The desk clerk, Jason, was very respectful and professional. He was a real testament to the quality of service that Hilton offers at all of their locations, including the Hampton Inn.
Nothing. We had an excellent stay.

The room was clean and well stocked with towels and toiletries.
The eggs were generic. I like real eggs. The suite didn't have the sliding glass shower door as shown on the reservation.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
My hotel room was NOT cleaned properly. There were random long thick black hairs all over the bathroom (I’m a bald man so prob not mine) and the floors were clearly never cleaned. I bought some cleaner and wiped everything down myself.
Walls are paper thin. I heard doors slamming and heavy feet walking around all hours of the night. Could not sleep.
Breakfast was unappetizing and inedible. I ended up going to the local grocery and snagging stuff bc it was so bad.

Basic breakfast. No tea in the rooms

The young man had his hands full with rowdy children in the lobby. He handled it surprisingly well for a young person and still checked us in easily.
The rooms had a smell.

Clean and nice location
Breakfast choices. They need to add more protein choices and not only pork but other meat products also.

The young man checking us in was the nicest person. No one was rude just indifferent. No greetings on returns. Not a huge deal but noticeable.

Thomas from Breakfast service made a difference; anything was clean and nice, he really paid an eye on the area. Very, very good! Also very friendly; remembered me even I haven't been in for almost 5months [I had some problems and he remember by himself asking me - this impressed me a lot.]
Hotel is really clean; free parking is available;
The HH didn't worked out - last time we lost 8nights!!!!
Room service during stay - only upon request! I The staff kept the room at arrival clean [no complains about arrival!!!!]
Choice of breakfast items could be better - OK for 1-2 mornings

The hotel is in a great location.
Check in was awful. It took close to an hour. My room key didn’t work twice and I had to drag my stuff up and down the halls because of it. The room was mostly clean but it wasn’t swept great and the room smelled musty.

I didn't like this location because, I asked the manger to pay for stay couple hours because Iwe arrived at 12 Am and they charge for a night but I stayed from 12am to 1pm next day that not fair they have to helped us I have kids and it was cold out side I left we stayed in our car for 5 hours because we came from Minnesota we don't know any thing in Ml , so the manger told me all rooms booked and I checked through online they have room for rent and she was very rode when she talk to me then I found very nice hotel and good services close the airport .☹☹☹☹
