We had a wonderful time, relaxing, fishing, kayaking and swimming!

We had a wonderful stay on a large but quiet lake. We had bad weather for most of our stay but it was still great.
The property was immaculate and the location was pretty central to everything in Maine.
The waterfront is private but very rocky. My 3 year old still enjoyed swimming in the shallow water.
I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet vacation.

From start to finish, we loved every minute of our stay at the beautiful cabin at Lake Sebasticook! All of the amenities were perfect, and we loved spending every morning and evening on the deck or sitting on the dock watching the sunset. It was hard to leave! Thank you so much for a wonderful relaxing stay!

We enjoyed our week on this lovely lake in Bryan's gorgeous, modern camp that had all the amenities you could ask for. We spent all the sunny days on the dock, swimming, reading, and relaxing. Unfortunately the weather didn't permit us to use the kayaks due to wind and rain on several days but we enjoyed the serenity and beauty of our surroundings....we listened to the loons on the water at night and watched the eagles flying over us during the day.
All in all, we had a lovely lovely week.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely cabin. The lake views were stunning and we never felt crowded by the other nearby properties. The house was immaculately clean with everything you could possibly need. Communication with the owner was easy and worry-free. Some highlights of our trip: we rescued a baby bird that failed to fledge (with the help of a local avian rehab specialist); we saw a bald eagle; several blue herons enjoyed hanging out on the dock; my kiddo loved learning to kayak; and waking up to the gorgeous lake view every morning is hard to beat. 10/10 vacation spot.

We really enjoyed our stay in this cabin for our first trip to Maine. We loved kayaking every day and catching bass. Thanks Bryan for the tips! We took a few day trips to Acadia, boothbay harbor, and coastal botanical gardens. The sunsets on the lake are amazing. No curtains on all of those windows so we were up early with the sun every day. Minus a few housekeeping issues this place was perfect! Already recommended to several others!

We had the pleasure of staying here for a week and loved it. The property was spotless and we loved the privacy and peacefullness. The house had big beautiful windows and it was so nice waking up to the beautiful water view. The water was very clear and they have a great dock and shore to walk straight into the water, the fishing was great as well. The property is well stocked with everything you need. At night, we all enjoyed watching the fireflies light up across the backyard!

Four of us from SE PA stayed for the week of Sep 30-Oct 7, 2023. It was spectacular! View of lake, sunsets, 75 deg weather and sunny, tons of stars, great fishing (thanks for tips Bryan!), and location was perfect to take day trips. Host was awesome - informative, quick to respond, and just a really nice guy! Food was amazing everywhere we went - Bar Harbor/Cadillac Mtn/Acadia Nat’l Park, Moosehead Lake, Bangor. Perfect vacation - thanks Bryan!

Peaceful, isolated, but when you work all the time that's exactly what you need. My uncle and I had a wonderful time.

Our group of 4 has spent a summer week in Maine together for 20+ years. Rented many lake properties- this newly-built cabin is one of the best for a small group. Well-equipped, great location (on a larger lake), open interior space with lots of windows, easy waterfront access, quiet, with good outdoor area space. We rented a small fishing boat for fishing & cruising- Great spots nearby for bass fishing & floating. Highly recommended

We had a relaxing vacation at this awesome cabin. Private & peaceful area. We spent everyday outside swimming in the lake, sitting on the dock & deck enjoying the fabulous lake views. Daily visit from the family of loons was spectacular. Sunsets were gorgeous. Cabin was comfy & well appointed with everything we needed for a restful week. Owner was helpful & answered all of our questions. Lavender farm down the road was a great find. Tasty food at Angler’s Restaurant. Delicious cocktails at Cervesa’s. We would love to make this cabin an annual summer vacation. Thank you Bryan!!!

We absolutely loved our time at this very nice cabin! The sunsets were amazing, especially from the back porch or even resting inside on the couches and looking through the many large windows! We had fun kayaking, fishing and swimming. Thank you!’

The extraordinary lake views. The exquisite overly humongous deck. The beautiful sunsets at the end of the dock. The unreal privacy while at the property (heavily wooded so you don’t see any other homes). The absolute tranquility. The perfect therapy for whatever is ailing you. We’ll be back.

This house was absolutely perfect. We woke up to bright sun coming in through the huge windows overlooking the water and ended each day with breathtaking sunsets. The house was fully stocked and immaculately cleaned. Everything was exactly as described. The deck was perfect for lounging, reading, and all our outdoor meals. The kids loved the loft. The property was private but close enough to town if you needed anything. We swam, fished, kayaked, and relaxed. It was perfect. We would absolutely return to this property.

Amazing property with great setup. Every morning you look out your window you see the lake. We rented a boat and tubed a lot on the lake and our kids had so much fun.
Sunsets, even when it was cloudy was great too.
Will be returning to this property.

This camp is absolutely stunning. The accommodations are beautiful and include everything you need for a relaxing stay. We could not have been happier with our stay. The lake is beautiful, shallow and warm. The location allows for maximum privacy from neighbors yet you are still close to a grocery store etc. We will certainly be back for another stay.

For our first vacation since, well you know, we were thrilled to find this place. The listing photos don’t even begin to convey how wonderfully situated, designed, built, and appointed this place is. The dock, the deck, and the property are fabulous outdoor areas for hanging out and relaxing.
Bryan was very accessible even though we really didn’t need to contact him for much of anything. He offered tips on restaurants and things to see also.
We wanted quiet and peaceful and this place didn’t disappoint. The lavender farm, just a couple of hundred feet down the main road probably helped.
I am an amateur, very, bird photographer and filled my mornings and afternoons with bird species I’d never photographed before. Not into birds? Don’t worry you’ll still love seeing loons on the very quiet lake and the occasional Osprey or Bald Eagle soaring overhead.
We left, reluctantly, but felt fully relaxed and recharged. We’re definitely coming back!

Beautiful, Relaxing, and Clean
My family and I had a wonderful time in Maine and enjoyed this cabin! Checking in was a breeze, cabin was clean, well stocked, and comfortable. Bryan was very easy to work with and easily accessible, if needed. We would definitely go back again!

Blown away by the home and property! Amazing sunsets. Spent our days kayaking and canoeing and looking for wildlife. Would definitely recommend this peaceful and relaxing retreat.

Perfect Lake Setting
Camp was exactly as described- peaceful, quiet, and hidden from neighbors. My family and I loved the privacy and being right there to canoe, kayak, or wade into the lake. Sunsets were amazing as promised! We wished we had more than just three beach towels and maybe a couple more bath towel/washcloth sets so we didn't have to do laundry as often, but this wasn't a huge deal and Bryan was very accessible.

Beautiful Cabin with Fantastic Deck!
We had never been to Maine and dreamed of seeing New England during their glorious fall. This cabin made our dreams come true! Each day the colors became more brilliant. Waking up in any bedroom to the lake view is spectacular! Enjoying sunsets and morning coffee on the fantastic deck was amazing. (Such nice/comfy deck furniture too & we loved the lighting around the awning.) We loved trying to talk to the loons on the lake & having them answer back.
The property is gorgeous with lots of windows (floor to ceiling) it is roomy and comfortable. The bathrooms were spacious and we appreciated the use of the washer and dryer. Our grandson enjoyed the loft (he's growing too fast and hit his head 2 times on the beams...but he loved it up there!).
I'm ready to return!!
Thank you Bryan and Val for answering all my questions and letting us enjoy your beautiful home!!

Beautiful lake cottage
We loved everything about your lovely lake cottage! Very open and inviting! We loved the high ceilings and all the windows! Deck was very nice! We loved sitting outside listening to the loons!! We had a fire in the fire pit and took out the canoe several times. We do wish there were two kayaks.
Very nicely designed!!
If you want a very relaxing low key getaway this place is for you!

Perfection
Our stay in this quiet, peaceful, well-appointed home was beyond what we had anticipated. Beds are heavenly comfortable, decor is impeccable, view of the lake and its sunsets are unmatched. My definition of the lake house is rustic-contemporary...a perfect blend of both. We have already booked for next year!

Our vacation was everything we hoped for: peaceful, comfortable, and restorative. Cottage finishings and furnighings are high-end. Lake is pristine; ideal for swimming, canoeing and kayaking. Breeze from the lake was great.
Already dreaming of returning.

Cannot say enough about this place! Beautiful setting, beautiful house, and that lake view. Everything you could need was there. Property owners very accommodating and easily accessible. Don't mind saying just a little bit jealous 😁. If your looking for a lake house getaway, I highly recommend it.

Phenomenal!
This place is amazing. The owners have clearly put time, effort and love into their property. The pictures can't do justice to the stunning views of the lake. The sunsets were simply gorgeous.
The building is immaculate. The windows fill the space with natural light and beautiful vistas. The beds are super comfy, and the loft was a great sleeping/playing space for our little guy. All the appliances are brand new. And the air conditioning definitely came in handy on some hot days.
The location is perfect. It feels secluded, but not isolated. The town is minutes away for groceries and such. It's close to Bangor and Waterville, and less than an hour from the ocean. We thought we'd be doing some day excursions, but we pretty much stayed put the whole time. We lucked out with the weather.
The lake was clear and warm. There is a pristine (and very stable) dock. We loved lounging on the rocks and taking the kayak out. And the fish were biting! Definitely the best fishing we've yet had on a vacation.
The owners made themselves available, but we didn't want for anything. They covered all the bases. And they found our missing teddy bear :) They built an awesome, awesome, awesome lake house. We hated leaving, but we will definitely be back.

Spectacular Getaway
Beautiful, new, upscale cottage in a breathtaking setting. Two ensuite bedrooms, top of the line appliances and floor to ceiling windows in every room makes for a stay beyond compare. Coffee on the deck overlooking the lake and dinner alfresco watching glorious sunsets started and ended each day.
This is a perfect couples vacation cottage or for a family with older children ( my opinion)--although there is certainly enough room to sleep six comfortably.
We had a wonderful, wonderful stay and hope to return again and again.
