I thought it was stupid how we had to pay to use everything!! So fricken expensive! Will never go back! Especially since they advertise a pool but they don’t actually have one.
I answered up above

It was the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at!
Nothing.

Bed was comfortable.
The whole place is in need of a DEEP cleaning. The bathroom had lots of mold in it (on the shower floor, ceiling, and in the sink). The pool area drain had really disgusting stuff in it (it looked like poop) that had obviously been there a while. The vent covers on the walls had some much dust/dirt on them it didn’t appear they had been cleaned in quite some time. The walls on the stairway had mud on them going up several flights of stairs.
There was no where that our group could go to gather have pizza together after the state wrestling tournament we were there for was over. We were told we could rent a pool space for an absurd amount of money but had to order only from your restaurant. This is ridiculous! When there is a group event like that happening your establishment should be better about having an area they can gather with their own food (such as one of your conference rooms) as do other hotels in the area.

We were pleased with the location. We took a chance and were pleasantly surprised. Breakfast was fantastic.
Paying to park in the hotel parking ramp. I feel like it should be included when you book your room. But everything else was wonderful.

The hotel room doors were really loud when shutting in the hallways which woke us up several times throughout the night and early morning

Modern and clean. Friendly staff. Located directly behind Kohls Arena. Convenient parking garage.
My room didn't have any complimentary hand/body lotions. Called the desk and they said they don't have (provide) those anymore. I don't care the shampoo and conditioner is from a hand pump in the shower but I was counting on a basic moisturizer with all the airline fluid restrictions in place. I understand inflation is affecting everyone but I have never stayed at a hotel that didn't provide a basic moisturizer - I wouldn't care if it was another wall mounted pump. Makes you wonder where else they are cutting corners.
Wanted to see the menu to their restaurant but you have to scan a QR for it, which requires you use an App which requires you to sign off on all kinds of rights (they all do). I experienced it at a Chili's, in the airport, that required you to scan a code to view the menu and even order. Food is then brought out and you also pay from the App. This allows everything you eat or buy to be tracked - steps toward the CBDC and the governance of how and when we can spend our own money. I do not know if the hotel restaurant is like the Chili's, as their QR menu alone was enough for me look for other dinner arrangements.
Parking was an expensive flat fee for me considering I checked in late and checked out before they started serving breakfast (6 a.m.).

The hotel is walking distance to the capital, downtown. Room keys worked very well. The room was very clean when we arrived. The staff is very friendly. Good breakfast.
We had to ask 3 times for housekeeping service even though they asked us at check in. When we asked them about it, they told us that housekeeping is only on request. The bathrooms have to circulation, so we had to buy air freshener. There is noisy construction outside which wasn't mentioned. Parking is $30 a day. They told us at the desk it's $20 but they add a meaningless charge to it. The room air conditioner is very noisy.

Great location. Nice, clean and comfy rooms.
Breakfast buffet was rather scarce and only few things refilled if empty.

I like the luxury feel and the layout of the hotel. Along with that, the hotel was clean and well maintain for me. The area around the hotel was good and safe to explore.

The beds were very hard, and I think the fact that I had to pay to park my car at the hotel should have been disclosed on the website.
