Great stylish, comfortable bolt hole just round the corner from the Royal Crescent in beautiful Bath

We used a code the whole time to get in and out of the property as we weren't sure how to get the keys. No code was provided for the key safe, but it was easy enough to use the codes and meant we didn't risk losing the keys! Overall the flat was very comfortable and had good facilities. Fabulous location and good pub right opposite.

The coffee machine only had one Espresso pod and although there was fresh ground coffee, there was no cafetiere to use it with! The bed in our room was two singles pushed together and rammed up right next to the wall, which wasn't great for getting in and out of. Also, the heating was quite noisy, especially at night time. The main issue was the bad connection of the TV. For some reason it just kept glitching a lot which meant constant interruptions when watching movies.

Exceptional

Loft at No. 13 was very flexible and understanding when we needed to reschedule due to flight cancellations. Beautiful apartment and excellent location. Very walkable to all major tourist sites and dog friendly!

We wish the apartment had tea or coffee pods.

Keyless entry 3 beds in each of the upstairs rooms

1 bathroom for 10 people is not acceptable, this should be more clearly advertised on the posting for the apartment. This apartment is not really for 10 people. I would say 6 max with 1 bathroom.

Could use some more kitchen equipment, not enough oven trays to cook with. No washing up cloth or dishwasher tablets provided so difficult to clear up properly

A not so great stay.

Sean, the property manager decided to inform us two hours before arrival that he would “upgrade” us to a different property because some sort of problem had come up. We booked a flat for 5 people and received one for 3, with a single minuscule bed in the living room. The flat was old, full of mould, and there was even a dead wasp in the bathroom. There wasn’t any toilet paper or towels. When we asked for some they told us that they didn’t have any clean ones and there were some in the washing machine. The towels were soaking wet and the washing machine didn’t have a drying function. After asking several times for them, they provided us with some. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this accommodation. The place wasn’t pleasant at all and the attention could have definitely been better.
