About this house rental

Just a few homes from the beach and boardwalk, 6A New Castle Street is one of the largest vacation rentals in the ocean block of downtown Rehoboth Beach! At three stories, this home is not lacking in space. On the ground floor, there is an enclosed porch on the rear of the home with a television for enjoyment. The second level is the primary living space in this rental home. It features the dining and kitchen areas, plus a large living room. Rental guests will also love taking in the salty summer air on the wrap-around screen porch of the second level. All bedrooms and full baths can be found on the ground level and third floor, providing privacy from the living space. Guests also won't want to miss the porch on the front of the house on the third floor, which has a view of the Atlantic Ocean. Located in the ocean block of New Castle Street, this beach rental is not just one of the largest in town, but also boasts one of the best locations. It is the fifth house from the boardwalk on New Castle Street, and just six blocks from the shops and restaurants on Rehoboth Avenue. There is parking for four cars at this home. *This is a non smoking unit. Pets are not permitted.

All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled. As a property manager, we welcome “Special Event” rentals. All properties are individually owned and not all properties are available for “Special Event” rentals. Credit Card payments subject to 2% fee.

A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $328.40. To purchase the linen package please indicate on the linen addendum, an agent will be in touch with the lease agreement and additional paperwork.

The 7 bedrooms are on the first and third floors and the living space on the second floor was great. Lots of space to spread out, yet still be together. We will definitely be renting again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the first time for us at this location, although we have been coming to Reho for a lot of years. The house worked really well for our family, especially the very small room on the third floor. My youngest granddaughter made it her own space and actually slept in it.
The house is rustic and has lots of character and history but has all the modern conveniences and plenty of space.

The common areas wrap around the second floor and provide multiple seating areas. The kitchen was well equipped. Wonderfully decorated- every time I looked around I saw something new. Joe at Coldwell Banker was extremely helpful in finding the perfect rental for our family. The check out staff was especially heroic in reuniting me with a bag I left in the house.
