You'll be treated to deeded private beach access within a short walk, as well as two bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards to make your days on the sand all the easier and more fun.

The interior is filled with charming coastal decor, modern furnishings, and all of the comforts of home, including a fully equipped kitchen and a private washer and dryer to refresh your sandy suits. When you want to relax away from the beach, you can step out onto the front porch to sip a morning cup of coffee or gather on the covered patio to reminisce about the fun that was had that day as the sun goes down. To top it all off, each bedroom offers a flatscreen TV and an en suite bathroom, and high-speed WiFi is included with your stay to make remote work a breeze if need be.

This home sits just up the road (around a five- or 10-minute walk) from deeded private beach access across 30A with designated bike parking. It's a prime location right between Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, Watersound, and The Hub, yet the beach is still quiet and beautiful. When you want to check out some other attractions in the area, head over to the local restaurants and shops in Alys Beach or drive a bit further to spend the day paddleboarding and hiking at Camp Helen State Park five miles down the coast.

Overall great trip & great house!!! Clean. Great access to all parts of 30A. Suited us perfectly. Loved having a golf cart. Odd that there are only 3 bikes but it was fine. No one could tell us the gate code to get to the beach but we asked others in the neighborhood and they were happy to tell us. It was frustrating trying to find beach service for umbrellas. House has 4 chairs but 1 umbrella has a little anchor but if it’s very windy it doesn’t hold well. Other umbrella has no anchor. No beach towels so bring your own. No washing machine pods. Only 2 trash bags so for several days stay, not enough. Communication was incredibly prompt and helpful! Would def stay here again!!!

Beach access was awesome and incredibly convenient with the golf cart + parking being right across the street from the neighborhood. Also, very easy to get to Publix and The Hub. Even Seaside Square was only a ~15 min drive away. Would definitely recommend this house if you're staying with a smaller group! This trip was just my fiance and I (though we could have had a few more) and this house was everything we needed it to be!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The home was clean, conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood, and close to the beach. The golf cart was a plus as it makes taking all of our gear to the beach super easy. We came down for our youngest son’s birthday and he had a wonderful birthday trip - thank you for the memories!

We absolutely love this home! The street is quiet and the neighbors are friendly. It’s close enough to everywhere we want to go, but it’s a peaceful place to go at the end of the day.

Thai was our first family vacation with our daughter and This place was perfect!! Beautifully decorated and super cozy and clean! Your close to seaside and Rosemary beach!! We will definitely be back

This property has a great location, and the use of the golf cart was helpful. However, we weren’t provided with adequate trash bags or dishwasher soap, there was no pepper available, there were board games with missing pieces, one beach chair, unusable bbq etc. not a bad place but definitely won’t be back.

Loved the location, access to the golf cart and 2 bikes. The home is lovely and was clean! The only issues are TERRIBLE cell service and wifi. If you’re trying to call family members, you need to leave the house.

The house was great; needed beach chairs, as listed, but only one in storage. Also, the deeded beach gate was not in use at the time of our stay, so had to use public entrance a few houses down. Overall good.

we took a short trip for our Thanksgiving break and this house was perfect for us. It was a close distance to activities and we were able to bike ride or golf cart to where ever we needed to go. The whole family enjoyed our stay. Thanks!

We rented this house to stay near friends staying in the Magnolia Cottages neighborhood. The golf cart including was great, made getting to our friends place so nice and easy. The house has two bedrooms with attached bathrooms and one bunk bed room. Nice front porch we enjoyed coffee on. The beach was easy to get to and the sand powdery white. Great stay, would absolutely stay here again.

The house was wonderful. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen well supplied. Loved the decor snd screened back porch for morning coffee. So many interesting areas close by to shop, browse and eat. Would definitely return.

The house is beautiful. It is in a quiet, wooded area MINUTES (on a golf cart) to a beach area. Beach itself had clear water and wasn't crowded bc this beach town isn't too busy. The house itself was so clean and comfortable. The outside patio, with the outdoor shower, was a great spot to rinse off and relax before going back into the house. The kitchen has all of the amenities (no crock pot, fyi) and the house layout is very open. Fully enjoyed our stay and would come back and recommend it to friends and family.

The house was perfect for our family of 4. Location was great at the end of a quiet street. Golf cart and bikes were very useful in going to friends' houses and the beach and even the Hub. If you have smaller kids, you will need to rent smaller bikes on your own, but the process is simple to add on. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen, while pretty well appointed, was small for workspace, so would be difficult if doing a larger dinner. The decor was beautiful and comfortable. I appreciated the extra touches like the fresh flowers on the table. The beach chairs and play toys were great on the beach when we had double red flags and couldn't go in. Some issues with wifi, but after finding & rebooting the router, seemed to resolve themselves. The neighborhood was very quiet and you can tell that several people live there full time. I wish there was a pool, but we were able to swim in the neighborhood that friends were staying one street over, via a handy cut through in the lots.

We had issues using the beach. The townhomes that sit on the beach, the owner approached us and told us we have access, but can’t sit on it. Like we can walk the beach below high tide line, but can’t actually set up our chairs. The house doesn’t look like the photos. All furniture covers were stained, covered in other peoples hair. I’m fine with a few hairs, but I picked balls of hair off. They gave us one small kitchen trash bag for a Monday-Friday stay and said that’s all they provide. For a private beach home, we had to drive to the vacasa office to get beach towels, they’re not provided on property. Who has room in luggage for beach towels? The oven display was broken so we couldn’t see what temp it was cooking at. The screened in porch was missing a portion of screen. This was particularly upsetting because we rented the house intending on sitting out there each night from 7-10pm safe from bugs and able to talk at normal volume without waking my toddler. Mosquitoes found the 2 ft by 2 ft hole easily, let me tell ya! The porch furniture is covered in mildew/mold and cushions are stained. Towels provided for showers - some were stained brown. The floor was sticky and none of us walked around without shoes.

My friends and I were looking for a nice beach vacation and this house was perfect! The inside was so clean and beautiful and had everything we needed! The back porch was so nice to sit and relax at night. We loved that the place came with a golf cart! It was SO helpful for daily beach trips and exploring Rosemary. Also, thank you so much for the private beach access!! That was one of my favorite parts because the location to the beach access was so convenient and we loved that golf cart parking was right there. Not having to stress about parking was such a relief! Would stay here again and again!
