Basic and clean but grey and soulless

It’s a very basic motel type hotel in a convenient location close to downtown. Rooms are big and clean, and it’s quiet. However it’s completely soulless and cold, nothing cozy about it, staff clearly bored (don’t blame them, they are sitting in a grey lobby looking onto a big road all day). Fine to sleep for a night after a long drive or flight, not more. There are so much more charming accommodations in Mexico, even for a small budget.

Quiet overnight stay with good ensuite facilities and comfortable beds.

Bien pero no tan bien

Está en la avenida principal por lo que ir a cualquier lugar es fácil. La alberca muy Linda y me dejaron hacer checkin a medio dia. Había tele con muchas apps para usar. El lugar es bonito.

En la habitación el excusado no tenía presión y se tapó desde la primer pipí, la puerta de la regadera es de cristal y no se cierra, hay que tomarlo en cuenta si viajas con gente a la que no se le tiene tanta confianza. Las sábanas de la cama tenían pelos y camine con calcetas blancas de la cama al bote de basura y quedaron negras !

Indeed a beautiful boutique hotel with charisma

Such a beautiful boutique hotel. Interior design and the architecture inside and outside. Celestial pool (outdoor). Manager Oscar is such a willing staff to ensure the guests comfort and accommodating.

Very clean and nice inside- not great outside

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Inside is beautiful and very large rooms.

Pool was not heated, very small and what looks like a hot tub was just a cold whirlpool. A very tiny counter top ice machine is all- no real ice.

Clean, quiet, and comfortable yet affordable.

The room was quiet, clean and comfortable! The staff was amazing! The lady at the front desk was very accommodating, friendly, and professional. Good food upstairs :-)

I have nothing bad to say about this place. So much better than the places in Cabo I stayed.

Staff was great other than a bit of language barrier we were fine since I’m fluent in both languages.

Nice friendly personal, very clean room.

Location didn’t seem to have a variety of restaurants near by but it was near a taco place that was great. it is off a very busy highway but we couldn’t hear traffic noice in our room.

Great stay

Our king suite was large and had everything we needed. We love separate shower, toilet and sink!! The best! The bed was big, the AC was quiet, the room itself was very quiet. Very clean. Parking. Good location. There are no windows as rooms face the inside courtyard, so the rooms are dark - this place is for sleeping, not for enjoying the views. There was a lot of lighting options in the room and it worked great for us! Just don't expect the view/pool/what not. Wifi is fast. Staff is nice.

I would skip breakfast next time, nothing to write home about. Also - very important - this hotel isn't accessible! You need to take your luggage up and down stairs, which can be a problem even for able-bodied people, but there's no way to get to the rooms/breakfast area other than flights of stairs.

Comfortable bed and very nice staff!

Very centrally located. doesn’t look like much from the parking area but don’t let it fool you-even though it is on the main highway our room was nice and quiet and very comfortable. Great place and we would stay again!

I like very firm and fluffy pillow so they were a little flat for me, but I used 2 of them and it was fine.

Good value for the price

It was clean, the air conditioner worked really well. The bed was comfortable. Quiet. The bathroom laid out a bit weird for 2 men sharing the room. No door, the toilet and shower are separated with the sink in between. If you're traveling with a significant other it would be fine.

There was no hot water while I took a shower at night, my friend took a shower in the morning and there was hot water. Seems to be inconsistent. The indoor window should have blackout curtains as the outside hallway has extremely bright lights that light up the entire room while trying to sleep. No refrigerator or microwave.

it was a good location and was quiet, clean and tidy.

There was no separate bathroom and the outside lights were disruptive as they didn’t turn off at night.

Good location close walk to the centre

Easy and flexible check in process. I got to check in earlier than planned. The staff were helpful and friendly. They recommended heading to the art walk which takes place every Thursday. Easy breakfast options in the restaurant upstairs if you need it.

Excellent stay for one night due to price, cleanliness, hot water and convenience

Exceptionally clean, well decorated, convenient location

The room had a window opening to the central area that was brightly lit all night. The shade did not block the light enough to my taste.
