without having to worry about parking was super helpful. The only thing we would have liked is a second shower. There is one larger bathroom upstairs. Each room has a sink, but the commode and shower are shared. Luckily there was another commode downstairs. This arrangement just made us leave the beach in stages, so everyone could wash up before going out to eat. I would definitely rent this property again! We look forward to coming back.

Stayed June 10th-17th. Property well equipped. Manager responsive and cares about the rental and your stay. Nice kitchen and living area. Our party of four had enough room. Spiral staircase not to exceed 250lbs, so remember that when carrying luggage up and down. esp if anyone in your group weighs around 200lbs. Do rent the linens well worth it. Pool was uncrowded. Used downstairs outdoor patio. Easy walks to brewery, main st rehoboth, beach. Grotto’s pizza, Dogfish brewery. Rehoboth and condo clean, well maintained, and enjoyable. Good week to go. Summer but not super busy. Would come back.
