Location is perfect! Across the street is Coligny Plaza with lots of restaurants, shops, ice cream, grocery, you name it. And right out front is the pool and ocean. You could get away with not having a car. Unit was very clean and kitchen well stocked with essentials. We also appreciated not a ton to do for checkout. The wrong code was listed all over the guest portal for the parking garage/elevator, so we had to call guest services. Person who answered our call was very nice, but even she had the same wrong code we had. While on the phone with her we did find the correct code listed once somewhere else in the portal. Instructions also specified we were to park under building 1 but nowhere did we see 1 on the building. We just happened to go to the right building after driving around an extra 10 minutes. I honestly can't remember the last time I received perfectly clear, correct arrival info. It's really frustrating when you're tired and cranky from travelling.

No mention in description of property that it was a four story property with 3 wings. No reception desk and absolutely no direction signs of where the property was located.
Stayed in many VRBO’s and none have had the fees of Host2Coast. The beds were terribly uncomfortable. The view from the porch was beautiful and loved that beach was within walking distance. I must say we would never return to this location or rent any property maintained by Host2Coast.

This condo is in the perfect location of Hilton Head. It’s right on the beach, walking distance to shops, restaurants, and beach bars. The condo has locked secure access to every door and gate which was wonderful. The communication with the rental property was superb. The condo came with all we needed. There were sand toys and beach chairs to bring to the beach, and nice beach towels. The pool was nice and warm and had a lot of beach chairs. The grounds were clean all over the condo facility. They also provide you with starter pods for the dishwasher and laundry room. They supply you with two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, which seems odd considering the price paid for a week stay. Overall, a decent stay. However, it does need some tender loving care. The bathroom rugs in both bathrooms are nasty. They are so old and warn that they looked filthy. The towels for the bathrooms were all worn, or had holes in them. The sheets on the bed were also old and had no softness to them and were itchy. The dryer took 3 hours to dry a small load of laundry. Overall, the place could use some updates as well, as the cabinet paneling seemed like it was melting/bubbled from humidity, the ceiling and walls had bubbling assumed from humidity. The master suite bathroom also didn’t have a fan that worked, so it got super humid with showers and water droplets were present on everything.

Sea Crest is a lovely building with well kept grounds and on the ocean. The rental unit was clean and Host2Coast had it well stocked with towels, sheets, pillows and blankets. They left a nice welcome package including a nice bag. Would definitely rent from them again. Condo was comfortable and in a great location across from Coligny restaurants and shopping.

Beautiful, light and airy, close to beach and ocean. Modern furnishings/kitchen/bathroom. A little "tired" in areas. Rugs could be replaced along with sprucing up bedroom carpet. Other than that, we really enjoyed our visit and hope to come back to Sea Crest and Hilton Head Island.

This property was perfect, the lush garden view was gorgeous. Loved everything about it. Convenient to shops, restaurant. I can’t say enough good things about it!!! We go to HHI every year 2/3 times and will definitely stay here again!!! Oh and the property mgt really made you feel welcomed with all the goodies left in the condo with a beautiful flower 🌺 next to our welcome bag. Extremely happy with the whole experience!!!!

We had a great stay! The location was close to pools and beach and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The property was clean as well.

Unfortunately when we got in we realized the washing machine was broken. We alerted the property manager and they let us use another unit in another resort to do our laundry, but the back and forth ate up alot of our time those days and the stagnant water in the machine had a really bad smell. Other than that, it was very nice.

Biking & golfing enjoyed - bike delivery and pick up was very convenient. Rental had view of the ocean, easy in and out access w/parking and to get to pools and ocean. Jim's bar also a nice convenience. Only comment was a bit of wear and tear (paint, screen door, refrigerator shelf, none of which would keep us from renting again as cleanliness was good

Other parts of the unit could use an update, esp bathrooms. Unit was fairly clean with the exception of patio outside door handles which were sticky with grime. Screen door was also torn. A little maintenance would make this a 5 star rental.

The condo was very spacious and comfortable. Traveling with kids you can't beat the location as it is within walking distance to stores, restaurants, grocery, and Celebration park. Grounds, pools, and beach were all great as well. First time to HH and we will definitely be returning in the future.

We spent the month of February in Hilton Head and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sea Crest. The condo is very nice and furnished nicely. The property is very nice with lovely landscaping, ponds, waterfalls, two pools & the pool bar. The walk to the beach is no more than 5 mins. Host to Coast was very helpful. We had a couple minor issues and they were very quick to respond. It was easy to work from the unit since there were two different work stations. Th internet is very fast. The location of SeaCrest was great since you can walk to coffee shops, restaurants, and shopping all very close by. All very nice!

The property is very nice with lovely landscaping, ponds, waterfalls, two pools & the pool bar. The walk to the beach is no more than 5 mins. Host to Coast was very helpful.
