About this house rental

We call it AirbnBrink60. This immaculately designed and recently renovated 1960s-themed 2-bedroom apartment is located just 2 minutes from the freeway, 5 minutes from downtown Tacoma, and 40 minutes from Seattle. Within walking distance, there are various (excellent and cheap) restaurants, a grocery store, a pharmacy, and many other conveniences.

Beyond that, I think the pictures speak for themselves, but I’m happy to add a few words of my own. Click on the below link to learn more.

The goal with AirbnBrink60 is to provide a luxurious, modern take on 1960s design without skimping on personality. Every element has been meticulously selected to provoke thought and tell a story.

The furniture is all brand new and curated for comfort as well as style. However, nearly every accessory and wall-hanging are legitimate antiques. From newspaper clippings commemorating JFK’s assassination, to the beautifully-preserved 1960 Seeburg jukebox—there are too many details and Easter eggs here to list. And even if I could list them all, wouldn’t that kind of spoil the fun?

Suffice to say that we really went all out with this one. AirbnBrink60 isn’t just another a residential cubical; it’s an experience.

Features
• 43" TV with Netflix, Hulu, Prime Video, and HBO GO
• 1960 Seeburg Jukebox ♫ (loaded with period-correct music)
• Laundry facilities
• Covered patio with limited outdoor seating
• Authentic 1960s memorabilia everywhere

Location
• 5 minutes to Tacoma Dome
• 6 minutes from downtown Tacoma
• 38 minutes from downtown Seattle (in low traffic)

Guests have access to the entire 2-bedroom apartment, small patio seating area, and a shared laundry room. The laundry room has a set of machines reserved especially for the Airbnb, so there's no need to fight for laundry space.

We will absolutely be available if anything goes wrong with the house (if you run into any issues with the accommodations, let us know immediately!). However, we are not available to accompany guests, drive them around, or act as a concierge. Unfortunately, we just don't have the time.

AirbnBrink 60 is located 3 blocks from Tacoma’s historic International District, which recently underwent revitalization and major frontage improvements. Don’t expect too many fancy boutiques or hipster coffee shops (though there is a Starbucks). Do expect REMARKABLY cheap and excellent ethnic restaurants and a few quirky shops with signs in Mandarin and Thai.

What a cool place! Loved the working juke box and all the retro decor! The house was immaculate and fully stocked. The bed was so comfortable and we had the best nights sleep. Host was easy to reach and so helpful and friendly. Would love to stay again in the future.

The house was very clean and in a quiet part of town. There was a ton of parking available as well. The house is centrally located, very close to the highway and to plenty of bars/ restaurants. Great communication from the owners as well. I would love to stay here again when I return to Tacoma!

What a cute little place, perfect for our event. There were 2 adult couples and it was just right. There were little added touches to the place that made our stay even better. We would definitely stay again if the need ever arises.
