I'd rate the daytime at the hotel's beach club 9/10 and the night time a 2/10. During the day, it caters an elegant, mostly Turkish crowd of mixed ages. Turquoise waters of the Aegean sea, lovely food, pleasant music and generally great service.
After about 9pm, the nightmare begins. The same beach club attracts almost exclusively 15 to 18 year olds. It feels like a prom night, every night. The music simply cannot get any louder and lasts until about 1:30am. The two night clubs next door offer basically the same thing, catering the same clientele, creating an unbearably noisy atmosphere until even later in the night. The worst part is that the rooms have no sound proofing whatsoever and you feel like you are in the club while in your room until around 2:30am. Even when the party is over (due to regulations), we were woken up several times by crazy teenagers coming in and out of their rooms until around 4:30am on two separate nights. The front desk has an understanding team but the hotel's small land simply doesn't allow any space for quiet rooms unless you're happy to pay for a suite at the back with an additional €2300 on top of the €1600 I paid for 4 nights...

The hotel is located in the very scenic part of Turkuku and has a direct access to the water through an elegant deck. The hotel staff was frienldy and helpful, including on giving recommendations for restaurants in the town. The food was very good, including the breakfast.
The only downside for me was the loud music the hotel plays in the evenings, until 1am. If you want to rest and sleep early, this is not possible, as the rooms are close to the hotel lounge.

Everything about this hotel is amazing. IlLocation is very good approximately 30 min from the Milas airport by car and at the same time close to Bodrum Marina. Service is very good , food is delicious, sea is like a pool and at night they have nice bar area where you can have a drink while enjoying the sunset. We will definitely be back again and hopefully longer than this time. Best greetings to all people who work there and make our staying so special.

This place is absolute magic! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at No.81. My room, the Deluxe Sea View, had a great view of the bay and the pool. No issues with noise it was serene and peaceful. I got to wake up everyday to a beautiful view and the desk area was well appointed with a lovely view as well. This truly is a pet friendly hotel, I stayed at other properties in Bodrum and nothing has measured up in terms of pet friendliness! The grounds are kept neat and clean, even with the light renovations that were happening. The staff was so attentive! My dog Milos was given a very plush bed, water and food bowls. We, and I do mean we, enjoyed an amazing breakfast. I had to ask for less because I couldn't finish it all! Every dish was delicious and the waiters are happy to give you helpful suggestions. Also the hours for breakfast are perfect for those who want to sleep in. Milos ( dog) was able to sit and dine with me which was great! The beach deck area is perfect for a relaxing swim and getting work done. The bar/garden area during the day is great, at night even better, it has such a great ambiance with the music and fire place! Cocktails in the evening here were great!
A huge shoutout to the whole team at No. 81, especially my breakfast waiters who gave such wonderful and attentive service to Milos and myself. Berk Bey, you were such a huge help and a very big thank you to you as well for your attention! You took such great care of Milos and I, we will definitely be coming again to visit!
No Complaints!

Great location, next to the Macakizi hotel and several other hotels. The suites are extremely spacious with gorgeous views . It has Modern and attractive restaurant , outdoor lounge and bar area with a lovely beach dock for sun bathing. The food at the restaurant was 5*
And I must thank the extremely attentive and helpful staff. The whole team were available to help and offer tips and advice . Bert is particular was on WhatsApp with us several times a day whenever we needed something. They] whole team went out of their stay to make our stay comfortable and upgraded our room.
Part of the property was under renovation which meant part of the garden was out of use. Interest in bid rum is generally poor, but `no81 gave us a portable internal dongle to use during our stay which made things much easier.

The beach and the breakfast area are really nice.
The location is not the best, the bed was small and uncomfortable, the breakfast was served to the table and very poor (could be that it's because it's the end of the season), staff didn't speak English, we also didn't have hot water (it was warm but not hot).

Everything everything. Omg what can i say about this place from the moment we arrived .. we had our rental car and once we arrived there was valet service we didn’t need to worry about car parking. And the place is a hidden gym . Although the staff barely speak English but they are very helpful very attending to our requests. They didn’t ignore any request we had. The room oh god the room was superb. The view was a killer view we were never bored of our room and the view. Not to forget the beach and the beach club. I still wanna go back and i made my husband promise me to bring me back every year cz i already miss it. Definitely coming back again and again and fingers crossed hopefully very soon.
Nil nothing not to love about this place

Very well located, professional and welcoming staff, good cuisine
Cuisine is a bit pricey but other than that everything was on point

Overall standards of quality; anything from service to meals and facilities. The approach.
Prices are ridiculously high and unfortunately ends up acting as a social filter, which results in a highly homogenous guest profile.

Only the location
The hotel is old, the rooms are small and the furnitures old and tired.
The staff is not very friendly, we had to pay the entire accommodation two weeks before the trip, though the booking clearly stated first night 14 days before the rest at location.
Breakfast was included in the price, but during check out the charged all extra stuff we were not aware while having breakfast and the staff never mentioned extras during breakfast. Management was not there at the time of check out, the bill was not itemized and we had to catch a plane, so little time to argue.
Though we were hotel guests we had to book well in advance the beach beds otherwise they sell to external guests.
Food is pretentious but tasteless and very expensive.
All in all is hugely overpriced.
