This is a wonderful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom villa located on the second floor of Building 2. Walk-in to the open-concept living space, perfect to spread out and relax after a long day at the beach and pool. The living room has new furniture and a brand new sofa bed. The primary bedroom is outfitted with king bedding and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom has two queen beds. Each bath is equipped with a walk-in shower, a double vanity, and a garden tub.

Great stay at the perfect location. Mostly walkable to restaurants and stores. We did drive a few times just to try different places. The condo was great. Maybe just replace a skillet or 2, not a huge deal. We only ate breakfast at the condo. The Seacrest itself always seems to have issues with the elevator closest to the pool. We used the stairs a lot. The lagoon area is under some renovation, a little disappointing because this area is so beautiful to walk through. We would definitely recommend this condo, overall it’s a great place to stay. This was our 3rd time at 2211

Property was clean and as pictured. Our family of five had plenty of room. Pools were great for our littlest who decided the beach was too scary. Would stay again for sure.

Came down with my family and this was the first time staying at seacrest and what a great experience from the start! We received updates about our check-in via email and text which made the condo easy to find, even in a thunderstorm.
The condo is clean and no complaints at all. The pools/kiddy pools are awesome for both toddlers and adults along with the pool bar that made some good food and smoothies.

We just finished up a week long stay at this property and it worked out perfectly for our family of 5. Shops, beach and pool all within walking distance. Property owners were responsive with any questions I had.

Overall the stay was good. It was a little challenging to figure out the parking situation, such as the digital keypad location for the parking garage and what elevator to use. I would suggest asking for more towels and washcloths to take showers. They only give you the bare minimum of towels. They have plenty of cooking utensils and cookware; the trash locations are a little challenging to find. The overall stay was good in a good place with several pools and hot tubs. If you don’t mind, the drinkers from the nearby Bar and grill which offers pretty good food.

It’s a good Condo and our 3rd year staying at seacrest. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were nice. They provided a couple beach things but no beach/pool towels so we had to buy them. They provided both plastic and ceramic plates and cups which was great for kids. The washing machine and dryer worked but were very loud so it was hard to hear TV. They had 3 TVs with streaming set up
Already which was a huge help. Indoor hot tub was open this year which kids loved. Gym was open but outdated. They left sample size soaps and enough dish & laundry soap for couple days. There was a keurig and coffee pot. Heated pool was great, other pool was freezing and hot tub was also refreshing for those windy day.s.
A few things that dropped our rating: we had to drive to a separate location almost 3 miles away to get our parking pass. This is the busiest day on island and we struggled to find parking after that. Last two years pass was waiting for us in condo. Big inconvenience. No working can opener. We had to use a multi tool to open our cans. Linens could have been cleaner. Blackout curtains needed. We were woken up every morning by sun shining in our eyes. We had an issue and contacted the property manager and the only response was we will talk to owner. No resolution. Disappointing.
Lastly, we arrived a bit early and asked permission to enter early. They said they would text us when it was ready and they never did. We sat outside the condo for over an hour waiting to be texted and no one was there cleaning or anything. Just left us waiting.

Good location for access to shopping, retail, local bars& food. Beach is an easy walk and has rentals available for shade. Only 1 of two pools heated so the other not viable and heated one crowded. Condo was clean and as advertised. The building facilities and common areas need some paint and updating in the near future

I enjoyed the experience with the Island Time team. The unit itself could use a little love. The AC did not work in part of the unit which the team had fixed in about a day which was great. Also one of the sinks in the master bath was backed up and leaked into the cabinet below so we were not able to use it. Apart from these issues, the location was great and the rest of the unit was clean and in good shape.

My husband and I are expecting a baby in January so this was our last trip just the two of us. We wanted something convenient and relaxing. That’s what we got staying at Seacrest! Everything is close by and easily accessed including the beach, restaurants and shopping. The hosts kept a great line of communication open regarding our stay and we had great weather. WE were extremely happy with our condo. Bed in the Master BR probably needs replacing. It creaks and is uneven in places. The property is billed as ocean front--but it really isn't. Had a great week in July at this condo. The location is very convenient, close to shopping, restaurants, and the beach. Didn't really need to get in the car once we got here, other than to explore other parts of the island. Only interaction with the management company was when they came to install a bigger TV. In and out quickly, and very professional/friendly. Nice to have 2 pools and Jim's Pool Bar on site. Only downside is the outside hallway can get be a little noisy, but only for the room next to the hallway. Would stay here again.

Our stay at this rental overall was great! It is located in a great central location, close to many things. I would recommend larger coffee cups to use with the new Keurig as there are no cups that fit the 12oz setting. Also, the bed in the master is rather hard. Other than that, everything was great, Island Time was very responsive when I requested replacement light bulbs and batteries for the remote! THANKS!

The management company provided start-up supplies which was nice and called to check in on us a couple times. Bring your own beach towels as there are not any provided. Don't buy chairs, boogie boards or sand toys as there was plenty in the condo complex that people left down by the elevators. There is a bar in between the 2 pools which was nice for getting a drink or a bite to eat. The location was right across the street from Coligny which was nice, but crowded. This location is right next to the public beach access so the beach was super crowded. We usually stay in Palmetto Dunes which is less crowded on the beach. The hot tub was closed during the entire stay which was disappointing. The grounds by the condo and ponds were very beautiful, but the pool area was not great. There is a lot of maintenance and repair that need to be done to make this a 5 star review. I would rent this condo again, but the pool area would prevent me from returning to Seacrest.
