We have been going back and forth for 9 months setting up our retirement home. We have stayed here a number of times bu

Convenient, kitchen, comfortable beds.

Dirty dishes left in the dishwasher, only one fork in the kitchen, lightbulb missing in a bedside lamp, really weak coffee, not very good tv channels, door didn’t lock consistently on closing, elevator smelled bad.

Don't stay here, staff are unfriendly, front desk hides in the morning, no bell to ring for service

Staff unfriendly Refrigerator doesn't work, my foods got spoiled, coffee maker doesn't work. They are stingy with breakfast. Serve same 2 days in a roll. Only leaves 2 towels for a king size bedroom

Good for what we needed

Beds were comfy. Room was a good size for our family of 6. Breakfast was ok.

Hair in the shower, and I had to clean it myself. Crumbs and trash behind nightstand. Alarm clock didn't work. Front desk Staff and breakfast staff seemed biased.

Great room, breakfast ok

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was spacious, clean & had a small kitchen. This would be great for someone who needs to stay for an extended period of time. Bed was on the firmer end, which we liked.

Breakfast was ok. It consisted basically of pancakes, cereal & oatmeal. If you're looking for a hearty breakfast, this isn't for you but it'll keep you from being hungry.

Perfect location, very nice clean & convenient hotel.

The location is perfect. There are gas stations, Walgreen’s and restaurants close by. The property is VERY clean, well lit and welcoming.

Not worth the money we paid

Maid service was not provided the 4 days we were there. We where told you have to request to have your room done and when we did request it to be done up and the trash emptied it was not done.

Quiet, clean, affordable

Very clean, easily assessable from the interstate. Near everything yet out of the way from traffic. We felt safe there. We had a 3 night stay. Comfortable, quiet, we were on the third floor. I was overcharged but after contacting the hotel I wS refunded in full. They had charged the $50 security hold twice-once at check in and another $50 charge on my card 2 days later. They did refund both. We will stay again if possible next year. This was a quiet hotel, mostly older people, families, and couples it seemed. Not alot of party type people.

The overcharge of the security hold, however that was rectified very quickly and refunded within a week.

I didn’t like any thing there!

I didn’t like how my room was not cleaned, the shower and bed was still nasty. There was chewing gum on the floor.

There were 4 kids 2 adults and a dog. The room was a great size and very clean. Breakfast was perfect for our family. Staff was so friendly and helpful. After spending 15 hrs in the car, it was a welcomed and pleasant stay.

Not happy about no advertised breakfast. We will not stay here again.

We paid for breakfast. They took it away around 7:30. Breakfast is advertised till 9:30!! We paid for it. We were here 2 days. We would like a refund.
