We were immediately charmed by the beautiful garden as we entered the property, Everything was fine in this contemporary, nicely furnished house. We loved being able to walk quickly to downtown cafes and shops. Whitefish is an interesting city with mountains all around, and a lovely lake. Our only complaints were about a toilet that didn't always flush right and fry pans that always stuck! Also, we were not able to watch the Olympics bc there is no network TV.

This property was perfect for our needs. Located right downtown, within walking distance and near a trail system next to the river. It is dog friendly and has a small yard. The house is on the smaller side. While it was perfect for my husband and I, I couldnt imagine staying there with more than two people. Also, the dish system was a bit frustrating. Sometimes the channels would work, sometimes they wouldn't. We would have prefered to just have access to netflix or hulu. Overall I would recommend this property.

We stayed at this adorable home as our home base while visiting Glacier National Park. The location could not be beat! This one bedroom is convenient to everything Whitefish has to offer and is a short drive to so many areas to explore. Great restaurants and shopping walking distance to the house. The home is super clean. It's all you need for one or two people. Drop your bags and go explore!

We were in town to ski a couple of days and Whit’s End was a perfect place for us to stay with our dogs. We walked to shops and restaurants, relaxed and watched some movies and cooked some meals in the kitchen. We will be back next time we are in Whitefish. It is also an extremely clean cozy house.

We absolutely loved the location. There was a bike trail very close and we rode to the beach every day. We also rode uptown for coffee. A quick trip to GNP was so much fun. The bathroom is small, but quit functional. Owner was quick to response to my questions. With my daughter living in Whitefish, we will absolutely stay here again for future visits.

Just the size we needed and your flowers were pretty. It’s good you are fenced in since the deer were laying on neighbor’s yard, they would have eaten the flowers.
Only negative was the air conditioner was loud and did a number of loud clicks each cycle. The filter was full, we cleaned it.
Very nice this place is close to town and the walking/bike trail to the beach.

We had a great stay at the Whit's End cottage. The location was perfect -- a short walk to everything downtown, and also an easy drive to Glacier National Park. Easy check-in, the property was clean, the bed was comfortable, and we appreciate that our dogs were allowed!

This little bungalow was perfect for our stay over a long weekend in Whitefish. The check in and check out process was as smooth as could be, the location was prime (just a couple blocks from downtown Whitefish), and it is right next to a trail system that takes you down to Whitefish Lake (only .7 miles away)! This stay was perfect for my S/O and myself. Would definitely recommend.

It’s a great little cozy property. Big enough and Cozy for 2 people. Very clean. Maybe could have included a small laundry detergent.
I had to put paper up with tape on the kitchen window. I didn’t feel comfortable not having blinds on a window where anyone could have walked right up to. And the bathroom window also. Besides that, everything was great. Close to town. Had nightly guests waiting by the gate! Beautiful Deer! Would definitely stay here again.
White fish is a Beautiful place. Have family that live there.

This is a cozy little place for two in the heart of Whitefish. You can walk to just about everywhere in town from this property. It has just about everything you would need in the kitchen (including coffee & filters) to cook or bake. We were completely satisfied & will come back in the future. Thank you!

We loved this little house for our vacation in Whitefish. It had everything we needed and more. We loved the location most of all. We were right next to trail and very close to downtown. We walked to the lake and to the farmers market. We walked into town for dinner. We went to Glacier National Park 3 days in a row from the house. It was a perfect drive. The flowers at the house were beautiful and we were visited daily by deer. Great stay.

This property was perfect for what we were needed. Walking distance to many sites, restaurants, and shopping. Enjoyed Whitefish, and getting back to relax. Small gas grill was great to cook up easy dinners of filets, corn on the cob, and ke-bobs. Kitchen was fully stocked w/ all the equipment we needed. Lori was great to communicate with, and even stopped by to assist us in how the TV worked.

This was a perfect location for our trip. Tons of access to local restraunts, retail, and GNP. It was a little weird that the host never replied to my application, and I wish that the initial communication was better. But everything else was perfect. If you read this, thanks Pat!

Whit's End was the perfect home base for our 4 days in Whitefish. We walked from the house to the river with our paddle boards and paddled to Whitefish Lake and Beach (and back!) We loved being able to walk to dinner and this location was excellent for that. We were also a quick drive from the many trailheads for biking and hiking. The fenced yard was a bonus for our dog as well. Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect location
We needed a small place to stay for a wedding. This little house was right next to everything and it was the perfect size for my little family. It was right next to a bike path that led to the river as well. The price was also great.

Perfect place, perfect location
Property was exactly as described. Walking distance to Whitefish main drag. Short drive to the beach area. Great living room area, especially the heater. Everything you need for the kitchen area. Kinda small shower, but how big does it need to be? Great value in a great location. Highly recommend!

Construction noise nightmare
The little house has a lovely living room and kitchen. Beautiful furniture. The bedroom is adequate. The bathroom is small and the shower is tiny with a terrible high overhead shower head that shoots needle like volumes of water on your head. Luckily you can take it off and hand hold it. Hope you don’t mind train noise as it is close to the train tracks. We were ok with that. The big issue was the house next door is being renovated. We had 2 days of nonstop construction noise. 2 hours of Jack hammering on day 2. We were stuck with it. It was torture. If you are planning to rent this house in the near future, write to the manager and find out if this is still going on. On the upside it’s close to the river walk and you can walk to Whitefish Lake. There is a nearby gourmet market that makes great food. We felt the owner could have offered some compensation for having to endure prolonged noise pollution.

Super location in Whitefish
This is a cute little house in a great location. It's just a short walk to downtown and a block from the bike/ pedestrian trail. The gas stove in the living room is cozy and heats the room quickly. The shower stall is very small and the mattress a little lumpy. Otherwise it's a great stay.

The location was awesome, great for just me & my little doggie. I will be back most definitely!
