The home was beautiful, well appointed and great design. it was clean….. but, it backs up to the main road going through bear lake. It is incredibly busy in the summer. There is no back fence so in addition to the constant noise and cars passing 50’ from the backyard, we wouldn’t let young kids play out there unsupervised. Additionally, the AC system is weak. It was 91 outside on the hottest day we were there, and we could never get the downstairs below 76. That is not incredibly hot, I know, but to have a $1 million dollar plus house where they cheaped out and only air conditioned the upstairs seems weird. We wouldn’t rent this home again.

All was pretty good except there is not AC on the main level, only upstairs. We never could get the temperature below 77 degrees. We were told the main level doesn’t have it’s own AC unit. Besides that the house was good.

The home was absolutely gorgeous and in a wonderful location by the water. We stayed here for a work conference, and having separate bathrooms for each bedroom was ideal. Everyone was impressed and happy with the stay.

The home was in a prime location, very clean, and beautifully decorated. They had everything we needed and there was plenty of space for our family. You can tell they take great care of the home and you can’t beat the location snuggled right between the grocery store and marina. We’d totally come again!

The cleaners do great work as cleaners. Additionally they were highly thoughtful. We left a laptop on a bed and accidentally covered it with bedding, They called us before we left town.. That thoughtfulness saved us $50 and a lot of aggravation. Thanks for doing more than just your job.

This house is updated and has plenty of space for an enjoyable weekend getaway. Our kids loved the bunk beds. The house is walking distance to the boat dock and a nice walk to the restaurants. Zipz was the best place we eat at. The kitchen is large engough to cook amazing meals! Even thou it's on the main road it's very quiet inside the house. The views of the lake are nice from those bedrooms.

Perfect house for friends and family celebrating New Years and a friends birthday! Great location right by the store. BEAUTIFUL view out the BIG windows over looking the lake! Totally equipped with everything needed. I would recommend this place! We will be back! :)

The house is beautiful. We loved the game room upstairs & each room had comfortable beds. As other reviews have stated, the house is right on the road, so there is a lot of traffic noise, but we knew this going in to the rental.

This home was perfect for our families needs. We stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed the space this home provided. The biggest plus for us was the fact that every bedroom has its own bathroom. This allowed for each family to have privacy. The location is ideal for shopping at Mike’s market, walking each night for the famous raspberry milkshakes, heading to north shore for a beach day, hanging out at Bridgerland adventure park, boat rentals, and attending the Pickleville Playhouse. We loved the big windows which allowed for light to come inside with abundance. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you might need and there were plenty of bath towels for the entire stay. There is a TV in every room and the use of the garage is a plus. Thank you for a wonderful place to call home while we enjoyed our vacation

The intense blue of Bear Lake greeted us as we ate, cooked or were in the living. The setting is beautiful!
We appreciated the children's plates, bowls, cups and flatware. We appreciated extra trash bags, paper towels, and dishwasher soap. We appreciated the large pot, electric grill, storage tupperware, and pyrex cooking/serving dishes. We appreciated the recreation area upstairs and its location next to the bunkbed room.
We weren't informed that lawn had been put down. If we had known that, we could have brought along a slip and slide and a badminton kit.
Parking can be problematic if one has a trailer.
We were wishing for a handicap bar by at least one of the tubs.

Beautiful Home. Spotlessly clean and close to the beach, grocery store and food places. It backs up to the bike/walking path which was fun. A few things to be aware of: Be extremely careful in the master shower. It has gorgeous glass tile, but is dangerously slippery! We put towels on the floor while shower as we didn’t feel safe. Also the landscape lighting made it super bright inside at night so it was difficult to sleep. The house is right on the main road so there was a lot of traffic noise. Over all we enjoyed our stay, but would have preferred a quieter location.

This is a beautiful home. The location is great- close to everything in Garden City. Close to Rendezvous Beach and not so far that you can’t get to North Beach.
The shower in the master bedroom did not drain, but we alerted Vacasa and hopefully that is fixed. Also, there was only 1 sharp knife. You may want to take a few if you plan on using the kitchen to prepare meals.

The home was well taken care of and very clean. New furnishings and a great layout to accommodate a large family gathering. Very close to downtown Garden City and the Marina. We have a 25-foot boat and there was not adequate parking to facilitate that being parked. A smaller boat is likely okay. Our family enjoyed the property.

Great place to spend a weekend

Nice home with plenty of room for our 13 family members. Property manager came to our rescue when our air conditioning wasn’t cooling. This home is still pretty new so was bummed that there was no grass for family to enjoy with the children. Also landscapers were in the house when we got there and were also enjoying the patio while we where there and trashes were already full when we got there (management also took care of this for us). Just wished we would have known that the outdoors weren’t ready. But hopefully next time it well be all ready for the next vacationers.
