Everything was great and the house was super clean. My only complaint is there was no soap provided for showering or the kitchen and there were no keurig pods for the keurig. Otherwise, I would stay there every time I come back to Fayetteville!

A few mom's rented this house while we moved our daughter's into their sorority house. It is so cute, well-decorated and the location is really close to the campus. We will rent it again.

Fully equipped, new, clean. Would come back.

The house was very clean and in a convenient location. Host was accommodating for a later checkout and provided a number to be called for any assistance. Parking was a little tight for a full size pickup truck, but was managed easily. Great place to stay.

Had a wonderful time staying here. The house is very nice. Liked having the garage to park in but they forgot to leave the remote for me. Master shower is beautiful but the lights are out. No wine bottle opener. Otherwise a great place to stay!! Would definitely recommend it!

Was in town visiting our son and couldn’t be more pleased with this property!! Great location! Super clean and well kept. Would absolutely love to stay here again!!

Immaculately clean and cute brand new house steps away from the square and Dickson Street. Comfy beds, plenty of room, great bathrooms, everything we needed was there. We loved it and look forward to staying again!

We came to town for a campus tour and to relax for the rest of our spring break. This location is newly built so the amenities are really nice. It was stocked with necessary towels, tissue, pots for those that plan to cook. It was central to everything. The host was very attentive. It is located on a busy Ave. so you’ll hear the cars early mornings, late evenings. Overall this was an amazing stay. I prefer VRBO vs. hotel stays and this one of the best, yet!

We enjoyed the house. It was just what needed and we will stay again!

The house was perfect for our weekend visiting my nephew who is a student. The pictures are accurate and the house is very clean and modern. The location is easy to get around and even walkable to some restaurants and bars. It is a busy street so there is some street noise from the cars, but nothing crazy. The only tricky part is the garage as it's a tight fit for a larger vehicle. Would stay again if we visit the area another time.

Prefect house for a small family or a couple. We were in the heart of town, and more than what we needed. The host went above and beyond and when our departure plans changed even accommodated a late check out. With family in the area we plan to be back.

My sister and I were in town for Christmas and we felt like queens in this home. It was just perfect! We would definitely stay there again!

Nice, new, clean property. Walking distance to a couple little bars, restaurants, coffee shops. Simple check in. Coffee pods, laundry detergent, hand soap provided. Only thing that caught us off guard was no bath soap or shampoo provided but I guess that’s typical for a vrbo vs a hotel? Next time we will know.

I needed a place to stay while in town for a wedding. This rental offered extensive accommodations that exceeded my expectations. The host provided clear instructions for the place. Garage parking for my rental was a plus.

We really enjoyed staying at this clean, comfortable, modern home. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious with plenty of linens. Loved the two car garage and 2nd floor laundry room. We will definitely stay here again!

This was a pretty new listing when we booked, so you never know what to really expect. But this was awesome. Everything is new, clean… perfect! Big BRs, the master shower is bigger than a lot of master bathrooms! I even needed a screwdriver and flashlight for something and thought I might need to buy, but lo and behold, both were in a utility drawer. We’ll look for this place next time in Fayetteville!

The location is fantastic if you are looking to be close to Downtown Fayetteville, the house is darling, new updated. The street in front of the house is busy, but we enjoyed having coffee on the front porch anyway.
My only tip, is BYO - shampoo, conditioner, body soap and two ply toilet paper!

The house is new and nicely decorated. The kitchen is very well stocked. The master bedroom and bathroom are very nice. Very large walk in shower and nice dressing area. The second bedroom and bath are also very nice. The house does sit on a busy road. There are other new houses in the neighborhood but they are all very close together. You do need a small car to fit in the garage. My Honda Pilot fit fine at an ankle. You share a driveway with the neighbors. If you bring two cars not sure where you would park it. There is street parking but it is always full. My husband and I would definitely stay here again. It was very comfortable.

Great little spot. Very clean and close to downtown. Road noise can get a little loud, but perfect for a quick weekend.

Location is perfect but the house itself is wonderful! Loved the way it was decorated and the overall vibe. I would definitely stay here again!!!

Our family of 4 stayed during a college visit to U of Ark. great house, very clean. My only suggestion would be to have some throw blankets downstairs. The weather was chilly during our stay and we had to use a large comforter we found in a closet upstairs. A coupe of throw blankets would cozy the place up even more.

Vaughn was very responsive when we had difficulty with the garage door. The only thing I would suggest is black out curtains for the front bedroom due to lots of light coming in the blinds from the streetlights and traffic in the neighborhood.

Very nice property. House was clean and modern. Garage was a little short, and would be hard to fit a bigger vehicle in. Was some road work going on around when we stayed, which made it tad harder get to and from. Was a short walk to Crisis Brewery. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

What a great place to stay. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to be close to downtown and the university. Once the street construction is completed it will be perfect. Would definitely stay there again.

One of our all-time favorite VRBO stays. Very clean, comfortable HOME. Located near campus and downtown. We loved the set up and extra provisions in the kitchen. High ceilings with plenty of windows for natural light.
The house location is within the boundary to rent the scooters available in Fayetteville. We had a blast on the scooters. The bonus surprise for me was the microbrewery located in a quiet, somewhat secluded lot, 1/4 block up the street. 2 or 3 minute walk. This will be the first check of availability I make next time I return to Fayetteville.

This was our first time visiting Fayeteville and the SoCo house was exactly what we needed. We first spent two nights camping in the Ozarks and then wanted a place close to Dickson Street that would be a good launching point for other Fayetteville-area adventures. The house was in perfect condition and was stocked with everything we needed. The travel guides and hiking/biking trail guides were an added plus. Check-in was a breeze and everything went smoothly. Highly recommended.
