Charming hotel with wonderful staff and delicious breakfast. Will definitely stay again!

We loved staying in this small hotel right in the heart of Toulouse. The staff were really kind and helpful, the breakfast delicious and despite being close to the centre of the city it was quiet and peaceful over night.

Très bon séjour . Nous reviendrons sûrement lors d’un prochain séjour.

Idéalement placé. À deux pas du Capitole et du marché Victor Hugo . Très belle déco et chambre confortable. Personnel très agréable. petit déjeuner très bonne qualité .

Dans la chambre 110 nous avions des odeurs d’égouts. Pas de possibilité de fermer les siphons de douche et lavabo. la 112 n’avait pas ce problème.

Hôtel familial, confortable au service parfait…

C’est un hôtel idéalement situé à deux pas du Capitole, calme, simple et agréable, avec un personnel charmant, aimable et constamment soucieux d’offrir le meilleur service possible. Les chambres sont confortables, la literie excellente et il faut surtout noter la qualité exceptionnelle du petit déjeuner.

Seul bémol : des salles de bains riquiquis avec ces aménagements « modernes » plus contrariants qu’autre chose : douches tellement complexes qu’il faut être Bac + 7 pour en comprendre le fonctionnement et éviter de se faire tremper à contretemps ou d’inonder le sol, et surtout ces insupportables flacons inamovibles de savon liquide (comment voulez-vous faire mousser votre blaireau pour vous raser avec ça ?). Je serais volontiers prêt à payer la chambre un ou deux euros de plus pour ravoir les bons vieux petits savons d’antan, au nom de l’hôtel !

La ubicación perfecta, entre la playa de la Concha, el casco viejo, la zona del centro y el barrio de Gros (teatro Kursal). La persona de recepción super amable, nos facilitó recomendaciones para visitar San Sebastian y para ir de pinchos. Y nos gestionaron un abono para un párking a 5m del hotel.

Très bien pour un weekend douillet au centre de Toulouse...

L'hôtel est situé à deux pas du la place du Capitole , du marché des halles ou de la rue Alsace Lorraine. Emplacement idéal si vous comptez flâner au centre ville. La chambre n'est pas très spacieuse mais largement suffisante et aménagée avec goût. Le petit déjeuner est formidable. Les produits sont soit faits maison soit achetés chez des producteurs locaux.

Il n'y a pas de solution de parking. Ils ont un arrangement avec un parking de la ville mais comptez entre 20 et 30 euros les 24 heures.

The hotel is fabulous for a business stay or a private stay to discover the Toulouse city.

Great location, in the city center. The room was clean, tidy, and comfy. The breakfast was superb, diverse and fresh. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The staff was too friendly and diligent to not tidy my room, although I did hang the “Do not disturb” tag on the door.

Very lovely boutique hotel near the center of Toulouse. Convenient to transportation, good restaurants and shops. Excellent breakfast each morning.

Very pleased with stay

Location was superb. I did a lot of walking during my stay and the hotel was central to the city. River, canal, old district etc. Room was good. Very clean, which is the most important aspect for me. As I was there for three nights a comfy chair would have been nice as I didn't really have anywhere to read other than the bed. That said it was functional and did the job very well. Plenty of hanging space, safe etc. I didn't take breakfast The reception staff were excellent. Incredibly helpful and could speak English. Assisted me with opening times, airport bus times, finding a bike hire. Overall just perfect

The room was small as was the bathroom, but it was ok for a few nights. No water in the room.

Good place to stay in central Toulouse.

Location was good. Breakfast was really good. Lots of variety.

It was hot out. The room took awhile to cool down when you came in. Once you take the key out of the key lock and leave the room the power is cut so air conditioner does not run. Needs a bathroom fan. Rub is very high and almost dangerous getting out of it as it is a long step down if you have short legs,

Great location and great staff!

The Albert 1er hotel was lovely with a superb staff that was attentive and caring. No request was unreasonable and all the staff were friendly and kind. The location was perfect and close to major tourist sites as well as several amenities.

There was a bit of noise from the road but these things cannot be controlled.
