The Space:
Shiplap accent walls and vaulted ceilings surround you in this newly renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bath. Sleeping up to 6, Saint Martin Suite features a master king bedroom as well as a queen bedroom. If you’re looking for additional sleeping space, look no further than the living room that features a queen size fold out sofa.
A perfect addition to sitting on your private balcony, the open-concept kitchen includes a Keurig coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, stove and refrigerator. There is central AC, private parking for 1 vehicle at this unit, as well as, internet, TV, and cable.
Guest Access:
Our contactless check-in procedure makes check-in easy. Guests will receive a personalized access code prior to check-in to enter the unit.
Shared Features: The guests of this condominium are able to take advantage of the shared hot tub, shared pool, and tennis courts.
The Neighborhood:
Saint Martin Suite is located inside of the Sunrise Suites Resort Community located just minutes away from the World Famous Duval Street and its vibrant restaurants, art galleries and nightlife. Inside the community you can find a corner store, spa, walking and biking trails. It is also located just a short drive away from the nightly Sunset Celebration and entertainment at Mallory Square.

Parking Information: There is 1 private parking spot located under the building for this condo.
For additional parking: there are spots located around the perimeter of the building available on a first-come first-serve basis. We can not guarantee close proximity to your unit or availability.
There are a variety of great ways to explore Key West including by bicycle, pedi-cab, moke, scooter, golf cart, Uber, or Taxi. Feel free to ask us for recommendations!

- Pets are welcome!

•40lb maximum per pet

•2 pet maximum

Great location, very clean, easy booking and check-in.

This condo was great! The check in and check out process was super easy and the owner kept in contact with us checking to make sure every thing was good. The location was great because it wasn't in the busiest area but was a quick drive to all the touristy stuff. Unfortunately the pool water was very warm but that is probably because of the time of year. Overall a fantastic stay.

Definitely not what it looks like in the pictures
The building itself is extremely old and outdated.
The description of the property claims to give you one “guaranteed” spot… that is in an overflow lot down the road. Not a fun walk with luggage. Not a good place to leave your car sitting either. No cameras in said overflow lot down the road and my car got dinged BAD on the side (because it’s a random parking lot down the road without surveillance)
The pool and hot tub is pretty gross, old, and definitely not taken care of. (Trash floating daily and floors/walls are like moldy and deteriorating)
There were stacks of flooring everywhere in our closet, one which fell on someone’s feet once.
Pots and pans were definitely not cleaned properly, (we washed all of the cups etc before we used them, highly suggest to do the same if you’re brave enough to stay here)
The extra bedroom has orange sludge dried on the texturized walls. (Hope it wasn’t vomit…)
The trim in all of the rooms near the floors was disgusting (it’s white, so very easy to see the dirt, would also be very easy to clean it…)
All in all, very misleading pictures and description. Do not stay here unless you are just looking for a bed to sleep in (which by the way is EXTREMELY uncomfortable, in the master bedroom atleast.)

Complete, convenient, comfortable, and clean.
Complete; Everything that we needed for our stay was there when we arrived. Convenient; Not only was the rental process easy, the location was easily accessible and close to everything. Because everything was already there we didn’t have to “run” for anything. Comfortable; bedrooms and bathrooms were separated so we didn’t bother each other, the beds were very comfortable, and the common areas nicely decorated and enjoyable as well. We also enjoyed the nice sized pool and hot tub. Clean; the unit was spotless. Thank you for a great experienc.

Cute unit, some unexpected issues
I’ll start with the good. Check-in process was super-easy, someone even called me the day of to see if I had any questions. The unit was very cute with nice decor. Balcony overlooking the pool and hot tub area and there was even a bodega on the property that carried beer and wine, sunscreen and shelf stable groceries. Now for the things that were disappointing. The 1st day, one of the toilets was not flushing properly. We tried working on it with the plunger from the unit, but we had to call maintenance. And even they had to go out and get the “snake”. Not pleasant, but it was fixed the next day - luckily there was another bathroom. DJ was very nice though and gave us a great recommendation for a botanical garden. We wanted to get something with a kitchen because we like cooking breakfast in before heading out for the day. We had pancakes, sausage, coffee and mimosas for 5 people and quickly learned that the dishwasher was not working! They sent an appliance guy over who said that the whole dishwasher needed to be replaced, which was obviously not going to happen during our stay. Grounds were nice, there is a fountain and some sort of pond with storks and turtles. Elevators were a bit dingy/smelly. But we had a great time and really enjoyed relaxing on the balcony away from the crowds.

Great Place in Key West
We were in Key West for 8 nights doing work. This is a great place and we recommend it! We loved the location, the hot tub/pool ( all heated) , and management is great. I walked to the ocean everyday right from the unit, and the convivence store down the street was awesome. The 2 beds in the bedrooms are very comfortable, however I would not recommend the sofa bed to sleep on for any adults. Since we were there for work it would have been nice to have at least 1 smart TV, however the TVs did have local cable which was great. Overall this is a great property and we would definitely stay again!

I’d like this to stay a hidden gem, but the property managers deserve a nice review. Very well maintained. Nice and clean.
