We loved the location and ease of walking to so many amazing places. The unit had everything we needed and more. The paid parking lot is conveniently located and made things easy when needed. We’ll definitely return in the future.

If sleeping before 4am is a option this place is a option if Not STAY AWAY , the clubs music pound all night via the window and making sleeping impossible add to that it’s next to a fire station you have a perfect match of sleepless nights

Great spot right on Frenchman St. Clean and comfortable. It was perfect for what we were looking for. Would definitely recommend.

Check-in & Check-out processes were seamless. Cute, cozy, modern apt steps away from multiple jazz bars on Frenchmen St. Great food on Frenchmen St as well. We brought our bikes and every spot we hoped to hit was a 10-20 minute bike ride or less. Great AC, sizable shower, super comfy bed and pillows. White noise machine is also handy as nightlife on Frenchmen is bumping and loud! It was not an issue for us as we enjoyed the nightlife ourselves but even when we turned in a bit early, we both brought noise cancelling earplugs (highly recommend) and white noise machine combo equalled good sleep. I always seek out spots in the heart of the action, and this place was perfect. Also had big window with lovely natural light. Host was exceptional. Highly recommend!

Hubby's Birthday Getaway.
It is small, but amazing! The lil place had everything we needed & not a far walk to anything. Streetcars are close as well. The bars below made for a great background noise. Overall this stay was a 12 outta 10!

Lovely But Noisy
This is a lovely property but it is directly across from two of the loudest and rowdiest bars in NOLA (Maison and Bamboulas). They play loud rock music until 2 a.m. then the crowd spills out onto the street below and makes more noise. Sleep finally came around 3:30 a.m. It’s nice being close to the music but loud and rowdy is not our thing.
