La situation géographique de l'établissement proche de l'embarcadère et du bus Les équipements: wifi, lave-linge, vaisselle , four, plaque électrique, sèche linge, micro-onde, petit frigo avec petit compartiment pour congélation, Le calme dans l'immeuble

Le matelas du lit très mou le canapé taché des trous dans les murs un souci d'évacuation des eaux (cuisine et salle d'eau) la bouilloire électrique entartrée non utilisée pour le coup, le grille pain usé (aliment grillé à l'intérieur) le réfrigérateur : un compartiment de porte manquant, présence de lait séché les tapis au sol qui donnent l'impression d'être sales le manque de finitions dans l'appartement

Apartment close to amenities and a good price

The location was centrally placed and only 6 min walk to tourist buses. Uphill walk with large suitcases may not be easy for the elderly. Very clean apartment and great shower

Water in kitchen was not hot for doing dishes. The entrance way of the building smelt like smokers had used the foyer - however this was not evident in the apartment

Good value accommodation in Ryde

Location: minutes away from the beach and the high street for shops/cafés. Roomy and spacious with high ceilings and lovely and warm at night. Communication: although we didn't meet the owner he was very fast to respond to our queries and was even kind enough to let us drop our luggage earlier and come back at check in time. Overall the apartment has lots of potential it just needs a bit more TLC and it could become a premium rated accommodation, you can even see the sea from the bedroom's window so that alone can increase the value of the apartment. Information about parking: for those that are wondering, the parking restrictions outside the building are resident permit holders or 2 h parking between 8am to 6pm with no return. Just a couple of minutes walk up the road the signs are 4h parking between 8-6 with no return for 4 hours and there is also a paid car park by the co-op that charges £4.60 for 4 h parking(you can get £2.50 knocked off the parking if you spend £20 in the co-op). We used a combination of parking on the street and the co-op and it worked out pretty ok.

Could be better maintained and better furnished. Previous travellers mentioned faults like bathroom hole, haphazard cutlery (we had one big serrated knife for food preparation), uncomfy beds, faulty bathroom lights and clogged up drains a year or so ago (just scroll through the reviews) so those could have all been fixed. In addition to that the mini fridge bottom door was broken so less space for us to put things in. It's an old building with its own personality, creaky floors, pigeons in the attic (could hear nesting and new chicks sounds coming through the bathroom hole in the wall) and I appreciate not much can be done overall for the building, but, the inside, could definitely do with a new lick of paint and better maintenance of existing facilities. In addition to that installing some black out curtains as young families may get their kids to bed before it's fully dar outside could be very helpful to make the room perfect for bedtime.

Exceptional

Very nice apartment with a great location, just a short walk from Ryde Pier and Hoverport. Rooms were very spacious and spotlessly clean. Overall, ideal for a solo traveller like myself.

Not a major factor during my stay but Wifi would have been great to have, to avoid mobile data roaming.

A VERY COMPACT APARTMENT IDEAL FOR THE SOLO TRAVELLER

The location was easy to find a 10 minute walk from the hovercraft terminal The apartment was spacious and easy to keep clean. Very quiet area so able to sleep undisturbed.

Lighting far too bright . Suggest you use the bedside lamp in the living area.

Great, very relaxing just what we wanted.

Perfect location, walking distance from beach, shops, bus station if needed. Managed to park the car around the corner for the whole holiday, reasonably priced. The flat has everything you'll need, fully functioning kitchen, bathroom, bedroom. The sofa folds out for more comfort, perfect. Excellent communication from Igor the host and very clean. Stress free hand over of the keys.

The signal for the TV would go at times as no WiFi , but change the channel and you'll find something else.

Superb

It's a really nice, clean and spacious flat. We stayed for 2 nights with my boyfriend and really enjoyed it. It's close to the town and local pubs, bars and amenities. Would 100% recommend.

Comfy and practical

The bed was very comfortable and the location was great for local cafes and restaurant's. The owner was really friendly and helpful. He dealt with any issues quickly and politely.

The flat was a bit sparse. The crockery and cutlery was rather haphazard and there was an odd mix of things. No wifi and just a basic TV. The entrance hall was very tired and rather damp smelling but once in the flat there was no issue at all.

I liked how close you are to the seafront. I liked the tall ceiling and spacious living room. The accommodation was clean, and the facilities were clean too.

Bins outside were smelly and overflowing & the light in the bathroom kept going out by itself.

the property was in a very good location and was very spacious. we ended up sleeping on the sofa bed in the lounge which was very comfortable. the sun in the morning was also very nice to wake up to.

was cold if you didn’t have the heating on all the time.
