Large apartment with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms located in the heart of the Barrio de Santa Cruz, in the center of Seville.
It is a stunning apartment located in a beautiful completely renovated palace-house, which of course has an elevator to have a comfortable direct access to the apartment.
It is a two floor reverse duplex apartment.The access is through the upper floor with a beautiful large furnished living room, spacious and fully equipped kitchen, terrace with swimming pool and with access from the living room and two bedrooms, both with a 1.50 x 2.00 double bed. Pool season from April 1st to October 31st.
To access the other two bedrooms, you have to go down some stairs, where the other two bedrooms are located, one of them has two 0.90 x 2.00 beds and the other one has two 0.90 x 1.90, There is also a complete and independent shared bathroom.
The apartment is located on Abades street, in the heart of Santa Cruz neighborhood, a few meters from the Cathedral, the Alcazar Palace, the Giralda tower, etc. It is the oldest and most historical area of Seville, mostly with pedestrian streets and surrounded by old churches, palaces, monuments, etc.
In the area there is a grocery store and all kinds of stores, as well as numerous tapas bars and restaurants where you can enjoy the best Sevillian and Andalusian cuisine.
The booking of each Genteel Home accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or Whats App, and you can contract or refuse them. ** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses.**
During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.

Arrival between 21:00 and 00:00 is subject to 30 late arrival fee.
