Just right

Cozy courtyard for enjoying a cup of coffee or a meal. We only used the room as a base for exploring the city and we appreciated the low price and quality of the bed and bathroom. It’s not mind blowing, but we honestly only saw the elevator and our room.

Very good

The hotel was comfortable, well-equipped. We felt well. The garden looks perfect, the common areas are new and clean. The location is close to everything, there are a lot of shopping opportunities close to the hotel. The public transport is available within 1-2 minutes, the train station within 10 minutes, as well as the coast. The furniture of the room is very practical and easy to keep clean.

The walls of the room are quite dirty, a white wash would be necessary. We asked for a knife and a spoon, but we were not provided referring to the decision of the management. All the other things were perfect. I would recommend the hotel.

The courtyard and the mini fridge was a bonus. The rooms facing the back are quiet. I liked the balcony but there is no furniture; no point paying extra for that.

The communication with some of the hotel staff wasn't great. The rooms are for short stays only, there is no closet, not much space for personal stuff. The hotel is not a true four-stars, only a three stars.

Convenient location but not family friendly. Actually, not friendly at all.

The hotel is very close to the main shopping area and a short walk to the Old Town. The room was very clean.

The room was tiny. It is not accessible, there are steps up to the door, and a further 5 steps into reception.I had a pram and I had to put the 1 chair in the room into the bathroom to make room for the pram. I entered and left the hotel at least 15 times and was ignored by the reception staff, despite trying to manage the steps from the reception desk outside and then onto the street. Reception staff, spoke briefly through check in and when checking out I passed our room card she said, "That's it , Goodbye" Staff on reception did not lift their heads to acknowledge our presence at any other time coming or going. I cannot comment on breakfast because we didn't want to spend any more time there.

Worst hotel I ever been to

There is nothing to like about the hotel

The staff are very unwelcome , you will never hear hello or goodby when you are passing my reception. Especially bad attitude from the girl at the reception, the male receptionists are quite ok . Rooms are very small , with dirty lines all over the walls , totally not up to the value of the money . We had quite a few issues , for which no one could help , and we were faced by angry reception girl who would just explain why the issue happened , but no solution , like hot water missing in shower for a few hours , AC not working , dirty stain on the bed sheets . When I asked how can we take a shower , she said we can take shower with cold water . One day we came back to the hotel after a few hours away and the room door was open , I guess the cleaner just left it open after cleaning , and we had valuables inside . There is continuous noise , some mornings drilling in the walls , others the fire alarm . Totally not worth staying here.

Breakfast was not included and at 15 euros per person, with no gluten free options, expensive This was a hotel to be tolerated not enjoyed

A "nice" week in "Nice"

We liked the room, cozy, clean, with balcony, and location in the heart of Nice close to the station if you want to visit Riviera by train, close to tram station and old town. Modern bathroom with walk-in shower. Terrace at the rear of the hotel.
