Not many complaints except there was no soap in the container by the sink, so I had to take it from the shower, which was pretty empty itself.
Came in and had to stand there for about 5 minutes before anyone came to the check in counter. I was alone completely, kinda spooky
3.5
Very modern & comfortable for traveler who is also working. Not a whole lot of traffic at night either & located near lots of shopping & eating.

Trendy looking
After an 8 hour day of volleyball we finally arrive to the property at 10:30pm, we were informed that they overbooked the hotel and didn’t have our I booked and checked into via the app. Their solution was to separate my family into two separate floors, or find us another hotel that we could stay in. I asked about a curtsey phone call and he blamed booking.com. Zero discount was given for the room adjustment.
Get to a room, shower didn’t drain, hallway smelled heavily of green smoke. The next morning, “breakfast” had no one cleaning or refilling, fancy bagel toaster was broke, fancy pancake maker was unattended, even with the sign that said “employee only”.

I liked the lobby. They had unique chairs and lots of activities.
The breakfast wasn’t the best.

The room was very comfortable, clean, and quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed the staff and thought the spread for the breakfast was excellent. We did not have time to use the pool or fitness center, but both looked really nice in passing.

I like the colors, decorations, room set up was amazing! Soap and room smelled really good. Pillows and bed was very comfy. Tv was also a good size for the room.
No, bathtub and the hotel would be a bit expensive for an extended stay.

Staff were friendly and very outgoing. Newer motel and seemed to be well maintained. Although rooms were small, they were comfortable and the design with the clothes/robe hooks gave plenty of hanging space. Fridge in room but no microwave to reheat coffee/food. Lobby was a great meeting spot being a lot of family there for celebrations of life of my mother and sister. Pool table in lobby was a great addition to converse and mingle around although it was missing the cue ball. We made do. Breakfast was well presented and maintained but limited. Pancakes, cerals, bagels, toast and what I suspect powdered scrambled eggs and sliced sausage one day, next day was pre-made egg and cheese omelets with turkey sausage patties. Both days food was good. Could use muffins or doughnuts for the sweet tooth breakfast people.
The only thing I would question is this $25 per night deposit policy? Why on earth when you have my credit card number already would you have the need to charge an additional fee only to return it the next day? Makes zero sense even when they tried to explain it to me. Something about if paying in cash blah blah. I paid by card so this has nothing to do with me. My credit card assures anything get broken or stolen will be compensated for. Stupid policy and degrading in my view! Not a deal breaker and probably just another stupid policy forced on them by corporate.

Breakfast has a great variety of offerings and friendly helpful staff. Give everyone a bonus!
Why the tiny styrofoam cups. Maybe you had a cup crisis? No one could have made the decision to use those now, could they have? Hate those cups.

The front reception staff are great. Efficient check in and check out. Helped me out with wifi issues.
House keeping and general cleanliness could use a review. The room initially assigned to me wasnt cleaned - I walked into a dirty room from a previous resident.
Rooms are less than base minimum clean. Make sure you wipe down the toilet seat and the basin because it had dirty wipe marks on it when I got the room. Breakfast area could use more hygiene and diligent eye with clearing up stuff. The chair in the room gave me an itch and bug bite marks.
3.5
Clean, organized, simple, but up to date. Good value for the money.
Fitness area needs more machines. There was nothing in the fitness area to wipe clean the equipment or to clean my hands.

It is a nice hotel with good service, good location and nice staff. we enjoyed couple days stay in the hotel and liked the gym.
Tea bag is run out and never refilled. Breakfast is ok, not many options,

Cute hotel, comfy beds, love the lounge
Better pillows and a bit more attention when cleaning the floors.

The snacks were great for purchase by the front desk.
The rooms were decent looking
The floors in the room are hardwood so feels like you have sandy feet if you were to go barefoot in your room
3.0
Location was good. I liked the floors in the rooms. They were not carpeted so that was nice.
Rooms were small. There was a conference that the people took over the entire lobby area and there was no place togo to relax. The room looked clean until you went in the bathroom and there was broken necklaces hanging on pegs behind the door

the pancake maker! the hooks on the wall in the room.
4.5
The room was very clean and fresh!
I stayed on the 4th floor and there was someone (s) above me and because of lack of carpeting, you could hear their footsteps and unfortunately, their dropping or banging on the floor.
