This is such a special place. Beautifully finished with wood from the property, well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms with AC, walking distance to Uvita and and Marino ballena parque, lovely infinty pool. Super support from Ann and Henry. The only downside was highway noise, but we did get used to it. Would love to go again. Pura vida!

Perfect home base for a week of adventures.
This house is absolutely beautiful. Our two families had lots of space and we loved that their were two identical, very spacious master suites.
The views from this place are absolutely gorgeous and the sunsets are insane.
The pool is beautiful and we spent so much time hanging out in the shaded outdoor space. We spotted so many beautiful parrots and a couple of times a whole group of toucans came and sat in the tree right there.
One night some capuchin monkeys traveled through and entertained us a bit in the trees next door.
Uvita is a great town and a perfect jumping off point for lots of Costa Rica adventuring (and relaxing!). So many beautiful beaches and amazing restaurants very close by. Our current favorites are Dominicalito and Ventanas.
Definitely recommend staying here!
