Lovely home in a good location - just a short walk to the town.

Very comfortable house, very clean inside and well appointed - everything we needed was provided.

The parking space is too small - we couldn’t get our estate car into the space, so had to pay 16.50 per day in a nearby car park. The outside space could be a bit nicer - we weren’t inclined to use it due to the mess from the seagulls.

Lovely accommodation but we should have been warned about the parking situation.

Rooms and decor were furnished well. Nice distance to shops, beach etc.

The reason I have scored so low is because of the car parking space available at the property. It is situated at the rear of the property and was incredibly difficult to manoeuvre into. The real issue is that one you are in the space, noone can get in or out of the car. The space is TINY. When I called Cornish Escapes who rent the property out to complain, I was told it was my responsibility to look on their website and CHECK the measurements of the car parking space beforehand! In all my years of holidaying in this wonderful country, I have never needed to check the measurements of the car parking space allocated to a house we're staying in. When I mentioned this to the operative, I was informed that many of their customers check this detail before booking? It was our first time in St Ives and it MAY BE the norm as there are many a narrow street, however, it would be super helpful to have this fact highlighted somewhere. I mentioned this fact and their reply was, "What is your query?" So instead, we had to pay £16.70 per day (we were there 5 days) to pay for parking situated next to a launderette a couple of hundred yards up the street. This wasn't a cost we had factored into our stay and certainly left a bad taste in our mouth, both with the parking and the customer service.

Wonderful classic english terrace, home away from home

Very close to the main streets and the water front. Beautiful interiors, large comfortable rooms. Very well equipt kitchen.

Parking space is tiny and would only fit a very small car. We manged to get our regular sized car into it but needed to climb out the boot!

Well presented High spec fixtures and fittings Well equipped Walking distance to the town centre Close to travel links and beaches

Parking space extremely small, at the back of the property. I have a Mini which JUST fitted in, any larger car would not fit, nor any larger person. The door opened a crack and I slid out. We had to empty the car by climbing into the boot to pass the bags out. It's also on a narrow street on a hill. Not impossible with our car but expect could be with some. Great to have onsite parking despite the challenge of getting into it.

amazing stay vacation - has everything a beach resort offers but more.

The property was furnished tastefully with comfort in mind throughout the entire house.

there was nothing we didn’t like but the car park is very tight but good to have one.

Lovely central house

Lovely house, really spacious with high end finish. Great location close to the town centre with outside space

Not a complaint really, as I don't think many houses this close to town would offer parking, but be aware that anything larger than a hatchback won't fit in the parking space

Fantastic stay

immaculate and well decorated. appliances all top quality. this was a very comfortable home from home, we didn’t want to leave. a short 5 minute walk into town so a good location as well

Lovely house for 5 guests within a short walk to everything!

Fantastic refurbished property in a great location for all the sights of St.Ives. House has two beautifully appointed double rooms and one single. There's a modern "all smeg" kitchen with a nespresso coffee maker so make sure you bring pods! 1.5 bathrooms and a lovely living room and dining room.

Need to Know: - Parking This property has a small single parking space at the rear. with high walls on three sides. You will not fit a larger saloon, 4x4 or SUV into this space and if you can you may not be able to open the doors!

Would 100% recommend

Beautiful property in a Prime location. With everything you need and more. Modern and spacious with great facilities would 100% recommend and would definitely book again for a future trip!

Car parking spot was very very tight.
