As a first time visitor to NOLA, I didn’t quite know what to expect while staying in the French Quarter. We wanted somewhere within walking distance of restaurants, shopping and sites and this place was perfect for that.
Craig started us off with specific instructions on how to get in and out of the apartment, where to park and even listed some local nearby places. Instructions were straight forward and easy to follow. Craig stayed in touch to make sure we settled in okay and obviously would have been attentive had we needed anything.
The apartment itself was comfortable and clean. We didn’t need a place with a ton of room since we knew we’d be out the majority of our stay. Had we needed to prepare food, the kitchenette was perfectly equipped for small meals or reheating leftovers. The bed was soft and as a heavy sleeper, I did not mind the noise of the French Quarter at night though my light-sleeping boyfriend took advantage of the provided ear plugs.
TLDR; If we visit again, we’ll be staying here again.

This property is right on Frenchman in the middle of all the life. It’s also close to other highlights like the market and bourbon. It was quaint and cute, it is a 3 floor walk up but it was worth it!

Great location! Close proximity to the French Quarter (and all of its cuisine) and a perfect location to take in live music. Found the people and establishments along Frenchman to be extremely friendly. Dont let the live music from across the street deter you. It lulled us to sleep each night!

Nice little place in the Marigny. Very close to Esplanade, which was perfect for Uber pickup to go to Jazzfest. Every night there was a brass band within a block of the property. Made for very festive evenings, along with the easily-heard club music. Easy walk to some great restaurants (recommend the Crawfish Hash at ‘Frenchman All Day), and to the French Quarter.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 4 nights and absolutely loved the room. It was clean, spacious, and pretty. It was also close enough to the French quarter and canal street that we were able to walk or bike to all our destinations. The building is located at the start of all the lively jazz bars on Frenchmen’s street, which we both enjoyed. However if you’re looking for a quiet room, I’d look somewhere else. You hear jazz play throughout the night. For us this was a highlight (it just became pleasant white noise because it’s constant), but I can see it that being a drawback for others.

The apartment was perfect - clean, comfortable, stylish, and close to all NOLA has to offer!

Excellent location on Frenchmen Street in the midddle of it all! Loved the property and it was very secure. You enter two lock doors before entering the building. The unit was exceptionally clean and well appointed. No issues or problems with our stay. Keep in mind this property is RIGHT on Frenchmen...so you have music going until the early morning....this was not an issue for us at all :-)

Great place to stay if you like seeing music on Frenchman St. Clean, affordable, quiet to sleep at night even on that very busy street.

This was a great spot to stay at during Jazz Fest weekend -- plenty of food and live music directly outside, and the place itself was clean and cozy. The owners were also very attentive and easy to get in touch with. I'd stay here again!

The property is in a great location if you’re wanting to be in the middle of all the action, especially during Mardi Gras. The bed was comfortable and the unit was clean. It can be pretty noisy until about 4 am on Frenchmen St. so if you’re a light sleeper this may not be the best spot for you. I loved falling asleep to the sound of the big band music. Frenchmen St. has a cool vibe and there’s lots to do from eating at Dat Dog to visiting the art markets. We truly enjoyed our stay!

We had a lovely time for our honeymoon, location was central to everything and within reasonable walking distance after strolling through the French quarter. Would absolutely recommend to others and would stay there again. Host was super communicative the whole stay and was always available for any questions!

Newly renovated and beautiful, but has termites in the ceiling beams that ate through the wood and dropped onto my bed during the last night of my stay. Horrible. Thus the 2 stars for cleanliness. Otherwise the apartment was clean.
The curtains were stuck open on the rod pocket, and due to the soaring ceilings, which are beautiful (except for the termites), the curtains couldn’t be closed except with a ladder to reach the rod. So I emailed back to the “How is Your Stay” email, explaining the issue and requested that they be closed, and got NO RESPONSE on the 4 days left of my stay. I did get a response the last morning, to the video I sent of the termites in the bed my last morning. Thanking me for providing the info, that they would check into it, and that there was nothing that could be done since I was checking out that day, There was no apology for the horrible experience of waking up to find that I had been sleeping in a bed with termites in the sheets.
This location is great if you want to be in the heart of Frenchmen Street. There is a bar right across the street that has live music until 3 am Friday and Saturday. You can hear it clearly from the apartment, which is charmingly decorated. The curtains on the tall window are white, so even if they are closed, don’t expect it to get dark in the apartment at night. The shower is great, and the bed is comfortable, except for the termites dropping onto the bed from the ceiling beams they are eating.
I wouldn’t recommend staying here without complete assurance that the termite issue has been addressed. And then only if you don’t mind the management not answering your requests to fix minor issues.
