Excellent holiday cottage location on site parking a bonus inside the cottage very nice and spotlessly clean tv a bonus with prime tv only negative issue is the entrance to the property double door only allows one side to open the other stays locked can not get a mobility scooter in without having to dismantle it no mention of this in the discription but only issue and would rebook it again without hesitation would still give it 10 out of 10

The accommodation is ideally located a couple of minutes from the sea front and shops but in a quiet residential street with its own off street parking space. It was clean with a well equipped kitchen and there was an unexpected welcome pack including milk, tea and sugar when we got there. The key collection and drop off was easy with the office a 2 minute walk away.

We have stayed at the annexe before and it has always been clean and comfortable. The entry time of 5pm seems incredibly late, particularly if there were to be an issue when Keys are closing soon afterwards and likewise the exit time of 9am seems a bit early. I understand this was set because of Covid but now that is not such a problem, perhaps the times could be adjusted.

My second stay at The Annexe. It's in a great spot, being quiet but very close to the town centre. Having a parking space also a boon! It has a lovely big bedroom, with a king sized bed (somewhat hard to find in many holiday properties) and the dining/sitting area has plenty of space to stretch out and relax.

We loved our holiday at the annexe on morris Street it was nice and cosy our dog liked his walks to Beeston common

Fantastic location near both the shops and the beach. Clean & tidy and the milk, tea & coffee was a lovely welcoming touch. There was no access to the garden (which was highlighted in the property details) which was a shame as we have small dogs. That said, I would highly recommend this property to family and friends. Sherringham is a beautiful, unspoilt location with many independent shops & places to eat.

Having stayed at the Annexe on a number of occasions, it seems that an infantry of crockery and associated cooking essentials may help to overcome the lack of these items. There are no measuring bowls or containers to hold any excess liquids or food items and a tea mug is the only way to heat such things as milk etc to put into the microwave to heat. There was no tea tray to aid carrying things about. Whilst in previous years these items were available, now you take pot luck in the hope that there will be the necessary utensils to aid food preparation. We have had to resort into purchasing our own crockery and other essential utensils while on holiday there.
The radiator in the bathroom/toilet has still not been attended to and was not working two years ago.

Property was in an excellent quiet location (five minutes from shops and beach). It had everything required for a short break.

We enjoyed our stay at The Annexe. It was the perfect size for us as a couple and in an ideal spot close to everything, but in a quiet street. It was well equipped and comfortable. A home away from home.

As previous visits to The Annexe it was as expected and mother was content with what she was comfortable with having lived in Sheringham for many years she likes to reminisce
And so we had a look at all familiar places and enjoyed our stay

After our last visit we made a number of recommendations that would be helpful if they were added to the kitchen. I am pleased to say that these were taken up and it makes life much easier when preparing meals in the kitchen. Thank you.
Maybe the toilet needs some attention next!

This is another return stay at The Annex on Morris Street. So we knew that we needed to take all of the usual cleaning and washing-up items along with toilet rolls, with us, because for some reason “The Annex”, as we call it, doesn’t supply what we feel is necessary for a weeks stay.
We noticed that the floor doesn’t appear to have been cleaned for awhile.
Also there isn’t a lock on the Bathroom door, which makes things a bit difficult when we have company come to visit us, especially as it’s not possible to hold the bathroom door shut and sit on the loo!!

First class location for a holiday.
Easy access to town, Always quiet and able to get a goods nights sleep. Kitchen small and bedrooms quite a distance from the bathroom.
With a few exceptions everything is there to make for an enjoyable stay.

4 Seasons in one week in my favourite Norfolk town
Our stay in the Annexe on Morris street was brilliant. We had bright hot sunny ice cream days to windy icy snowy hot chocolate days in the space of a week but at all times were comfortable and happy at the Annexe. It was beautifully clean and well cared for nicely furnished and well situated to keep going in and out from.

Amazing Holiday
Had an amazing holiday in Sheringham at the Annexe on Morris Street, the annexe was perfect for a family of 3, my 15 year old son had his own space upstairs, furnishings of top quality and much larger rooms than the photo's portray. Smack bang in the middle of everything, 10 min walk to everything, large Tesco supermarket made self catering easy, beach one end of the street, steam engine station the other. Plenty of pubs and takeaways all really good. Can't wait to go back.

Value for money holiday home
We loved staying here very close to beach. Very modern and very clean property. Only issue we had was some of the cutlery wasn't clean but wee soon sorted that and washed them up. Can opener bit dodgy. But everything else was perfect. Would highly recommend keys cottages

Holiday
The annex is a lovely property and perfectly positioned for the beach, shops and eateries. Definitely big enough for a couple or small family.
Things have changed due to covid, with no books, games etc. Luckily I took everything with us, but an extra bin bag, and toilet roll would have been useful.
only issue was the shower room, had to put the main light on to operate the fan or the room became quite smelly, unable to open the window. Will definitely book again.

Comfortable stay
The pandemic situation moved the access time for this property to 5pm, even allowing for Covid cleaning we felt this was a bit extreme. The property itself is recently decorated, with new flooring and lovely new furniture. Kitchen and shower room haven’t been upgraded, they were very clean but would expect a better shower these days; why no toilet roll holder?! A wardrobe/ chest of drawers would improve the main bedroom. In summary a convenient location and a dedicated parking space make the pros outweigh the cons!

Great central location
A great property very conveniently located between the town and the sea. Weather colder than anticipated but the automatic heating kept us comfortably warm in the property.

The annexe was absolutely perfect. Very quiet and very close to Main Street and beach. Everything very clean and modern.

Great accommodation and location, with off street parking. We had a wonderful relaxing break.
The Annex on Morris Street is just like a bungalow, but with staircase leading to a bedroom in the eaves. I am not able to climb stairs and although the extra bedroom was nice to have, we both stayed in the downstairs accommodation. Which consists of a very large double bedroom, with a King sized bed. I personally would have preferred an actual double wardrobe as opposed to the “open-plan” type or concept, which consists of a wooden pole, with plenty of hangers, and a couple of slatted shelves. So although I hung up a lot of our clothes we kept the rest of our clothing in the case under the bed.
The bathroom, which is off of the kitchen, has a very nice shower cubicle, but be aware that there is quite a high step to actually get into the cubicle. The bathroom has a Toilet, hand basin and Shower Cubicle.
The kitchen has a lovely big freestanding Fridge-Freezer, as well as Microwave, Gas Hob, and everything else that Self Catering Accommodation needs.
We had a wonderful break and have already booked to return for a Holiday at The Annex on Morris Street.
I personally found the 6.5” step up to get into the Double Bedroom, from the lounge, very difficult as there was nothing to hold onto, So, next time, I shall be bringing my disabled “half-step” to make it much easier to manage the 6.5” step.

Holiday
Property was spacious and in easy reach of the beach and town for places to eat .The shower room needs a bath mat also 1 toilet roll is not enough for 3 people .

Pleasant place to stay.
The annexe was situated very near to shops and sea. Was modern in furnishing taste with all things clean and spotless.
Despite the long treck to the bathroom at night time and the awkward step from the bedroom into the sitting room, the premises was first class for any holidaymaker.
Would like to have had more cleaning aids, such as Demestos and Cif to facilitate cleaning the sink area for ourselves and any subsequent renter.
