Wer die Altstadt besichtigen will kann anderswo kaum besser übernachten.

Sehr schönes Haus, ruhig und doch zentral zur Altstadt. Die Executive Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet - das Bad mit Wanne und separater Dusche sticht besonders hervor. Das Restaurant haben wir nicht in Anspruch genommen, das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam. Wir kommen garantiert nochmals wieder.

Parken für 18.-- Euro in der TG ist schon etwas viel - aber bequemer geht es halt nicht.

Perfect location and hotel for an overnight stay in Bamberg

The location was excellent, a few 100 yards from the Altstadt . Parking at the hotel was underground and secure €18 so very good value . There was a fantastic choice for breakfast. Definitely recommended for an overnight stay

The shower was very clean and worked well ,however it was a bit tired and could do with a small re vamp .

I will definitely stay here again!

Location was great and rooms were nice. The staff was exceptional and really took care of us. Our group also really enjoyed the breakfast served every day. so many choices!

The breakfast was superb, and the location was ideal. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The room was quite comfortable overall. There was no air conditioning; this was a little tough on the very hot days, but opening the window helped. However, the window didn't have a screen to keep out insects.

Excellent location and very well maintained.

No EV charger available for hotel guest. I would be willing to pay for this, but the only charger that was in the parking area was not availble for hotel guests. This will definitely be something that will need to be adressed in the future. Also, as a fairly high end hotel, I find the fact that I have to pay 4 Euro to use the sauna a bit strange.

Quiet and comfortable room. EXCELLENT location.

Room was well appointed and comfortable. We are light sleepers, so having a nice quiet room was great. The breakfast was excellent. Great coffee, good amount of both hot and cold items. EXCELLENT LOCATION, just on the edge of the historic old town. Everything is walking distance. Staff was super helpful.

Honestly can't think of anything we didn't like about this place. Would definitely stay there again when traveling to Bamberg.

Located in the middle of the old city - extremely quiet location, excellent breakfast, great staff. Hotel was able to check us in early and provided plenty of recommendations.

Location Location Location. The hotel is super cute, in a greta location within a short walk to all that Bamberg has to offer. The staff was very friendly and helpful, making dinner reservations, calling a cab, etc. The breakfast was outstanding and better than we could have hoped for.

Although it was cool enough to open a window, the HVAC was a bit weak.

This hotel was the perfect spot to begin our visit in Bamberg!

The style of hotel was very nice. The staff was friendly from the moment we checked in and were very helpful. The location was perfect for visiting the old town and sights. It was also very peaceful! We would stay there again.

My spouse and I wished that the top windows of our ground floor, non-air conditioned room could be tipped in to get a cooling breeze. We were in a room on the ground floor, so we didn’t feel safe/comfortable leaving the main windows wide open as we slept. Only the top window in the bathroom could be opened. All others were screwed shut and we didn’t understand why. It made the room warmer than it needed to be.

wonderful room, wonderful food, wonderful location, the hotel is so charming!

This hotel was absolutely wonderful, the perfect location to walk to downtown Bamberg, but on a nice quiet street. we had these lovely large door-windows that opened to the courtyard which made the morning coffee a wonderful experience. The included breakfast was so good and had everything you could want. Their restaurant is fabulous as well! Bamberg is a gem of a city, and when we return, we will def stay here again.

there wasn't much I didn't like. I think next time we might park at the city parking lot which is right next door, depending on the time you enter/leave, I think it's free for weekend times.

The Hotel is quite impressive if you like to stay in that sort of villa/palace . For me it lacks a warmer atmosphere

excellent location, helpful staff- the concierge even organised a water kettle , which was not provided in the room- , great variety at the breakfast the whole place looks clean and shiny in glass and marble

the single room was somewhat minimalistic with a shower cubicle of 0.57 sq meters 18 Euros parking fee per day are a bit of a ripoff
