Exceptional

In reality, the apartment looks even better than it is on the presented photos. The room with a queen bed is refurbished and has new furniture. Also, the apartment has two bathrooms which is super convenient for larger groups of visitors. The internet connection is good and WiFi is reachable throughout almost the entire apartment, except from the farthest bathroom. The apartment is located on the ground floor which keeps it cool and there's usually no need to turn on the AC. The apartment is clean and has all the necessary amenities. The host Ivana is super nice and helpful, she speaks English really well, so you won't have any troubles communicating with her. The sea is around 100m away from the apartment's front door and the bus station that connects you to all the important places and landmarks is around 250m up the street. All in all, my friends and I would definitely recommend this accomodation.

Clean and cool :)

The apartman was very clean and it was really easy to access to the beach, 1 min walk, 2 A/C were in the flat, but we haven't used as the flat has a good climatic. The bed could be a little better with a quality mattress, but that's just a personal perforation of us, the bathrooms were very clean, that was so important to us. The flat is very good equipped. Ivana is the host, she's very kind :)

Parking, but that's not the problem of the Apartmant, that's the problem of Naxos, maybe the host can help to other who come by car with some more detailed information, there's a parking called green parking, cheap for one day, only 5 eur / day and also where can we park? all the free parks were reserved for local residential. of course blue line non free parking areas there were free nearby but that's 17 eur / day.

Amazing value apartment a few steps from the beach

The location is perfect, two steps from the beach. The apartment is comfortable, very clean.

In result I would recommend place and host.

Well equipped kitchen. Very nice and helpful host. Great location, near the beach and restaurants. Air condition is clean and fresh. Wifi is great and there is smart tv, so you can watch netflix/youtube if you want.

There is noise from the street. The is not nice smell like in the basement, so you need to keep window open. Bads for kids could be more comfy.
